Our A2 Chemistry class swear by our well-used CGP revision guides. In fact, we're sadly known to remember all the jokes from each topic... sometimes not much else! ...Leading to very unusual end of unit test marks. On the the other hand, I must admit, I've never got anything below an A and have only used CGP, not my textbook, and not my notes.

Rebecca - London, United Kingdom - 11 March 2010 at 20:52:53

I really love the books and they've been really useful, just wish you had some more maths books for AS and A2.

Guestbook Editor: Sometimes — just sometimes — wishes can come true...

(Commenting on book SHR39, KS3 Science Revision Guide - Levels 5-7 )

Thanks CGP - your book got me from a 4A to a 6B.

Alex Pritchard-Martin - Horley, United Kingdom - 10 March 2010 at 21:15:32

Guestbook Editor: Nice work! We reckon you can take *some* of the credit for yourself...

This book has really helped me — it makes me better in class and I am also very proud of my work thanx. You have made me an over achiever.

feranmi - leeds, United Kingdom - 10 March 2010 at 20:55:40

Guestbook Editor: Sorry about that. No, wait — being an over-achiever is a good thing, right? Hooray!

I love your products and I think that you have a really good purpose. I have the GCSE Graphics revision guide and I love it.

VERY HELPFUL BOOK! Suits ALL different exam boards as it goes into the relevant topics and more!

Natalie - Newry , United Kingdom - 10 March 2010 at 16:57:44

Hi - I got one of your books (the key stage three book for science) and it was really great and it had a lot of pictures in it. lol

Shannon - Limavady, United Kingdom - 10 March 2010 at 11:07:34

Agree with Luke from Cambridge, a revision guide for A2 Maths is most definitely needed!!

Natalie - Aylesbury, United Kingdom - 09 March 2010 at 23:15:34

I'd like to say, I'm in my second year of GCSE's and some of my teachers at school really don't teach me much because I learn in a strange way, i prefer self-study and teaching myself. These books are perfect for that!!! I have one for every one of my subjects now and they will be my main source of revision over the next few months and I will give them to my younger sister too when the time comes. I really hope to achieve high grades and I truly believe these books will allow me to do so. Thank you everyone at CGP!

Polly - Okehampton, United Kingdom - 09 March 2010 at 20:42:24

Hi - i really loove ur books and im in yr nine and my little siblings we all use CGP books for our revision. Thnxx for the gr8 help.

Hannah - Olgate, United Kingdom - 09 March 2010 at 20:38:27

I really liked the fact I could sample full size pages and as a tutor for kids doing their dreaded Year 6 SATs, I found the books excellent. Probably just me, but I found I could only continue shopping if I went back to the 'Our Books' link, as clicking 'Go Back' didn't work. Keep up the good work and I love the humour!!

Scott - Bradford-On-Avon , United Kingdom - 08 March 2010 at 20:48:38

Guestbook Editor: Glad we could help you out. We'll have a look into that dodgy link, too.

hi!! the books are great!! we have pages from them for our homework! we also have the study book which is really good because it teaches you a lot and explains it really well! even my parents need to revise!!

Swaffham Prior Pupil - Swaffham Prior, United Kingdom - 08 March 2010 at 20:28:18

Love your books - when will there be an AQA Physics B
revision book?

John - Poole, United Kingdom - 08 March 2010 at 09:17:11

Guestbook Editor: Thanks! But I'm afraid AQA B Physics isn't showing up in our highly scientific crystal ball just yet...

Useful resources for students and staff that make learning and revising so much easier.

claire - Manchester, United Kingdom - 07 March 2010 at 20:56:19

Amazing books, helped me so much so far in GCSE, everything I need.

Really good book.

Hozaifh - Preston, United Kingdom - 07 March 2010 at 20:17:50

I'm a trainee Biology teacher and I have just started encountering your books. They are excellent - I wish they'd existed when I was doing GCSE's. The style and layout are fab - you've really hit the nail on the head! I look forward to giving them out at the start of lessons and then falling asleep, safe in the knowledge that my help will not be required!!

Charlotte - Kettering , United Kingdom - 07 March 2010 at 18:12:06

Guestbook Editor: CGP — supporting responsible and conscientious teachers all over the world.

Hi - I have just bought some of your revision books and they are great especially the English ones which are hopefully going to help me pass BUT is it possible for you to do a GCSE Psychology revision guide as I cannot find one anywhere as they are all A level ones thanks xx

Ruth Gipson - Peterborough, United Kingdom - 06 March 2010 at 13:58:03

Have you got any plans for AS Language books? Pleeease!

Andrew - Birmingham, United Kingdom - 06 March 2010 at 13:51:02

My cat always sleeps on your revision guides, not any other publisher's. Do you use printed paper with a special insulation coating?

Indigo - Manchester, United Kingdom - 05 March 2010 at 19:27:33

Guestbook Editor: Not sure about the paper — your cat is probably basking in the warm glow of knowledge that comes with every CGP book.

Hello - my name is Joana the question I would love to ask is...
Are there any CGP books for travel and tourism industry? Because your books are really helpful and I really love them...
And I'd love to have one CGP travel and tourism industry.
Hope you guys reply thank you sincerely.

Joana - Leamington Spa, United Kingdom - 05 March 2010 at 19:11:22

Guestbook Editor: Sorry... we've got no plans for a Travel and Tourism book at the moment.

(Commenting on book BBR52, Head Start to AS Biology )

I loved CGP books since I was little, it really helped me when I had my exams (specially GCSEs). Now I'm going to sixth form, I was so worried about A levels and I got advice from a teacher to visit this website and see Head Starts for science - it was brilliant just what I needed. THANKS!!!!!!!!

Fatima - Coventry, United Kingdom - 05 March 2010 at 15:30:59

I love your books they are full of so much information. Not like the normal textbooks that look at the subject from one point of view or example.

I like this book but I do have one problem - which is: where are the answers for C1A Topic 5? I have an exam tomorrow and I'm trying to revise and I want to check if I have the correct answers :)

Jo Taylor - IPswich, United Kingdom - 04 March 2010 at 19:08:00

Guestbook Editor: That's the sneaky bit! We only give you some answers. So you have to look back through the notes and it sticks better. Good luck.

(Commenting on book BUHR62, A2-Level Business Studies Revision Guide )

How do you find the answers for the exam questions in the A2 business revision guide?

Monibah - London, United Kingdom - 04 March 2010 at 12:08:59

Guestbook Editor: There's some on p184 - hunt for the rest. You'll remember it better after!

Ah, I love these books :) They are fab and are really helping me to understand more!!! GREAT JOB :)

Chloe - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - 04 March 2010 at 07:40:10

Do you have a book on Thomas Hardy, The Withered Arm and Other Wessex Tales?

Xia - Singapore, China (Peoples Rep) - 03 March 2010 at 20:15:45

Guestbook Editor: Sorry - we don't.

My order won't print (this happened with a previous order too). And today, after inputting a long order, I had to leave it for an hour while one item was double-checked with a member of staff. When I logged back in, the whole order had been taken out of my basket, so I'd to redo it. This is very frustrating and time-consuming.

MB - Halifax , United Kingdom - 03 March 2010 at 11:31:52

Guestbook Editor: Ouch, you must be hopping mad! We'll try to figure out a way to print or save an 'order-in-progress'

Well I think your jokes are funny. :)

(Commenting on book MFGP32, KS3 Maths Green Practice Tests - Level 3-6 )

I'd like to know whether these books are suitable for my child, as I've heard they are controversial in different ways. Which book should I provide my child with for the yr 9 tests, as they are varied.

Jane - Whitfield, United Kingdom - 02 March 2010 at 19:10:00

Guestbook Editor: Hard questions to answer here! It's probably best to talk to their teacher about this - or give us a call. We can go into a bit more detail then.

We need an A2 Maths guide!! Any plans to do one?

Luke - Cambridge , United Kingdom - 02 March 2010 at 17:11:27

Guestbook Editor: There are - though we can't yet be certain exactly when it will be.

I would like CGP to give more discounts, such as books for 99p every month :)

anon - surrey, United Kingdom - 01 March 2010 at 22:08:30

Hi. I used your AS-geography textbook last year... but now I need your A2 textbook! When will it be written/published? Please make it soon. Your books are fantastic!

Priya - London, United Kingdom - 01 March 2010 at 18:57:17

Guestbook Editor: Oh dear - not in time for exams this year. Sorry - and best of luck!

Do you, or are you intending to do these books in other alternative formats - large print, pdf, DAISY?

AThompson - Manchester , United Kingdom - 01 March 2010 at 16:00:29

Guestbook Editor: There are options. Could you drop us an e-mail with a bit more detail about which books and formats you might want?

The person (Bill, London) commenting on question 4a being misleading means the higher paper. I had the same problem!!! Very good books though!

Matt - liverpool, United Kingdom - 28 February 2010 at 17:37:40

Guestbook Editor: Thanks Matt - we'll make sure it gets fixed.

Your books are very good and easy to use. although I would recommend that you make the jokes a little bit better. But still good value for money.

Joe - Walsh, United Kingdom - 26 February 2010 at 18:54:25

Your jokes aren't good, you need to get better ones mates. But you've still got good books.

Tom - Hale, United Kingdom - 26 February 2010 at 18:51:23

Dan - Staines , United Kingdom - 25 February 2010 at 19:05:18

Thanks so much. I need to revise for my gcse and only got about a week left and I got the books on time and they are so helpful. My whole family uses them.

anonymous - london, United Kingdom - 25 February 2010 at 15:00:57

Thanks CGP - your books have been a great help to me as a mum in helping my children to understand things that have maybe not been explained enough for them at school! I have got 2 of them through the 11+ and just waiting on the result for no. 3 - your easy to understand explanations have been fab - particularly Maths!

Wendy - Plymouth, United Kingdom - 24 February 2010 at 22:23:00

I would just like to say can you add all the pages I need on this website coz I don't have the books. Our teacher said do a fact sheet on seeds dispersal and to find out info from our CGP books. Now I was thinking I know I can go on that website it's great. I go on the website, and guess what happens... no I mean just guess..... IT WASNT THERE. Now how am I supposed to do my homework?

Kasie - London, United Kingdom - 24 February 2010 at 19:04:54

CGP Books are excellent! I would recommend them to everybody that is doing A levels. All information is put into easy to understand chunks with the most important parts highlighted. Remember what the book says and you will know 100% of the stuff for your exam. The jokes make me laugh also!

Danny - Newcastle, United Kingdom - 24 February 2010 at 16:27:06

At 58 I am a late GCSE maths scholar having failed my GCE in 1967. My daughter reckons it is possible to pass the exam without having any lessons as long as you have your revision guide! Hmmm we shall see.

Iman - London, United Kingdom - 23 February 2010 at 18:31:23

hey,
I'd just like to say that CGP are really good and that they're helping me so much with their books so thanks :)

This book helps me a lot in maths.

Rosheen - London, United Kingdom - 22 February 2010 at 18:54:27

I would like to say that CGP rules and made me more confident in English, Maths and Science. I'm currently a level 6a in all of these subjects and on track in school.

Mohamed - London, United Kingdom - 22 February 2010 at 12:06:48

A really fabulous range of products. Thanks!!

Chaya Posen - London, United Kingdom - 21 February 2010 at 23:28:45

I really enjoy using your books. I teach KS2 but use the KS3 Shakespeare guides to teach with - the children really respond well to them and the humorous way it is represented really helps them to understand some quite complex plots.

Jo - Barnet, United Kingdom - 21 February 2010 at 21:43:07

Before I hated maths but this book has made things a lot easier, helping me with my homework while squeezing in a few jokes!!!

Sophie James - Mortimer, United Kingdom - 21 February 2010 at 20:15:49

In the diagram on the bottom of page 89 of the third edition key stage three science revision guide, you wrote 'SCG top value revision book' instead of CGP. Was this to avoid copyright or was it a typo?

Yuku - Surrey, United Kingdom - 21 February 2010 at 18:17:56

Guestbook Editor: We'd not want you to think we were pushy!

Love the GCSE Edexcel Higher Modular Mathematics revision books, but I feel the past papers are a little off mark in terms of what is asked in the real exam and how hard questions are (your papers seem harder) and the design is slightly odd what with all the lines and not one simple space to show working?!

Arjun - Beckenham, United Kingdom - 21 February 2010 at 17:20:06

Roast chicken with an extra helping of sage and onion stuffing. Yum.
