Order Information and Help
The price above is the cost of the books you have chosen. Here’s a bit more info about ordering from us, including a few things that could affect the final cost of your order:
- Discounts

We sell all our books as cheaply as we can, but because our handling costs are reduced on big orders we can sometimes offer a little extra discount. Any discounts you’re entitled will show up once you log in.
- Postage & Packing

Your postage and packing will be calculated once you log in, though it’ll never cost you more than £2.50 if you’re in the UK. If you’re overseas then our website will work out your charge depending on where you live.
- Delivery

We're really proud to say that we despatch all orders on the day they're placed, as long as it’s a weekday and we receive them by 5pm. That means that your books should arrive the next day if you’re in the UK.
All international orders are sent by Airmail or courier (TNT) and we’ll get them to you as quickly as we can.
- Digital Downloads

If you’ve ordered any digital resources we’ll be in touch via email very soon with details of when your download will be available (it won’t be long) and how to collect it (it’s dead simple).
- How to change or delete an item

To change the quantity of an item type over the quantities already there and click 'Update Quantities'. To delete an item change the quantity to '0' and click 'Update Quantities'. Simple.
