I think your gcse guides are great for children and have bought them in the past. My children are now doing As levels and I wondered whether you would be doing revision guides for them. Subjects we are interested in are media studies, psychology, english, biology, french and geography. Hope you are covering these subjects in the near future. Thanks karen tomczak

I like your books cos they add a bit of fun to revising.

Very impressed with these books to help my children. I bought some from WHSmiths and then went on line when I saw how good they were. I have now ordered more. Excellent. I am learning while I help my children!

Hi I've just been shown some of your books by Martin Hughes, who is a brit who now teaches at Thames High School here in New Zealand. Your books look good and affordable. I hope to be able to send you an order in due course. Please let know any details relevant to ordering from New Zealand. I could probably use my credit card if necessary but I'd rather the college be billed directly. Thanks, Phil

CGP, Richard parsons thanx so so much for writing such groovy revision books for GCSE. I feel like a fool for not buying your revision guides earlier. Now I can go to sleep at class knowing that the explanations in yur books will help me understand more than what "teach" says. Another thing is that could you guys please publish a GCSE ECONOMICS REVISION GUIDE????? (Desperatly waiting for it to come out...)
legor — , Hong Kong — 24 Aug 2001 at 05:47:00
Do you have any plans to cover the proposed GCSE Astronomy? I think your books are wonderful!
Mrs AV Barker — , UK — 23 Aug 2001 at 14:23:00
I first used one of your revision guides a number of years ago, it helped me to fly through my GCSE maths exam. Not bad, concidering that I was 39 years old at the time! I thought then that it was a first class product and was extremly easy to follow, even to the extent that I tended to learn and retain more information than I did from my recommended course book (no names!). I then mislaid it and was absolutely lost and saddened when I didn't have it to hand when ever I needed it. I recently discovered your that your products were still available and that you had a web site. Congratulations on such superb books rest asured my children will be benefiting from them in the future.

I've just bought 4 of your books to help me through my mocks which are coming up. The jokes are tacky and the pictures are funny, but if anything they help me remember important facts! Groovy stuff, I'll be recommending them!!!

Emma Spencer — Nottingham , UK — 17 Aug 2001 at 17:29:00
Well done on your sections on fair testing in your Science books. We've looked at many school books and none indexed the terms ‘bias’ or ‘control’. Intriguingly, in spite of the lack of attention to the concept of ‘fair tests’ in most of the material we looked at, we came across one book in which some educationalists were complaining that that the concept is overemphasised in the national curriculum!

i find CGP books really helpful but i've noticed that CGP don't provide drama or food technology books. i take drama and food technology for GCSE and i'd definately buy drama and food revision books if you provided them! i have only one question- why don't you? PLEASE REPLY!
CGP GAL — , UK — 16 Aug 2001 at 19:27:00
I think these books are really great, so thanks for that. Although I do have a suggestion..when I did the workbook, I checked my answers afterwards..which was fine, but what I would really like to know is what score I would've got if it had been a real exam. Do you do a system of working out the score, and level on your past exam papers pakage?

Great books, everyone of them. Very occasionally I think I find the odd mistake. It would be good if there was a section on the site that invited people to send in suspected mistakes and published the corrections

I have previously had a selection of your books and have found them extremely helpful for my two boys, Ben, 10, and Jack, 6. They are educational but also enjoyable and fun to do. They are also easy to follow and understand (for the parents anyway!).
