I am an A level student doing my 1st year lower sixth. Last year I managed to do my GCSE's successfully with the help of CGP GCSE revision guides and work books. I want to do well in my AS exams this year, and in order for me to do so, I once again need your help. I have already brought the A level P1 Maths book so far. I am also taking Biology, Chemistry and General studies. But I haven't seen or heard about any revision guides available from CGP. Please can you let me know if you will be producing any books for the subjects I mentioned. Thank you!
Ajanthini Sanjeevakumar — London , UK — 25 Jul 2002 at 22:11:00
Your books are good but your jokes are not that good!
S.H — , UK — 25 Jul 2002 at 15:01:00
On the edexcel A-Level Maths P1 guide by CGP I think there is an error on page 35. At the bottom it works out the perimeter of a segment, and the final calculation totals S1 and S2, when it calculates S2 it uses the previous working out, however the previous working out was for S2 squared. They did not root the S2squared calculation to find out S2 and so I believe the answer is incorrect. Thanx for any help, Andrew

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW DO YOU ORDER THE STUDY AND REVISION BOOKS OF MATHS, SCIENCE AND ENGLISH FOR AGES 7 10 14.
Anju Bala — Bedford, Bedfordshire , UK — 24 Jul 2002 at 23:35:00
Thankyou CGP, your books are brill. I am educated by my mother, who is doing a fantastic job, but i am sure your books help her to educate me upto school standard. Xenia Armeniakos-Bloomer. (Aged 8)
Xenia Armeniakos-Bloomer — , UK — 24 Jul 2002 at 22:51:00
I think CGP Books are just naturally great! We has a year 8 assessment in which we were to revise all the work we did in year 7 and 8. The notes in my books were just boring and i thought i may not be able to get a good level but when i bought the CGP Key Stage Three SCIENCE revision guide book it turned my world upside down and i began to have faith in myself, thanks to the CGP book i passed the test and got a leval 7 being one of the two girls with level 7!
Mohzma Hussain — Burnley, Lancashire , UK — 24 Jul 2002 at 19:47:00
Hey, I would just like to say that your books are the best revision guides ever. they always seem to save my butt when i forget to revise and then realise i have an exam the next day. I always come out wiv the A's I will definitely be using them for My final Year of secondary school, use them for MY GCSE, but you dont do GCSE MUSIC and GCSE Drama books so i am on my own there. But i would just like to say thanks for all the help your guides give and keep up the good work, I am planning to use them until i get to university. Thanks
Shreena — woolwich, london , UK — 24 Jul 2002 at 18:17:00
Very impressed with the range, and cost effectiveness, of the books which I have bought so far. Looking forward to the new series, and titles, plus new orders to accommodate children's advancing ages. Please send new catalogue,
Mrs Wendy S FLINDELL — BIELEFELD SCHOOL, CATTERICK BK, UK — 24 Jul 2002 at 17:20:00
Hey i think CGP Books r da bomb cos on Tuesday 16th July i took a science test which includes all three topics we covered in class and i got 86% in my test. So my point is if i did not revise for my test in the CGP Books i wouldn't have got over 50% and went to a higher set in Science. CGP books just keep'em'comin'.
Asabrina — East Ham, London , UK — 23 Jul 2002 at 23:09:00
Have you any Administration revision books your other books are so good I was just wondering. Also we don't learn the things you tell us to learn in the revision books, which information should I really learn or just learn both?
Emma Haxton — Grangemouth, Falkirk District,, UK — 23 Jul 2002 at 17:21:00
ould be really grateful if you could send me a catalogue.
Natasha Davis — Tervuren , Belgium — 23 Jul 2002 at 12:57:00
CGP books are the best. They are attractive funny, simple and easy to understand. They are basically the greatest!!
Zhaokun — , UK — 22 Jul 2002 at 19:05:00
Your books re really good and make things clear
Kate Farrell — , UK — 22 Jul 2002 at 12:10:00
I think that your books are really good value for money and cover most of the syllabus. The only problem with your books is the fact that you don't do any for people (such as myself) who are taking separate science and you also don't seem to do one in R.E. I am finding it quite difficult to study at the moment and would be grateful for any thing that you could send me, Thank you, Sarah
Sarah Jones — Brentwood, Essex , UK — 20 Jul 2002 at 17:05:00

KIERAN, - WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU WRITTEN ON CGP'S WEBSITE? IT IS STUPID AND HAS NO RELEVANCE TO THEIR EXTREMELY USEFUL PRODUCTIONS, AND GUESTBOOK SPACE. WHAT'S WITH THE GOATS LEG???? YOU NEED SERIOUS PHYSACATRICAL THERAPUTIC ATTENTION DOWN AT THE MORTUARY. ANYWAY, C-G-P, YOURE BOOKS ARE BRILLIANT AND KEEP UP THE GREAT PRODUCTIONS.

Do you have any plans to bring out a GCSE Religious Studies revision guide in the near future? I've seen your books being used widely at Hartismere for subjects like History, Geography and Science, and thought they were great. How about GCSE Religious Studies now? Yours Faithfully Pauline Baker

My Comments on the Key stage three Mathematics book is that they should have more practice questions in the book because the harder for us children the better
Sarah — , UK — 14 Jul 2002 at 21:18:00
I am just about to go into year 10 to start GCSE's, and i want to thank CGP so much for producing great books that i can understand! Im a slow learner, and i only learn the things i am interested in, but i now learn every subject (at least the ones i have the books for) properly. Thanks to CGP, i know that when it comes to getting the results, the marks will be mostly thanks to you

i noticed in your geography GCSE book there is no mention of the term 'exfoliation' which i feel should be included as it came up in my GCSE exam paper in June for three marks. apart from this your books are excellent and have helped me in my other exams.

Hi I have found your revision guides really useful not just in exam situations but for help with homework and other work which I couldn't quite grasp properly. Keep up the good work :)
Becky Leedham — Shanklin, Isle of Wight , UK — 09 Jul 2002 at 17:39:00
The books I used at GCSE were fab and I found them really useful. However, I am embarking on AS levels in September only to find that you don't cover any of my chosen subjcts at this level. The books produced by other companies are very expensive and considering I am doing four subjects, I can't afford them. Why don't you introduce AS level books?
Bianca — , UK — 09 Jul 2002 at 14:51:00
I really like your books. They make my job a lot easier.
Steve McTegart — Reading, Berkshire , UK — 09 Jul 2002 at 13:05:00

Sam Dodson — Chesterfield, Derbyshire , UK — 08 Jul 2002 at 17:06:00
I bought your GCSE Mathematics Higher Level The Revision Guide at the Cambridge Oxfam Bookshop yesterday - and I am enjoying its clarity. I am not a GCSE - nor even an A-Level - student, but took my "O-Level" (as GCSE were called then) in 1956! Not only the clearness of the explanations but also the coloured, clear diagrams were very helpful.
Mr M B Johnson — Pennyland, MILTON KEYNES , UK — 08 Jul 2002 at 12:12:00
I love your books! I used them for KS3 and my SATS and I am now using them for GCSE. I think it's great the way you make them funny so I enjoy using them, and the way you spread the information out using pictures and colours makes them really easy to use. I often find that if I'm looking at a block of print I find it hard to concentrate on the text and the words often start to jump around. Also it is really boring. Thanks for making my revision easier!
Amy Trotman De Roux — Holbeach, SPALDING , UK — 07 Jul 2002 at 17:31:00
I am looking for a study book for foundation maths do you have one that would show me how to work through foundation maths? thank you

Where are the Revision Exercises for KS3 Science? PS Your books are great!!!!
Rebecca — , UK — 06 Jul 2002 at 12:05:00
the books are cool
lolly — , UK — 06 Jul 2002 at 11:30:00
I think your books are great and you now do them in Welsh as well but you do not do a revision guide for the Welsh language. I go to an English school that teaches Welsh as a second language. A revision book would be of great help to me and others because teaching the Welsh language is compulsory in Wales and the exam board is the WJEC which will do the GCSE paper for the Welsh second language exam.

Sarah — , UK — 04 Jul 2002 at 19:39:00
It is a great site with really helpful books
Lauren Powell — , UK — 04 Jul 2002 at 13:17:00
Hey CGP! I really like your books but at times I find them frustrating to revise from due to the excessive use of colour, and the fact that so much info is squashed into one page. Can't you cut down on the quantity and focus more on quality? Without doubt your books are of a good quality, but at times it seems impossible to memorise things because you have included so much info, some of it being irrelevant. This really irritates me and I'm sure a lot of other people too.
Hello — , UK — 04 Jul 2002 at 11:45:00
