Yeah, I would like to add to some of the comments, but first of all, your books are a great help. Anyway, I would appreciate it if the workbooks and answers could be sold seperately to the public, me and my friends want to buy a workbook each and 1 answer book. Also, please get rid of the comment 'Buy our books - they're ace', it's just pathetic. The price is good though, so keep up the good work

Dave — , UK — 29 Nov 2000 at 21:30:00

Rachael,Sarah,Chrissy and michelle — Liverpool , UK — 29 Nov 2000 at 20:13:00

Thankyou! (anyone who is currently cramming for your mocks - CGP books are ACE!! - believe me...I know!)

dunk — , UK — 29 Nov 2000 at 19:58:00

Thanx 4 making the books, where would we be without them?!

Reaney Brennan — Leeds , UK — 29 Nov 2000 at 19:39:00

Why don't you have the topics that we study in the GCSE history books like the 2nd world war, crime and punishment and the role and status of women. Apart from that the books are great.

thomas williams — , UK — 29 Nov 2000 at 19:06:00

There is a spelling error in your GCSE modern world history revision book. On the questions for summary six, question 26 asks " Name the leading nazi who was put in charge of the Lutwaffe." Sorry for being such a perfectionist but i cant help the way I'm made. Great books though!!

Andy Powley — , UK — 29 Nov 2000 at 15:57:00

I am very interested in your books. I would appreciate it if you could send me information on my e-mail address about Technology (Resistant Materials-MEG) I thank you for your time.

How many G.C.S.E's do you need to be a primary school pe teacher? What grades do they need to be? How old do you have to be? What is the salary for being a primary school pe teacher?

Tom & Rachel — wales , uk — 26 Nov 2000 at 12:52:00

I luv all your books but I was just wondering if you can make these perfect books in welsh. I'm sure your profits will be higher as the welsh school in wales need GCSE welsh books to study. Wales is a part of the UK and we deserve our education in welsh. It's my first language. Anyway thanx for listening & having time to read this comment. *~ Hannah ~*

Hannah — , UK — 26 Nov 2000 at 12:49:00

Thank you, thank you, thankyou. I have just recently discovered these books and I'm eternally grateful. I am in yr11 and studing for mocks etc. They make the stuff so easy to understand and are even boardering on humorous so your goal has been achieved...i do actually use them! Please keep churning out more how about an RE one or even a music would be good. Thank you again.I am forever indebted

Once again I love your books{ I like the pictures they have kept me amused while i was revising} they told me a lot of stuff that my teachers never would have told me. David Beattie — Plumstead, London , UK — 25 Nov 2000 at 06:20:00

Just like to say that the GCSE guides are brilliant!

Amy Herbert — Urmston, Manchester , UK — 24 Nov 2000 at 22:32:00

Why don't you put the books on the net if you really want us kids to learn more. You could then make it free to use and get your money from advertising not from us the real people who need help. But your books are o.k.if you are not going to put them on the net.

Danny Kerby — , UK — 24 Nov 2000 at 19:25:00

yo, pukka books man!!! hey u could make it more detail!!! anyway i love the pics!! chhhhheeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrssssss!

Thank you for the wonderful science workbooks. They are easily the best of their kind! When are you going to do some books for KS2 Music??? Best wishes, Gerry.

Gerry Howe — Terra Nova School, Cheshire , UK — 21 Nov 2000 at 21:01:00

Just wanted to say that your books are the best revision guides i've ever used. they helped me understand all my subjects, especially business studies. One thing though, make an electronics revision guide!!! many people find the subject hard and i'm sure you'd sell it if you made it .

Ian Marshall — , UK — 21 Nov 2000 at 20:51:00

This is Great

Gary Wilson — Moneymore Co Londonderry, N.Ir, UK — 21 Nov 2000 at 18:58:00

I'm at uni and my brother has given me some of your books to brush up on subjects I need but haven't studied for nearly 10 years. I think they're great. Have you thought about a guide on how to study effectively? Also more A-level books (eg science subjects) would be great. Another idea is maths and english made easy, but for adults (instead of children) returning to education.

Liz Thatcher — , UK — 21 Nov 2000 at 16:13:00

Darren Wilding — LANCS , UK — 20 Nov 2000 at 20:16:00

Andrew McLaren — Liden, Swindon , UK — 20 Nov 2000 at 17:24:00

Will you be getting any sociology or psychology 'a' level books for revision purposes cause I would really like to purchase them if you are. Thank you

Kirsty Whittingham — , UK — 20 Nov 2000 at 14:46:00

My friend praised the Schools History Project Guide, so I have just ordered it online having not had any success looking for it in WHSmiths! Thanks!

Sophia — Guildford , UK — 20 Nov 2000 at 13:26:00

I wanted to order the new A level Maths book but could not find it on your web site. The ISBN is 1 84146 991 2. Please could you supply me with this? I heard about it via a colleague who is a maths teacher.

Allyson Taylor — Bucks , UK — 19 Nov 2000 at 21:06:00

I Have a number of your books and they are really helping me through my revision for my GCSE mock exams that are in December. I was just wondering if you were going to bring some out for A-Level's.

Graham Reynolds — , UK — 19 Nov 2000 at 20:36:00

this site is very helpful. thankyou

laura — , UK — 19 Nov 2000 at 18:08:00

Is there a book for gcse economics? if there isn't can u tell me wot other companies do them?

David — , UK — 19 Nov 2000 at 16:19:00

I am a real fan of your books and had one for every subject at GCSE level. Now I am starting my a-levels I can't find any except for maths and i really miss them! All the other A-level revision books are so boring and not fun at all. Please hurry up and get some more out before i fail all my exams!!!!

Lindsey Wells — King's Lynn , UK — 19 Nov 2000 at 12:25:00

I think that your books are great!! I saw People were buying them from school and it wasn't since I bought the key stage 3 books that I realised how invaluable they are!!!! Now I have started my GCSE course and I have already bought them for Maths and the Double science Workbooks. One thing that I find annoying is that on some of the questions you do not get enough room to write the answer. e.g on the physics book you have to draw circuits and there is not enough room. Sorry, i just had to point that out!!!!

Sophie — Hertfordshire , UK — 19 Nov 2000 at 00:00:00

I like the book that I have bought for myself. Year 5 English. Please think of adults like me who want to improve. Do write lots of work-books like this and science as well. Do you have a catalogue to show if the books are workbooks or not. To fill in spaces means that the info is all on the same page. Am hoping to take English at A level plus all science subjects. Did nothing like this at school. Offer to try them out free if you would like me to

Glennis Rogerson ND HD MSc CertEd — Skegness, Lincolnshire , UK — 18 Nov 2000 at 21:58:00

Well, I am a student who is at this present moment, getting stressed about school because of all the homework, coursework and revision I have been given to do but I can honestly say that I would be a lot more stressed without these cgp books! thanks a lot guys!

Claire — , UK — 18 Nov 2000 at 21:19:00

Thankyou! What a great set of books!

Charlie Parker — Norwich , UK — 18 Nov 2000 at 16:01:00

Thank you CGP! Your books have really helped me get through tests!

Charlie Parker — Norwich , UK — 18 Nov 2000 at 15:44:00

I'd just like to say a huge thank you for producing such brilliant books! I got 7A*'S and 2A's in my G.C.S.E.s and I couldn't have done it without your help. I only wish there are books like yours for A-levels.

Clare — Chard, Somerset , UK — 18 Nov 2000 at 15:06:00

our school uses your books, i'd just like to say how cool they are!!

Ben rose — , UK — 18 Nov 2000 at 13:23:00

basma a. a. al arimy — sultant of oman , Oman — 18 Nov 2000 at 05:11:00

I think that all of the revision guides are fantastic. My whole family have used them over the years, collecting all of the new ones, so now I have about six or seven! They are all great for revision, as they simplify everything and use great diagrams! Virtually every department at my school uses CGP Books. Keep up the good work, and PLEASE PRODUCE MORE FOR A-Level STANDARDS!

Jonathan Williams — West Ealing, London , UK — 17 Nov 2000 at 18:34:00

Excellent materials - could you keep me in touch with the latest developments - LEA mathematics Adviser

Keith Gould — , UK — 17 Nov 2000 at 11:06:00

You do not seem to do Revision Guides on Classical Civilisation or Religious Studies. Is that right? Do you intend to cover these other subjects? I think your other guides are great and it is a shame you do not cover them all.

Mrs Alison Edelshain — , UK — 17 Nov 2000 at 00:44:00

I am currently doing my gcse mocks at the moment! and i think your books are brilliant! and really cool! the humour used in it does help alot and makes revising more interesting! iam using a book now to revise for my maths for tommorrow! bye

J — , UK — 16 Nov 2000 at 21:12:00

Your books are very good, but I cannot find a store in Bradford/ Leeds/Birmingham that appears to stock them all. I am a semi retired teacher[ie I still do supply work]. I have found your books are very direct and to the point.

Jade O'Halloran — Spon Gate Primary school , UK — 15 Nov 2000 at 18:30:00

I notice that you now produce books for the National Numeracy Framework for Key Stage 2. Do you plan to produce something similar for Year 7 and eventually Year 8 Numeracy Framework in Key Stage 3? I would be interested to hear if anything is in the pipeline.

I am a GCSE student, taking my exams in the summer of 2001. Whilst on your site, I was looking at your new book section, where I noticed that you now do A-Level Maths. Is there any chance that you would do other A-LEVEL books like Law, English LIterature, Psychology and COmmunication Studies. Please let me know. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE TAKING EXAMS THIS YEAR.

Cat — , UK — 12 Nov 2000 at 12:32:00

Our Headteacher has just brought all Year6 pupils at my school your Study Books for Maths, English and Science. They are BRILLIANT even my Dad and Nana are learning from them. Rachael Shippey

Rachael Shippey — Wisbech, Cambs , UK — 11 Nov 2000 at 21:16:00

Your GCSE science books really saved my life (well maybe just my grades. I couldn't have got such good marks without them. I urge you to bring out similar revision guides for A levels. I noticed that you have already an A level maths guide out but everyone I have spoken to is desperate for more books for other subjects especially the sciences.

Jennifer — Whitley Bay , UK — 11 Nov 2000 at 14:24:00

I love your books, and so do my pupils. Have you thought about producing posters? e.g. maths shapes Couldn't register for e-mail news - your site doesn't think my e-mail address is in the correct form. (It is!)

Ms N Porter — , UK — 11 Nov 2000 at 12:29:00

AWESOME!! You're GCSE revision guides were ace! I really owe all those A*s to them! The prices were unbelievable too. Now A level revision guides would really be good, as you'll be able to let the fun & humour shine through, (is that even possible in A level Physics/Chemistry?!) Are there going to be any more A level books? Cheers,

Farooq Asif — Walsall , UK — 11 Nov 2000 at 00:39:00

i would like to thank you for getting me through my GCSE's. i used your intermediate maths revision guide and got a Grade B. I used you Geography Revision Guide and got a grade A. I also used your Double science NEAB terminal exam revision guide and got a two Grade B's. Thank you very much, without these books i would have not got the grades.

shilpen Patel — , UK — 10 Nov 2000 at 18:33:00

My son and daughter have just received your books for keystage 2/3 SATS. They look brilliant. I particularly like the fact that you keep specifically to the information required for the SATs. I shall be buying the English Shakespeare study guide as judging from the contents list it looks great..

Val Burgess — Ramsey, Cambs , UK — 10 Nov 2000 at 18:25:00

I teach individuals at home and use your publications regularly. I have just been studying your catalogue and am amazed to find that I, as a personal one to one tutor, cannot order certain books as I don't have a school address. I find this rather perplexing but I feel it can be easily explained, could you tell why this is so.

Peter Nesom — Co Durham , UK — 10 Nov 2000 at 16:02:00

I find all your books essential and effective for tuition both at Levels 1 and 2. Superb for SATs revision

Peter Nesom — Co Durham , UK — 10 Nov 2000 at 15:41:00

These books are superb! I thought that they were very goood at gcse, but I think that it would be great if you made A-Level Revision Guides too.

Gareth Seabright — Nuneaton Warwickshire , UK — 09 Nov 2000 at 13:29:00

We were advised to look at your books by our daughters class teacher. As our daughter has dyslexia he though that the fun format of your books might help her to keep up in class. As an LSA I have to say that I have not used your books before and look forward to trying them out.

Rachel Southwell — peterborough , UK — 08 Nov 2000 at 18:50:00

Doing my gcse mocks at the mo and they have helped a lot cheers!

Kate Thorpe — , UK — 08 Nov 2000 at 18:38:00

I use my book as a paperweight, thanks, it's very handy. I use the german dictionary at the back but find exams easier if i don't revise. I don't really know why i bought it cos i hardly use it!! Thanks anyway?

Gemma Stent — , UK — 07 Nov 2000 at 20:51:00

Just bought via my school your Key Stage 3 Science Revision Guide. I think it is very good and I would like to buy some more of your books. I think your charges for P&P are rather expensive, what about a discount if we buy several books? Many Thanks Ben Brooks

Ben Brooks — DEVON , UK — 07 Nov 2000 at 20:22:00

sam mock — caerphilly , Wales — 05 Nov 2000 at 22:04:00

I think your books are really cool, I read them often and sometimes our teachers sets us homework about them. At the moment I only have the Maths one and Science the important bits but i would like to get more.

Sarah Bedford — Coventry, West Midlands , UK — 05 Nov 2000 at 18:06:00

Your guides allow me to learn the whole syllabus quickly and easily, but some information i find is not included, and the amount of detail on some topics is less than adequate. The index to your revision guides is rather poor also, too many entries like 'outsmart them' and "zup" that are not very helpful. I would really appreciate it if you could even think about writing latin and treble science revision guides, im sure they would be a great help for all as there are few revision guides for both and there is a great need.

Are you thinking of publishing a revision guide that covers other history syllabus'. My school follows a syllabus that includes, the Agricultural, industrial, and transport revolutions, and social reforms in the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, an economics revision guide would also be useful. Your Science revision guides are superb, as are your maths but you need to review the chapters on vectors. I hope to use your revision guides at A-level, but I would like to know if you are thinking of publishing books for the new AS, A2 levels that students of 2001, will follow.

Dear Sir/Madam, Please could you tell me if you are going to do any A-LEVEL revision Guides. I would like to know if you do Law, English Literaure and Psychology. Your GCSE Books are great and seem to be helping me with my GCSEs that I am taking this summer. Thanks for your help!!!!

I am just about to do my mock GCSE's, and am finding your maths higher guide invaluable. Although it's too late 4 me, are you going to do a triple science guide as there is a huge gap in the market 4 1.

We find yoyur books well written and popular with our pupils. I am about to put in our main order for GCSE guides for this year, the fifth year we have recommended your guides!

I've used several of your KS2 science and maths books and have found them invaluable in helping to plan lessons and particularly helping the children to revise in an interesting way

Your books are ace!!!!!! They are the greatest thing since......EVER!!! Not only did they get me all eights in SATS but they are well on the way to giving me equal success in GCSE. Ive nearly got all my teachers convinced to issue your workbooks to the whole class and use them as the official workbook.

I work as a behaviour suppport teacher in secondary school. Your revision guides and workbooks are a fabulous resourse and I use them a lot with my pupils in years 9 and 10. I was really hoping that you would be at the Special Needs Exhibition in Islington tomorrow. I was wondering if you had specific workbooks for maths and science, levels 3-6, just for the SATs? That would be so useful. Many thanks, yours sincerely Jo Ford
