I love CGP books, they make my life so much easier. I use the exam practice work books as home work books. The questions are relevant to the level and already graded, plus I have a copy of the answers.

There is a grammar mistake in your GCSE Physics AQA (Grade 9-1) Revision Guide on Page 79- EM Waves and Their Uses. It says ‘Absorbing IR radiation causes objects to get hotter. Food can cooked using IR radiation- the temperature of the food increases when it absorbs IR radiation, e.g. from a toaster’s heating element.’ You need to edit this to food can ‘be’ cooked.
Willow Barber — Birmingham , United Kingdom — 10 Dec 2017 at 21:04:15
Guestbook Editor: How right you are. We'll make sure that missing 'be' is inserted when we next reprint the book. Thanks for pointing it out!
(Commenting on book CAQ41B, New Grade 9-1 GCSE Chemistry: AQA Exam Practice Workbook (with answers)
I have a AQA GCSE chemistry (Grade 9-1) workbook which don't have the answers. Can I order the answer booklet? I can't find the answer booklet on your website.
Sangya — Newbury , United Kingdom — 09 Dec 2017 at 08:54:28
Guestbook Editor: You certainly can — you'll find it here.
Awesome .... just awesome ... experience is beyond words after the GCSE hunt through other providers. Will be coming here as first port of call from now until the Kids leave education. Great Job.

Love the psychology a level guides. Would really appreciate some more English guides for a level, especially AQA ones for the anthology and for The Handmaids Tale and A Streetcar Named Desire.
Alisha — Kent, United Kingdom — 07 Dec 2017 at 12:01:39
The a level biology and chemistry books are absolute lifesavers. Would really appreciate some more a level English revision guides though, like the range there is for the GCSE revision guides.

We have been using your resources for the last two years and they have proven an excellent way in preparing our Year 6 pupils for the reading tests. I logged on today to find they've been changed to Fiction and Non-fiction which is a shame as the previous style allowed for them to switch between the two as the SAT's paper do- very disappointed.
Louise Curtis — SOUTHAMPTON, United Kingdom — 28 Nov 2017 at 07:56:20
Guestbook Editor: Sorry to hear you're not a fan of our new KS2 Reading SAT Busters — we decided to split them up into Fiction, Non-Fiction and Poetry to make it clear what you're getting in each book (as opposed to the previous editions, which were just called Book 1, Book 2 and Book 3).
If you prefer a mixture of KS2 SATS Reading practice, our SAT Buster 10-Minute Tests (Book 1 and Book 2) are worth investigating — each one covers a selection of fiction, non-fiction and poetry.
Only payment method is credit card, can you not include paypal and other methods? Also The webpage doesnt have a quick search box to go directly to the subject and level we need. It may be useful as it took me a while to get use to the site and find my way round.
Tahra shah — woking, United Kingdom — 27 Nov 2017 at 11:02:29
Guestbook Editor: Hi, and thanks for your comments. We're working on some improvements to the CGP website that should address these points... they're coming soon!
These resources are brilliant! to revise at home I use the only books on my laptop and I leave my books in my locker at school so I can revise after school and at break/lunches.
I would love if you brought out flash cards with formulas on(I am too lazy to make them myself) for maths and physics as this would be an amazing revision tool and I know my school especially would order a lot of them.
The flash cards for the formulas would also be good because we now have to memorise nearly all of them! Otherwise, I am in love with your products! Keep up the good work CGP!

can you make them for media
Gino — Wickford, United Kingdom — 24 Nov 2017 at 11:40:09
Amazing books! Love how easy they are to use for the teachers and students, and how they are written with a great sense of humour!
KP — Kent, United Kingdom — 23 Nov 2017 at 15:08:08
Superb materials, as always. I have used the Maths and Science stuff for over seven years in one-to-one sessions. Also used in schools before that.
I have yet to spot a single mistake, or thought "well, that's over-complicated the topic"
To the contrary, it helps me to track specification changes and see the simplest methods for some problems. Students like the clear lay-out.
Ted Walker — Warrington, United Kingdom — 23 Nov 2017 at 14:41:12
Guestbook Editor: Excellent news! Thanks for your feedback.
P.S. If you like spotting mistakes, you should read the CGP Guestbook more often — I make them all the tim.
Why are they so expensive, yet schools get them cheaper
Bob — Plymouth, United Kingdom — 22 Nov 2017 at 19:00:50
Guestbook Editor: Here's the official (but not very exciting) answer... We're able to offer lower prices to schools because they regularly order hundreds of books at a time — this costs us a lot less than handling dozens of smaller orders to different addresses.
The good news is that we offer bulk discounts to all our other UK customers too — 10% off orders over £30, 20% off orders over £50 and a whopping 35% off orders over £100!
Thank you so much for my order!
I ordered revision books for my son on Monday morning they were delivered before 8am the next day
Emma Barker — Staffs, United Kingdom — 22 Nov 2017 at 12:08:35
Would you consider making GCSE media textbooks/revision guides at all?
Sol Jennings — Newcastle upon tyne and wear, United Kingdom — 19 Nov 2017 at 22:33:12
Guestbook Editor: We'd certainly consider it. But I'm not at liberty to say any more on the subject at the moment...
I do love your books and they help a lot with revision and I can’t wait for more of your books to come out. But I just wanted to suggest a few books could maybe do: an Edexcel history book with all the information and revision and how to answer the questions and example answers, a text guide for The History Boys, a more detailed maths revision guide, and start doing GCSE psychology books. I hope you take my ideas into account, thanks.
Tiana King — Birmingham, United Kingdom — 18 Nov 2017 at 18:35:11
Guestbook Editor: Thanks very much — we'll add those to our list of suggestions.
I was wondering if there is a book that I don't find helpful, how can I send it back to you and will you give the money back? Thank you!
Adanna — London, United Kingdom — 18 Nov 2017 at 12:15:55
Guestbook Editor: Sorry to hear you're not finding your book helpful. Just drop our team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org — they're the best people to answer all your questions.
Can I come & work with you 'cause I love maths & I love being silly. Your books make tutoring so much more fun :)
Twocakes — Godmanchester, United Kingdom — 15 Nov 2017 at 20:14:14
Guestbook Editor: Well, you're more than welcome to apply — we usually recruit graduate editors a couple of times a year, so keep an eye on our Current Vacancies page for the next wave of opportunities. (Or you can send us your CV and a covering letter as a speculative enquiry!)
I think you guys should make flash cards with the information that we need to know. It would be helpful indeed. X
Millie — Manchester, United Kingdom — 15 Nov 2017 at 20:10:10
Hi, I already messaged the CGP team but i believe it would be very beneficial if you would sell a range of revision cards.
I asked various classmates and they agree with the idea and don't like the hassle of making our own - having ready made ones ensure we have all the information we need with the right information.
Thanks for reading.
Xsania Neale — Swavesey, Cambridge, United Kingdom — 13 Nov 2017 at 16:44:59
Guestbook Editor: Funny you should say that (see comment below)...
Please please consider publishing flash cards for GCSE. Edexcel are trialling them - they are brilliant! You will do better. Would love them in individual sciences.
Georgina Woodman — Weybridge, United Kingdom — 13 Nov 2017 at 13:52:51
Guestbook Editor: Two separate requests for revision cards in one afternoon? We'll definitely have to think about it now...
Thanks for your suggestions, Xsania and Georgina. (EDIT: And Millie.)
