Can I do some practice papers

kiran — norwood green, middlex , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 20:43:00

I think the books are very good and they help me a lot in revising for test

Abisoye Alakija — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 19:59:00

Why do you feel it is necessary to constantly insult teenagers in your books? I find it very insulting and upsetting. For example, in reference to electrons you said if they didn't try to get a full outer shell they would just "Slob about all day. Just like teenagers." If you think about it the majority of people who buy your books ARE teenagers who want to learn to do well. If we just slobbed about we wouldn't feel the necessity to buy your books. Please refrain from these evil insults in the future.

Sarah Jane — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 19:58:00

I think your site is very enjoyable and helped me to catch up with my classmates. Now because of this site and your help I've moved up to top English and maths class. I recommend for my classmates to go on the website and they all found it very enjoyable. My school has got nearly all your books but we still need one more Key Stage Two Maths The Question Book. I am aiming for two level 5s-1 would do- and 1 or maybe 2 level 4s. I hope everybody who comes on this site enjoys EVERYTHING! Which they

Rachel Bulmer — Houghton-Le-Spring, Tyne and W, UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 19:57:00

The books have really helped with my revision for ks3 SATS. I wondered could you possibly make a GCSE book for DT Textiles? Good luck to anyone doing SATs , tests will be over soon.

Smiley — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 19:52:00

Hi can you email me a few practise papers and tips for revising because there is nothing on this on the website. Thanks PS I am doing level 5-7 English and Science and 6-8 in Maths. Thanks again it would be so helpful.

lizzy — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 19:30:00

I like CGP it is great to have different tiers but for people in the future can you please make an economics revision guide it is the hardest GCSE and there is no revision guide at all which could prove useful

Adam Larter — Somerset , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 19:28:00

I am revising for my KS3 SATs and have found all your books and this website really helpful. You make it all so simple. Thanks a lot.

jemma — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 19:04:00

Cool website, but imagine my horror when I tried to make my revision more interesting by playing a science game and found...wait for it....NO GAMES! Go on, put some games on your site.

Sarah — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 19:04:00

This website is quite helpful but I just about understood the words because it's very blurry and unclear.

keiran duncan-johnson — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 18:28:00

I think that the website and the books are 'brill', I am going to do my SATS in 2 weeks time I am really nervous please could you send me a letter through the post.

Hi. Just to let you know that I think CGP books are great and have helped me with my KS3 SATS this year. They are really easy to read and understand. Keep up the good work!

Laura — Suffolk , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 17:45:00

I'm in Year Six and I have the English, Maths and Science CGP Key Stage 2 SATs revision books. My SATs are in one and a half weeks and I'm quite nervous, but I know that with the help of CGP, I'll make it! All 5's! Ha ha

Laura — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 16:47:00

I think you need more games that are FUN

Ruby — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 14:23:00

Thanks for all the books. They are really helpful. Could make an English practice exam paper for GCSE's on Shakespeare. Cheers.

teskeen zaidi — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 10:28:00

This website was a good alternative.

Eden and David — , UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 10:22:00

Hi I have one of your books at home and I find it really helpful when I am doing my homework I give it a 10/10 thanks

kayleigh lewis — st leonards on sea, east susse, UK — 29 Apr 2003 at 09:10:00

Hello! I know there's probably not much demand for this but PLEASE make a Latin revision guide! I know of 16 girls who would love one. We are desperate, but I have given you enough time to make it before my GCSE's next year. Thanks, and when you do, update me. I already have all the other books.

katy — high wycombe , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 22:35:00

It was amazing it gave me all the info I needed and lots of practise questions!

jordan — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 21:20:00

There's an error in the KS3 Science guide. On page 19 it says that passive artificial immunity is given using a vaccine and active is given using antibodies, but ACTUALLY it's the other way around. Anyone taking KS3 SATs watch out for that!

Sarah — Sunderland , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 21:05:00

I think that this site is really good because it gives you everything you need to revise for your test

Christopher Hewlett — Horsham , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 20:40:00

Hi CGP, your books helped me with my SATS and they really were useful. My teachers got a key stage two science and maths key stage two as well for each child and the people who need a bit more help than others now understand the meaning of MATHS and SCIENCE. Thanks for all your books bye!

Jessica Wallace — Garswood , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 20:40:00

The books help me to get two A's in my science tests.

Jambo — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 20:08:00

I'm stressing, I've got to hand in my graphics c/w tomorrow and I don't have a clue what to write for my evaluation, anyone know if there's a site where I can find a rough outline?

I am doing my key stage 2 and your books are the best can you send me a catalogue. You are the best

keshav — wembley , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:50:00

Fantastic but I think it would be helpful if you had a page for viewing the WHOLE books for children that cannot afford the books.

kazoo — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:47:00

Fab book on Shakespeare thank you!

Ruth — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:47:00

Fab site!

Ruth — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:46:00

CGP ARE BRILLIANT!! I'm in Year 9 and its almost my SAT's. I've got all my important books but I wanted to try and practice things on the internet. I was wondering if you could make English and Science games like the ones for Maths. If you could then it would help a lot of people. I know it would help me as the Maths ones have helped quite a lot. Not only have the games but the books have as well. Tell me if you can get any games for English and Science!

Mary — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:41:00

CGP is the best

keshav — wembley , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:38:00

Hey, just thought ill say that I think this site is great. And I think it's really going to help me with my sats that I have next week. So thanks to every who helped with this site

gemma ingram — Walthamstow, London , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:16:00

Sats is a pile of 'flippin' god damn hard work anyway your books helped a lot an I'd like to thank the makers, publishers and all them people for making these books because otherwise I would be well and truly stuck!

Amiee — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:13:00

I am finding it hard to revise and I am really finding it hard for science so could you send me information please

vikki — romford, essex , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 18:05:00

What a good website

vicky — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 17:57:00

This website and the books have helped me so much and now I feel ready for my sats

Holmes — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 17:37:00

Hi just sending this message to you saying how great your internet revision is and how great your books are too, thank you very much.

Mandeep Panesar — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 17:28:00

There is nothing about Shakespeare? I came on to this website to do revision for the Shakespeare but was disappointed to find that there was nothing to do. I hope that you will consider putting more online revision onto the website including Shakespeare.

Katie Shine — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 16:47:00

I think CGP books are really good & helpful. I'm doing KS3 next week & the English maths & science books are so helpful I'm going to buy all my GCSE books soon from CGP! I want English maths science German RE history & music! I found all of them but I cant find a music one it would be very helpful if you made one

Cherry — Manchester , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 16:40:00

Hello, can I revise ks3 English and ks3 maths, please? thank you.

Lauran Cornock — Wilts , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 16:26:00

Cool website. this website has helped me buy revision guides to help me with my sats. Thanks

Ben Eaton — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 15:20:00

I love this site

michael barker — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 15:06:00

This website is alright

Jamie Daley — essex , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 14:16:00

Brilliant revision guides. They make revision fun!! I am preparing for an Eton Scholarship exam - I'm 12 - the GCSE books are great for this sort of stuff!

Henry Manson — London , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 13:37:00

From what I've seen of the website, it's pretty good so far. Just one thing though; in the revision questions there aren't any for history, German or PE, which are the things I find hardest.

Felicity Ball — , UK — 28 Apr 2003 at 12:11:00

Hi there. I was disappointed to find there were no practise exercises online for A level students, I feel this would have been very helpful for many students who are having the worst time right now. Although, I do find your exam papers helpful, but you do not supply papers or books for other areas i.e. P2, P3, M2...

J Yu — bushey, herts , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 23:49:00

Please make a GCSE Italian revision guide. There isn't one that exists so if you made one everyone who did Italian would buy it!!

Izzy — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 21:49:00

Very good

Leona — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 21:31:00

Online revision - Great Stuff! Why not set up a complete online revision course based on the study books, subject question books and integrate other supporting materials (eg from the SAT busters stuff). Have a 'membership' and charge for access to the site, perhaps via or also using CD ROM. Tell me what you think.

I. M. Bolton — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 21:03:00

I'm in year 9 and it's almost the SAT's. The books are brilliant! I've got the three most important books and they are EXTREMELY helpful. The humour in the books make them more interesting so you would WANT to revise. I hope the GCSE books are as helpful as these!

Anonymous — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 20:50:00

Just like to say thanks for bringing these books out! They've been a great help, and they're not like any other revision books that you can get! Good luck to ANYONE doing KS3 SATS! Nothing to worry about!

Louise — Grange-Over-Sands, Cumbria , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 20:11:00

Hey CGP! Just writing to say I'm 14 and have my ks3 sats in a week! I would like to achieve level 7 in science and English and level 8 in maths, as I am already sitting my maths GCSE. Please could you e-mail me and tell me how I can do this? And send me some revision tips! Thanks a lot! P.S. I am very needy and my parents 'expect' me to get good grades:)

sarah turner — bridgnorth , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 19:50:00

Hi my name is Puya and I want you to teach for sats on ks2 because they are very hard for me.

puya — london , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 19:39:00

Thanks for doing your brill books they are very helpful

nikki babe — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 19:38:00

Very good excellent to help me and my friend they have helped us both and I am 12 and she is 14 and she is using them for her year 9 sats and I am just revising just in case of any exams coming up and don't have much time to revise. I give a mark out of ten for those books and it is 10/10

Megan sian edwards — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 19:36:00

I think the site is really good to have put the practise papers on they have really helped me thanks a lot

amy — teesville, middlesbrough , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 19:34:00

I would just like to say that CGP Books have really helped me when I have been swamped with revision!

Rebecca — Sidcup, Kent , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 17:27:00

I think that you should put some games on for ks3 science and English like there is for maths because the maths games really helped me!

Jod — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 17:18:00

The Books are great and educational

Miss Rebecca Masterson — Cambridgeshire , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 16:45:00

Dear CGP please could you give me details on where to get online revision and I think you should put it on this website, from a beloved fan.

Chris Hoskins — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 16:27:00

I think this site is excellent for last minute revision and it's very helpful. Many people will like this. You have helped me a lot recently. Thanks

Sanam Ghori — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 16:24:00

It would be really helpful if there was a GCSE textiles revision guide - I am finding it difficult to get hold of one, especially for the AQA specification. It is not just CGP that doesn't do one, a lot of the revision guides seem to do separate ones for Food technology, Graphics and Resistant materials. At the moment I will have to buy a "Design and Technology" revision guide, which includes Textiles, but 3/4 of the book will be no use to me, and what is useful will not be detailed enough. Thanks.

Sophie — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 16:06:00

I am doing my year 8 exams and wondered if you can try to make more varied books for geography and history RE and so on thank you and hope to see more subjects available.

Anonymous — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 15:03:00

Alright site - pretty good stuff in all. But if I were you, I'd give samples. For example, kids coming on the site looking with their parents at revision sheets: they want to see exactly how capable they are of completing the questions. Also, kids looking on the web for some sort of revision game or test may come to this site, and if they do a game or test they think is good, they may wish to buy a revision sheet from this site - your benefit. Take it into consideration.

Anonymous — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 13:42:00

ILYAS — HACKNEY, LONDON , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 12:50:00

These books are fantastic they explain things in great detail but in English so you can understand unlike some books that speak the language of double Dutch. Thanks CGP you've put my life out of misery. I would recommend any of these books to anyone at any level.

Tiffany — Beckenham, Kent , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 12:28:00

rix — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 11:55:00

I love this website it helps me to learn all of the stuff for my sats.

rebecca — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 11:20:00

This website is extremely well organized, it is set out in a very informative manner and the "CGP" revision guides are of great use as my GCSE's begin next week. Thank you CGP

nadine — banbury, oxon , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 10:07:00

you guys make learning so fun.

emmet simpson — , UK — 27 Apr 2003 at 08:30:00

I would like to say that I like your website but have got any KS3 Spanish books e.g revision guide, workbook

mohsin — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 20:55:00

Please, release a revision guide for the Edexcel P2 AS maths exam. I worked through your P1 book and it was so great - but now I'm really stuck with P2! My exams are in June-any chance the book will be out by then? Also any Physics AS/A2 guides coming soon! I really think your revision guides are great but there are too little for A levels!!

Jess — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 20:14:00

Hi, your books are very helpful and easy to under stand

Helen Bradshaw — Hest bank, Lancaster , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 18:20:00

***GLARING ERROR*** Page 88 GCSE double Science Biology... Must you pollute our minds?!?! The melting of the polar ice caps wont cause the sea levels to rise! Even I know that! Floods would be caused by warming of the sea water which isn't as dense as bog standard cold water.... Nifty experiment to prove I'm right and CGP aren't.... Take a jug of water and place an ice cube into it so that it is floating on partly in and partly out of the water, mark a line where the water comes up to. Wait for

Jonathan Adams — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 17:41:00

Love the books & website. How do you do it? Thank you for your help and I'm sure you'll affect my grades (hopefully for the better).

Anonymous — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 17:11:00

I have commented before (under another name). I like the website and books but the website's... not as helpful. If the CGP people read this, please expand you website. My opinion. Wish you all luck for any exams you are revising for.

Whitty — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 17:09:00

I really enjoyed the books but the website was not as helpful. I think it should be bigger and for KS3, have more help and practice papers. overall good. :)

naikhaya (na-kay-yah) — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 17:06:00

Great books and the website is fun. Revision was a lot easier to get through with the books.

NK — Manchester , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 17:00:00

Colourful and easy to understand.

naira — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 16:58:00

Need more revision stuff, I have the books but need some other stuff too.

Samantha — Rochdale , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 16:49:00

These books are a great help - thanks! Don't know what we would have done without them...

Sophie & Emma — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 15:35:00

Hi I think that your revision books are really good and they're helping me loads at the moment and I will continue to buy your books till I leave school thanks for making life easier for me

kerrie — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 14:23:00

OK so in AQA GCSE Materials and their Properties (Chemisrty) on page 17 'Distillation of Crude Oil' Kerosene is shown as '15 Carbon Atoms'. On page19 'Industrial Conditions for cracking' And the formula beneath this. Kerosine is shown as 10 Carbon atoms! It obviously IS 10 atoms because of the formula. But how reliable is the info on crude oil distillation? How reliable is the other 'Carbon atoms' information?

William Reynolds — Huntingdon , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 13:45:00

CGP books are very good but I think on your site you should be able to do practise papers and answer questions on your workbooks. This I think would help people studying for their sats a lot more.

Samantha — , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 12:20:00

The website is great, and the books are too. They tell you all the information you need to know for your up and coming scholastic aptitude tests, S.A.T's. They're great

Sam Hemingway — Huddersfield , UK — 26 Apr 2003 at 11:35:00

I would just like to say that it is very hard having to sit down and revise for year 9 SATS and I can't begin to think what it is like for GCSE but all I can say is even though I hate revision I know I can get through it with CGP books. Thank you

Sarah Sage — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 21:16:00

I wish it had little tests for the revision. Such as ks2 science etc. For sats, gcse's or a level's. BUT, apart from that great website I'm just off to explore the website a bit better

natasha brewer — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 20:29:00

Your books on Macbeth are really good and have been a real help. Thanks a lot

Nat — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 19:09:00

CGP you are great you have helped me so much with my revision (books and the net) and I hope I'll do well in my ks3 sats all thanks to you! Thanks again

leanne — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 18:53:00

Hi, I am 11 years old and I have bought so much CGP books, because my SATs are coming up soon. CGP, I think simplify everything for you so you can learn easily and in an enjoyable fun way. I bought some CGP books last year and I also went out yesterday to get some so I have about I dunno, 15 books. When I get into high school I will buy even more. I would just like to say thank you for providing these lovely books and I wish you many success through the future with your books.

Taysir Hussein — Kingsbury, London , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 18:46:00

I think that there should be tests on the website so we can see how well we are doing. Also, you mention at the bottom of the science revision pages that you hoped we enjoyed the games. Well, THERE ARE NO GAMES SO DON'T LIE! All I could see was a few pages out of your text book, hardly enough for me to revise for these important exams! Thank you for your time I look forward to seeing your new , improved website shortly.

Anonymous — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 18:24:00

I've bought 4 of these CGP books from school and I think they're wicked

kieran — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 15:44:00

I think that the site is ok but you should try having a couple of practice papers on line that a person can do in case the person doesn't have enough time to buy a book.

Madison Ashley Leigh Randalls — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 15:27:00

Great  web page but the writing is tiny! nice books keep up the jokes even though they aren't that funny! Thanks

jamie jordan james — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 14:56:00

I think your books are really good and I have only just discovered your website. CGP is saving my life, I practically live off your books! However I side with pope damp and want to know where the REVISION GAMES are?

Ellie T — , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 13:29:00

Hi, I just want to say hello to everyone at Buglawton Primary School. If any of you guys read this then say so at school! I hope that everyone doing their Year 6 SAT's this year gets a good mark. I've been looking at all my CGP books and remembering all the brill' stuff in them. I hope that everyone does well in their SAT's and that you do the best you can! GOOD LUCK!

Harriet Alicia Thompson — Congleton, Cheshire , UK — 25 Apr 2003 at 11:07:00

this website contains good valuable info

sharanya — Kilbrun , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 22:39:00

any plans for a higher AQA modular maths book? you've got the other tiers.

Isaac Hunt — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 22:38:00

Hi I'm studying for my GCSEs in May and I am wondering if your books are suitable for the EDEXCEL science modular course and if there are any for the Triple Award modules? I haven't seen any anywhere and am in desperate need of help!

Bx — Yorks , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 21:06:00

Very good revision web site

Zubair Hansroq — PRESTON , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 21:04:00

Hi CGP Team, I am currently in Year 9 and am studying for the Key Stage 3 National Tests. I have purchased a copy of all three important SATS Revision books and am finding them very useful in learning all the key information for the tests. I like the way in which the pages are set out and clearly highlight key words and phrases. The humour also makes revision a bit more interesting.

Ravindran Uthayakumar — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 20:25:00

I think your site is great! It is funny and educational at the same time. I'll get straight level 5's because of CGP the site and the books.

Daneche Ballintine — Whalley range, manchester , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 19:44:00

I have tried to find a web site where I can revise for my year 9 sats and I have found it very hard then one of my friends showed me this and its great. Thanks I owe you one!

harriet fuller — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 18:47:00

The books are dead good but more exam questions and answers should be available to practice what you know and have learned!

Elle — Liverpool , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 18:33:00

Great site for revision, I'd defiantly recommend it, but there are no mini tests in other subjects like there are in the revise online mathematics!

charlotte walton — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 15:01:00

Your books are really good and are really helping me with my revision. Thanks CGP! Could you please do a Latin revision book for all us poor people that do Latin for GCSE and A level? It would make life easier!

Luci Collings — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 14:32:00

I think learning with CGP books is cool and fun! I think there should be a whole section of the site full of games and ideas to help revise.

Katherine-Louise Mann — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 14:22:00

I think CGP books is very good I really like it because it describe the stuff very clearly

Dan Wong, — Droylesden, Manchester , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 14:17:00

I would be very interested in any inspection copies for science at key stages one and two as soon as possible before May 20th 2003. Many thanks in anticipation! D.B.MacDonald (Junior Science Coordinator)

Declan B. MacDonald — King's College, Madrid , Spain — 24 Apr 2003 at 13:26:00

I think your your books are great. They've helped me a lot and hope you keep making them years to come. I even sleep with my book, I LOVE it!

DIVYA — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 13:06:00

I have already commented on the excellent site before, and this time I would like to say Good Luck to all the Key Stage 2's doing their SAT's in May. At my school we're doing loads of revision for it, and on Monday 28th of April, (when I go back to school,) we are doing a week of mocks! By the end of the week I will be so tired! But I prefer doing loads of revision, than going in to the SAT's with no clue what I'm doing! So all you Key Stage 2's in Year 6, (just like me) all you can do is BE THE BEST YOU CAN! So don't feel bad if you get a lower mark than your mate, 'cos everyone is good at something, that's the best piece of advice I've ever received! Good luck again, and remember to do your best!

Harriet Alicia Thompson — Congleton, Cheshire , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 12:48:00

Thank you, you have been a great success. Without you I wouldn't be able to cope, you have made revision both educational and fun. Thank you again

Rebecca Ballin — bedminster, Bristol , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 12:47:00

As I explored the site I discovered that revising on the website is great! Before I looked at the website I thought that revision was boring, but since I've logged on I found your site extremely interesting and educational. I'd like to thank everyone at CGP books for helping me understand all my work and making revising fun and educational. I have already brought 5 of your excellent books, which are helping me in my work. At my school we are looking at your Science - the important bits, and are

Harriet Alicia Thompson — Congleton, Cheshire , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 12:24:00

Revision is hard for me to do, so if anyone would like to offer me tips, I would be grateful if you would share them with me. thanks.

April Hansford — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 12:17:00

I love this web site it is the best it helps me with my English and maths and also science it will give me a high score in my sats.

mellissa page — hackleton, northampton , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 12:07:00

Hi. I think that you should give the answers to last years sats papers to give students a better point of view to the sats. Other than that, it's great!

Jamie-lea — Liverpool , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 12:03:00

Just hope to pass

salma hussain — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 11:28:00

Believe me I've tried every single revision book on the planet in fact I've got a library full of them but I never found a book so unique as the CGP books so to all the lovely people who make these great books well done and keep up the good work!

nikki slate — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 10:50:00

It would be better if you had some actual questions on the web site because all the revision tips get a bit boring after a while!

Rachel Guy — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 09:05:00

These books and websites for CGP are cool cause you get free samples

mark white — leeds , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 08:23:00

Good, but not what I expected, you should make more fun and colourful!

Anonymous — , UK — 24 Apr 2003 at 00:44:00

Fab books. Keep up the good work! :)

Nadia Jacob — Rotherham , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 21:30:00

I have to say your books are absolutely great. I used them for Key Stage 2, now I'm using them for Key Stage 3.

Bhavin Shah — North Harrow, Middlesex , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 21:22:00

I think this is very clever for people who can't buy the books and want to revise thanks bye.

becca — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 20:58:00

I LOVE YOUR BOOKS. I used them to get straight 5s in my yr6 SATS and now I've come back to them for my yr7 exams. I LOVE YOUR LITTLE JOKES AND QUIRKY CHARACTERS. I think this website should have them too, and more games and subjects. GOOD LOOK TO EVERYONE SITTING EXAMS THIS SUMMER. CGP books are ace.

RANCESCA — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 18:53:00

Your books are great, they are really easy to use and understand, and they are funny too!

Millé Mallé — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 17:15:00

Hiya everyone! Good luck to everyone in year 9 doing their S.A.Ts, bye.

Emaloo — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 15:37:00

I have commented on this website before. I think there should be other things other than what it says in the revision guide books. There should be quizzes and games to make you remember it. It would be fun and would make children and young adults actually WANT to learn and revise! Now I am TRYING to revise for my SATS myself (Key stage 3) but I am finding it very hard to because I cant find anything good to help me. There is nothing to help me keep the information in my head and REMEMBER it for

Karen Sampson — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 15:10:00

There should be more questions on the key stage three revision. There should be practice papers like there is in the GCSE revision you do!

Karen Sampson — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 15:03:00

This is a rubbish site

Lianne Hanley — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 14:41:00

Where are the revision games?

pope damp — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 11:36:00

Why don't you make revision guides for GCSE Music? Please consider doing so. Thanks,

Matthew Thorne — , UK — 23 Apr 2003 at 09:39:00

I think the web site is a good idea I have my sats in 2 weeks time and I have not got that much revision but I think I will be ok I'm worried I will get low marks and be in low sets next year.

amy — wolverhampton , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 20:53:00

I love your books

meaghan cassidy — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 20:26:00

This is a helpful site and the revision books are amazing thanks

Lucy Page — FARNHAM, SURREY , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 19:05:00

I think your books are quite good but the online revision could be a bit better. Like using bits of past sats papers because they are quite important in year nine. Other than that I think your company is great. A few more activities maybe?

tasha — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 18:52:00

Your books are wicked I think they will really help me in my maths, english and science s.a.t's papers GOOD LUCK TO ANY YEAR 9'S WHO ARE GOING TO HAVE THEIR S.A.T.'S IN MAY

kenny — west sussex , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 18:48:00

I agree with Mbo that the books are funny, but also I think something that makes the books so great is the way the information is laid out, simple to understand. Not at all patronising. The GCSE books are clearly aimed at 16 year olds, not 12 year olds, and they really do help the students to achieve high grades... like Cs.

Alice — Norfolk , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 16:38:00

I love your books - they are full of ingenious wit which is very hard to come by these days! I am using the GCSE German one at the moment and I particularly like the amusing quip about Rat Houses rather than das Rathaus! This was followed in quick succession by the gag involving das Schwimmbad being a place where people swim badly, and really made me learn (I had always thought it was a school for people who couldn't swim very well because they had disabilities) and wasn't at all tiresome. I love the antics of Hermann, the German rocker! It really did make learning fun, knowing there was a little brown man with greasy hair, in humorous situations in the corner of the page. Keep up the good work.

Mbo — Yorkshire , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 16:30:00

Needs information on revision timetables

scott mayes — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 16:08:00

Help I'm no good at revision and really want to get level 6's in all my sats (english, maths, science) please tell me your ideas on how to revise thanks (FROM A VERY DISTRESSED AND ANXIOUS AND WORRIED YR 9) PS. HELP

Sian F — perivale, middlesex , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 15:08:00

Firstly, your books are the best out of all the other ones I've used. However, you should try to be a bit more clear in what you are saying and give more examples of every type of whatever it is you are explaining; not just the basics. Your Early Modules (higher level) book really helped me with my Bio, in fact it helped me so much that I couldn't wait until I got to the exam!

Anonymous — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 14:56:00

Why do you keep your books a secret? They're very good. You should let people know about them.

Jim Hayes — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 14:53:00

Maybe you should make a Spanish study book for Key stage 3. Make one soon, please.

Angela — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 14:43:00

I'm doing my GCSE's, why isn't there any revision exercises for GCSE German?

Tarran — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 12:53:00

I think these tests are brilliant, keep it up. Also my son finds it interesting to do revision on line than from the books and this makes it easier for me, as I do not need to push him and he is doing it willingly. Also the results are immediate which saves me time to physically mark it. However, I would prefer if you did not have the cheat icon but when the paper is marked the correct answers to show up in red so that the child knows where he went wrong. Also on seeing the math paper 1, we see

sabira taqi — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 12:45:00

Hi, I used CGP books for almost all of my GCSE subjects and I attained the grades I did because of your books, which were clear and concise. However, I am now in 6th form and am finding maths increasingly difficult, I have purchased the Edexcel p1 revision guide but was wondering if there were any plans on producing revision guides for the other modules, like mechanics or statistics. These would be much appreciated. Thanks again!

M B — , UK — 22 Apr 2003 at 00:50:00

I think that your site is alright. Maybe I haven't checked but do you do online revision?

samirah — , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 20:39:00

I love the way the books have been set out. As I am doing my year 9 SATs this year, these books have come in handy for the Easter holidays when I am doing my revision. Thank you

Alex Freestone — Witney, Oxon , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 20:25:00

I would just like information on SATS papers and as much info as possible

dee — , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 19:29:00

Hey, Your books are brill, they helped me through my year 6 SATS and I hope I do just as good on the my SATs this time. Thanks!

Shameem Khan — Shiregreen, Sheffield , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 17:55:00

Why can't you revise French ks3?

blaze — , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 15:24:00

When it said online revision, I thought it might be like questions that you could actually do on the pc but it was just pages out of the revision book. I think to make the site more helpful you should put practice tests on so we are more prepared and know what to expect, instead of buying a book full of them. It would be much better and a lot more helpful.

zaynab — leeds , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 13:53:00

KJ — BRADFORD , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 13:26:00

The books are fantastic and the website is cool and better

emma lewis — Coltishall, Norfolk , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 11:53:00

I think your books are very helpful, well, they have been for me as I am currently revising for my KS3 SATS, particularly useful is the science one. One downside is, however, that the stupid little comments that you obviously think are very funny are, well, like I said, stupid and pointless! Other than that your books are good!

Frances Jessica Standring — Halifax , UK — 21 Apr 2003 at 11:27:00

I think that this site is very useful. This is the only company that I know that sells the Separate sciences revision book... and I've looked high and low everywhere and I couldn't find it. So I'd like to say thanks for saving me!

Nilufa Khanum — Manchester , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 22:00:00

Your site isn't all that, so don't think that you all is only the good site these days

Dijonay Jones — Barking , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 19:12:00

I love your books so much thank you for making them I've only got three but they are still superb

Faye — Barking , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 18:54:00

Don't know I can't get in to see to revise. Help me please

samantha hartshorn — newcastle , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 17:30:00

Very good

Anil — , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 16:46:00

very good description of the books and seem to be very clear

amy baggaley — , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 16:45:00

Hi. Just want to say thanks, your revision guides are fantastic they helped me loads particularly in science when I moved up from foundation to higher and achieved two A's. Excellent keep up the good work. By the way your jokes are great they make learning fun!

Sian — , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 16:10:00

I think you have done a really good job on this and I think if people study on this web or buy your books then they got a really good chance of getting good marks in their exams, thank you

kayleigh lewis — merthyr tydfil , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 15:13:00

I think your books are 'mint' they make me understand stuff really easily and help me through my last SATs, I take my year 9 SATs in May and hopefully get good marks in them with the help of my CGP BOOKS.

Lyndsey Camsell — Stakeford, choppington , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 14:47:00

I thought it was a very good site because me and my friends are just about to do our SATS. I have four of your books, two to help me and two other question books. These books have certainly helped me and so has this site. Keep up the good work! Jasmine

Jasmine — , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 14:38:00

I love the site, books have been a major help. Keep up the work dudes!

Ed [GooCH] — , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 14:02:00

I would like you, on the commas to put answers as at the moment I am getting them all wrong and not sure where to put them.

Kimberley — eccles, manchester , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 13:29:00

aisling clare prunty — bedfordshire , UK — 20 Apr 2003 at 12:37:00

I think these books are absolutely fabulous I am revising for my ks2 SATs.

shauna leigh suton — , UK — 19 Apr 2003 at 20:45:00

Barbara Snapes — , UK — 19 Apr 2003 at 18:18:00

I think website was clear and very useful for my GCSE's and got me an A* in French

Lucie Preece — , UK — 19 Apr 2003 at 16:33:00

I like your books a lot. I only have one, a science one from school ks3. It seem to know exactly what was going to be on the tests! I found your website revision helpful. Thank you for your time and consideration to read my comments

nena — , UK — 19 Apr 2003 at 15:16:00

These books are fantastic. Much more interesting than school text books.

Laura Horvath-Szovati — Chaddesden, Derby , UK — 19 Apr 2003 at 12:37:00

Wow, thanks for the amazing books, which rock! however could you guys please produce other a-level books especially P2,P3, M1 etc, we need help! So many people agree with me that CGP books helps every one, so please! I beg! make more A-level books! (I promise so many people need them). Good luck and keep up the good work!

DAL — , Qatar — 19 Apr 2003 at 10:57:00

I love the CGP books. I am in year 9 and soon will be doing my SATs. I like the maths books especially as I struggle with maths and hopefully will get a good grade thanks to your revision guide.

Jess — , UK — 18 Apr 2003 at 23:25:00

I think your books and your website are great they are helping a lot!

Laura Elizabeth Thackrah — Middlestown , UK — 18 Apr 2003 at 15:07:00

Will you please do a GCSE Music book? No-one else does Music revision guides and they are needed so much! A lot of people take GCSE Music and there are no decent revision guides. Also, while your at it could you consider producing a GNVQ Intermediate ICT revision guide for the theory modules, and then go on to give advice on how best to tackle the projects for each unit. Apart from that I have revision guides for all my subjects, and they rule! I have exams starting in May and thanks to you they should all go well. Thanks

Gavin — , UK — 18 Apr 2003 at 12:12:00

I think your revision books are great I've only got the science one for my year 8 exams though :(

Stefan Paulus — Reading, Berkshire , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 21:46:00

I thought that the revision books were great and still are. I think it is really broken down into sections and it makes it easier to understand

NADDY — , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 19:01:00

In the revision page is there a section how to save and retrieve data / information?

anisa — , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 17:58:00

Excellent site! Almost as good as your books :¬)

Matt Thorne — Wakefield , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 16:10:00

This site was great but on the Science one can you please put some games?

Kelly — Slough , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 15:33:00

The books are amazing and helped me through a lot of my sats!

Sarah — , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 14:58:00

I lost my answers to the mental practice papers. I wondered if you could send the answers to my email address.  I'm in ks3 and I'm taking Maths level 5-8.  I love your website by the way.

Marie — Essex , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 14:54:00

Hiya.  I want to say your books are great and they have really helped me with my revision THANKS!!!!! I will be sitting my first exam in May and I will do well because of your books!!! Thanks again :)

Chloe — , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 13:10:00

I have the English and Science books for the year nine SAT's for when I get back to school in May 2003, and I hope to get a level 5 or 6.

Charlotte — Swanscombe , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 13:08:00

Hi, I'd just like to say how amazing I think your books are as well as your site.  I was predicted a level 7 in Maths, but thanks to your site and your books I'm now predicted a level 8.  Thank you for a brill site and set of books.

Samantha — , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 12:54:00

THIS IS A GGRREEAAT site, it has helped me a lot and so have the books.  You maybe could have some revision pages for our other subjects as well.  I am in Year 9 going onto my SATs when I come back after the holidays, but along with them i have internal exams.  Maybe next time for the next Year 9 pupils, but otherwise it is a FANTASTIC site.  Well done. Thank you CGP books, Claire xxx

Claire — , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 11:02:00

Fantastic books & very good service — don't know where I'd be without them

Joe Riordan — , UK — 17 Apr 2003 at 09:42:00

Why are there none for Standard Grades? They sound great though, because all the Standard Grade books are General level, e.g bitesize

Angela — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 22:55:00

I think your website is great and I have just bought a massive batch of your books today for my KS3 SATs.  I am doing a IT exam in May — it's a GNVQ exam and is worth half a GCSE.  I was wondering if the ICT books for KS3 would be any good for me because it's GCSE work, or should I buy a KS3 ICT book to revise from and buy a GCSE ICT book to revise from?  Please answer this Q as quickly as possible.  Lisa

Lisa — Bradford , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 22:17:00

I'm scared!  I really don't wanna do my SATS — do you do a book on Macbeth? I fell asleep most lessons we had in English!  Please help me... Can I just ask...what's the point of doing Shakespeare anyway? Not being funny but he's dead!

Sophie Henley — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 21:16:00

I would just like to say thank-you for the Science revision guide. It helps me a lot as I find Science a really hard subject.  Also for the Maths workbook.  I found some of the questions difficult so I asked my teacher and he went through them with me.  My mum is also pleased at how cheap they are for the amount you get. Thank-you once again, from Sophie age 14.

Sophie Henley — Clevedon , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 21:08:00

I thought the 'CGP' books were brilliant! They were very clear and actually made learning fun!

Narges Nojoumi — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 21:08:00

Great website but I need to know any good revision sites with games to help revise! Please don't include BBC Bitesize as it's very boring! Thank you, FHS Committee

hoi tere — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 20:01:00

The Website is really GREAT and it's EASY to find your way around & your books are GREAT too, I have every KS3 book that I need and they are a GREAT help!! (And look I learnt whether or not to put the ' in its) LOL!

Joe Holdsworth — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 19:49:00

Please please please could you try and make a Textiles revision guide! The other books are great and I have nothing to revise from for this subject! Or at least set up some links for a decent textiles revision site — I can't find any! Thanks

Amy — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 19:34:00

CGP — you guys rule!  I love the sheep — why don't you make up another random character like Simon the Swedish table leg or something quirky like that cos that would totally ACE! PS I like the Science key stage 3 one best — it is BANGIN' MAN!

PUCKA PAUL — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 19:12:00

CGP is very helpful — but the jokes really aren't funny!

lucy — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 18:33:00

Please bring out a G.C.S.E Spanish workbook to go with the revision guide as soon as possible - the French one is brilliant!

Angela Wilson — Godalming , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 18:33:00

This website is really good for revision and looking over past topics.

Christian — Finsbury Park, London , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 16:49:00

I would just like to say that your books are HILARIOUS! They make reading them really fun. You have the best revision books ever! Well done! :o)

Anna — Reading , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 13:26:00

When will you make a statistics book?

Anon — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 12:48:00

I think it is very good, but the background is a bit dull.

Matt — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 12:33:00

Daisy Matthews — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 11:51:00

This is brilliant and has helped me a lot with my revision.  The only thing that I could think for it to be improved was to set some revision questions for the science section.  Otherwise the books and the site have helped me a lot. Thank you xx.

Claire — , UK — 16 Apr 2003 at 10:30:00

I am a black Nigerian boy — I like these books.

Olufemi-Adeniyi — , Nigeria — 16 Apr 2003 at 09:14:00

Janki Patel — sydenham, London , UK — 15 Apr 2003 at 19:54:00

Your web site is very good

Henal Patel — sydenham, london , UK — 15 Apr 2003 at 19:49:00

I absolutely love your books. they are the 'bees knees'!! They are fantastic, easy to use and helped me pass many exams! I don't have one bad thing to say about them although my brother thinks they are a bit cramped, but if you didn't put lots of stuff on one page it would be really confusing. I especially love the bits at the back, 'shake well before use' could you make up some more? CGP - YOUR THE BEST!!

chloe smith — birmingham , UK — 15 Apr 2003 at 10:56:00

I think that it's excellent and it helps me a lot. I think the only downfalls are the games-you have to make them more intresting, you should also have a question time where people can type in a subject and there question and you could give the answer it would be wicked. The only other downfall is the retail price come on 4.50, It's not like were not going to buy less books because you've lowered the price, in fact we are probably going to buy more (well I suppose its worth it I mean it does help us a lot) But apart from that I think its wicked. Even if you don't like my comments it doesn't matter but there is no harm in trying them out for a short term basis, you never know you may find out people will buy more books and come on the website to ask you questions.

Liberty Hanson — Ilford, essex , UK — 15 Apr 2003 at 09:51:00

I love to read your books and I enjoy solving questions. I am on the English year four workbook.

Jack Ryan — stapal Hill, Bristol , UK — 15 Apr 2003 at 09:32:00

I'd like to say how absolutely fantastic I think CGP books are I am doing my SATs soon and I have got a science and maths book, I cant find an English book anywhere but I am printing off revision pages off this website now ! My sister is doing her GCSEs soon and she has got lots of your books too. She says they have helped her and I have found they have made a big difference to me! I feel more confident about my SATs now as the books are fun and instead of making you feel like you have to revise they make you feel like you want to carry on and personally I can't put them down once I start! so just to say ... THEY'RE FAB !

Amy Evans — , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 23:58:00

I love to read and revise for the exams that we have at school. I find ENGLISH the most hardest subjects out of the 3, (ENGLISH, MATHS AND SCIENCE) because I just get stuck on my spellings. I have always been good at MATHS ever since yr3 (top of the class) I used to be good at ENGLISH but I just dropped. Could anyone help me with my ENGLISH

Antony Cotton — Newark, Notts , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 21:29:00

I have the science and maths revision guides and I think they are great they are good for the money and have definitely helped me improve.

The books are so amazing but the website should have more subjects! Thanks for your help!

A student — , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 18:57:00

I love your site, it's great! I think there should be more English practice papers and long questions (you know, the ones worth 5 marks!)

'BogeyBrainUK' — , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 17:05:00

Hi. I would like to thank you guys at CGP for all the help you have given me for getting ready for SATs

Hanna — , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 16:17:00

I think your web site is really cool. I use 'The study book' and it really does help! I would love to say a big THANK YOU, to all the people who made this possible. You are the best!

Danielle Cumming — Cranham, Essex , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 15:01:00

This site is really good the only down side is that you can not chose what level your at!

helen — , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 14:39:00

I thought your site is very useful

sarahkhatib — , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 13:21:00

The site would be better if there was links so that we can download the revision guides instead of having to order them.

Andre Crump — Walsall , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 12:52:00

Excellent series!! Look forward to the new publications with exam questions/worked answers (in Geography) Expansion into AS/A2 very welcome. Perhaps some guidance on Key Skills... Communications/Numeracy/ICT.

David E.J. Walmsley — KETTERING, Northamptonshire , UK — 14 Apr 2003 at 00:03:00

Who needs a good old smacker to the chops?!?! OOH YEAH!!! that's CGP!!! cheers maties...your IT revision is top stuff...I must endeavor to get a maths one...am hoping for more goats that might eat me! xxx

Sally — Hertfordshire , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 22:30:00

I think your books are great but there's just one thing I didn't understand: why are they more expensive to buy out of school?

anon — , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 22:14:00

I have been helped so much by your books

naomi d — , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 20:19:00

I collect your books - they're all excellent! I'm seven years old- but I've started studying for the eleven+ exams.

Ashwathy Manoj — , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 19:05:00

I find English hard and confusing can you help me please

stacey oliver — , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 18:52:00

You've got revision guides for Resistant materials, Graphiccs and Food, but not Electronics. Is there any chance that you'll publish one in the near future?

The Genius — , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 17:56:00

I have again looked at your revision sections as I have my exams coming up and I would find it much easier and interesting if you could add some games or quizzes as it isn't very interesting just reading pages of writing

Katie — Ramsey, , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 17:29:00

I think it is a very good idea to have the CGP website because the books get very boring sometimes.

Amber Legay — Chavenage, Tetbury , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 16:31:00

I think there should be more of a range in the online revision for example Spanish or history.

Nadia — St Albans , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 16:28:00

I think that the games and stuff are a really good idea, and you should keep it up, but sadly I didn't spend much time on it as I think they were good but not enjoyable, and I found them quite boring(ly) simple! (I have been reading your books so I do know that boringly isn't a word!)

jas — , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 16:23:00

charlotte — , UK — 13 Apr 2003 at 15:14:00

Two words sum up these books - amazing and incredible! I am in Year 9 and have used these book ever since Year 6. My brother has used them and my sister will use them in the future. The funny bits really help the facts stay in my head! THANK YOU CGP FOR WONDERFUL BOOKS!

nathan — , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 22:40:00

I think your CGP books are brilliant!! :) Thanks to your books I managed to get a 7 in English & Science and a 7.7 in my mocks. But I am really worried I can't revise every method my teachers have suggested don't work. Can anybody suggest any good methods.

Krystina Snow — Southampton , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 20:07:00

chris — , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 18:23:00

How long have you been publishing the CGP books. About the books does it tell you every thing you need to know I also think your books are brilliant.

Ross jones — brynmawr , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 18:18:00

I think this site is a bit rubbish. you don't have many revision pages. I think it unfair that we have to pay for practice papers that's daylight robbery. I have a few of your books and they're great but this site is pants. I hope you post this comment as you didn't post the last one!

joelye — , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 18:16:00

I think your website is great!

Vanessa — , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 15:04:00

I love your books and think they are very helpful but my exams are coming closer and I need more help, panic..panic.

Zeeshan — , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 14:31:00

I really enjoy the CGP series because they give out all you need to know. I have bought the Science Study Book, the Science Practice Papers SATS and the English Practice Papers SATS, Key Stage 2. At my school they have provided year six with the Science Question Book. Try to imagine a better way of revising for SATS? There is no other way.

Danielle Hayter — Cosham, Portsmouth , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 12:17:00

Your books are great! Superb and easy to learn from but could you give me some tips on what to write for a frightening encounter with an animal?

danielle mulvey — wythenshawe, manchester , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 11:56:00

Ain't got none

kerrie taylor — , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 10:15:00

The books you provide for schools across England are really useful and I enjoy reading them - they help me with my exams

vicky — , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 08:30:00

I wasn't able to buy your revision books but found the online revision material extremely helpful. I think that you should make the online revision material more broad and balanced as well as maybe introducing a small fee (20 or 50p?) for viewing them all. Thanks very much

C — , UK — 12 Apr 2003 at 08:00:00

I think the CGP books are fab! They help me a lot when I've got to revise for a test. They make everything really easy to understand. THANK YOU!

Rhiannon S — Neath , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 23:18:00

Is there any plans for bringing out a GCSE Electronic Products revision book? My exam for this subject is in a couple of months time and I need a source of information to revise from.

Michael Clout — , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 23:00:00

It's a very informative site

David Dorrington — Gorleston On Sea, Norfolk , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 22:56:00

Sophie — , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 22:35:00

I am currently studying for my year 6 SATs and have really enjoyed browsing your site. thanks

joanne romaniuk — earl shilton, leicestershire , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 20:22:00

I think this site should be more revision rather than selling books.

joelye — , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 19:54:00

When I was in year 6, I used these books to revise for sats. I am now intending to get these books to revise over the Easter holidays for, again, my sats. I think these books are very beneficial.

Zahra — London , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 12:45:00

The CGP books got me through my SATS, so its great to be able to have GCSE versions to help me revise! My school notes are quite difficult to revise from, so the books are a real relief to have! Thanks CGP!

Spee B — , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 12:27:00

I think the CGP books are great for people my age (11) I would love to get info and practice papers off you thank you for reading my comments

Gemma dowden — , UK — 11 Apr 2003 at 11:10:00

The CGP books have a too high opinion of themselves and Greenpeace will have you for your comment "A Number Of trees were harmed in the making of this book" on the key stage 3 science revision guide

I think your books are great I have learnt a lot thanks

bhavisha — , UK — 10 Apr 2003 at 19:49:00

The online revision is a bit rubbish because it doesn't give you a lot of information! The books themselves are very good.

patricia revan — , UK — 10 Apr 2003 at 19:40:00

CGP is a really useful and has improved my confidence. I am sure that the help I have got from your books and online revision I will do very well on my Key Stage 3 SAT's Thanks a lot CGP!

Holly Smith — , UK — 10 Apr 2003 at 19:33:00

On the online revision page, Science key stage 3 revision and GCSE revision are difficult to study from. I am 13 and I find that the key stage 3 revision is too easy and the GCSE revision is too hard. The GCSE revision includes a few things studied for year 9 SAT's. It would be better if there was a revision guide that included the best of both from each.

James Spills — hildenborough , UK — 10 Apr 2003 at 19:06:00

david — , UK — 10 Apr 2003 at 17:38:00

Dear CGP, I think your books are magnificent!

Dan Hebron — , UK — 10 Apr 2003 at 17:28:00

I think these books are great!! There a lot easier 2 understand, rather than sitting in a hot class room listening to the teachers rabbiting on about this that and the other. It goes in one ear and out the other. at least with these books you can carry them round to your mates, sit there have an all night cramming session. I think the acid test are 'phat' and are proper easy to understand I used to dread exams until I got these books thank you.

I think the site and books are great for all ages especially elder children. I don't do KS3's but the books really help me in my summer exams which are very important. Just one question are you going to bring out a CGP Geography revision guide and workbook because you have done so for the KS2's

I have the maths and science revision guides and they are proving to be very helpful as in my yr10 mocks I was on a D and now am going up to a B/C, with an A on my maths coursework! Thanks!

CGP is brilliant. All of my revision books are from you. I am a complete geek and 100% enjoy reading your revision guides from front to back, especially your maths and English books - they are so plain with hardly any pictures that they just get me so hooked! Thanks a lot for making them - I am sure to get all A*s in my GCSEs.

Just to say, I think your books are the best thing since sliced bread! They actually talk to you as if you are a human being and when you want to vent your frustration with all the hard work, they are there to moan along with you. I mean, a book that calls its subject "boring." Brilliant! This is my first visit to the site and it has been really helpful. I found it easy to navigate and located the book I wanted almost immediately. Keep up the good work CGP!

Sara — , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 21:10:00

I love your books they are really COOL. We use them at school for maths. I got the English one as well I use it in learning support because I've got difficulties with my English and it has really helped!.

sheona lott — milton keynes , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 20:55:00

That they should make a book on SEX EDUCATION for people who want to know more about the reproductive system

Amy Coombe — Pound Hill, Crawley , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 20:31:00

I think some of these books are really good. My teachers are using all the books. The books that I have are the; Maths, English and science question books. It's really unfair though coz they give us loads of homework with barely any time. The books are ok but hard to understand sometimes!!

Spanner — Berko, Herts , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 19:40:00

need to make site easier to get round and make more free revision papers available

nadine — , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 19:29:00

sam ingram — kettering, Northants , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 19:20:00

Your books are fantastic, especially your maths coursework one, I'm in year 8 and your GCSE foundation level revision guide is perfect for what I'm doing now. PLEASE carry on with the good work. (PLEASE say that you have a revision guide for Latin, if you do please write back, because our Latin teacher is REALLY BAD and sets REALLY HARD exams, if you don't, and this is on behalf of all my friends and their friends in St Auggies, Notting hill, St bennies, gumley house, haberdashers etc etc, PLEASE START TO DO ONE! WE LOVE YOU

Ciara — Ealing, London , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 18:57:00

I think your books are really helpful and set the tedious info out in a fun and enjoyable way.

patrick downey — dunmurry, belfast , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 18:36:00

I think the CGP range is the greatest technique for revision and its only fault is that its on line revision from my point of view isn't of a high level maybe if it was more like the others then there will be nothing to complain of. Thank you FOR TAKING YOUR TIME AND READING MY COMMENT.

Nazreen — Leeds , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 18:05:00

The CGP books are great! They are really helping me with my SATs revision

Nikki — , UK — 07 Apr 2003 at 17:24:00

I think CGP books are absolutely brilliant! They are reasonable, funny and have all the information you need for the exams. I'm taking my GCSEs in a month and I swear by my CGP books! I hope to use the AS and A level ones next year. Thank you for the best revision guides on the planet!

safina — canning town, london , UK — 06 Apr 2003 at 18:12:00

deanne — , UK — 06 Apr 2003 at 14:13:00

Hi, I have used your books since I was 11 yrs old in year 6, I am now 15 and am still using your excellent books for my GCSEs. I have built up a collection and have every book relevant to my exams. I would appreciate it if you could create a book for media studies. I would also like to ask you not to increase the prices of your books and to add more revision tips to your website. Thanks CGP

Kimberley Sangha — Birmingham , UK — 06 Apr 2003 at 14:13:00

CGP books are ace! They're really helping me with my revision! But I would like to see more example questions, to get an idea of what I'll have to answer in the tests.

Harriet Tarpy — Newcastle upon Tyne , UK — 06 Apr 2003 at 12:38:00

I love your books they are really wicked, and now I'm 11 I can do GCSE, because of these books, also can you please send me a sample of the KS3 English Revision please, because these are cool

Me! — Newcastle , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 15:28:00

My dream is to be a maths teacher when I'm older, I'm in year nine now and about to do my ks3 Sats exams and because I have read all the ks3 CGP books and visited your website a lot I got a level 8 in my mock maths test and I just wanted to say thank you very much.

Gary Brown — , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 14:54:00

You know 12th night book it has not got act 2 scene 4 in it and these are what we need to revise for my SATS! Other then that your books r great! Thanks, bye!

stephanie — , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 14:36:00

It is not fair KS2 SATS are on my birthday and this year I am doing them. Anybody out there got any revision tips for me if you do please help me as i really want to get a level 5.

becci — , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 13:42:00

Your books rule and I read them everyday and with them I am going to pass KS2 sats. I got level 5 in all my Mock Sats. I think I will get 5 in SATS. I am the cleverest in my class. I am not being complacent because everyone has told me I have except for two complacent boys who think they are good at everything when they are not. One of them is the captain of the footy team and the other has been captain when he was poorly.

bee — , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 13:38:00

Your books rule

William Morland — Kingston-upon-Thames , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 11:27:00

MISS TRACEY K BELL — SITTINGBOURNE, KENT , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 11:22:00

Ruth Olley — Jersey , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 08:10:00

I think that CGP books are great & really cool thanks.

Lucy Godwin — Covingham, Swindon , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 08:04:00

Please email me with some study tips for KS2 sats. I have the Maths- the study book, The English- The study book and science the study book. I would like to know where you can buy more books and the practice papers please. Also I think your books are very interesting and they help me in my mock SATS tests. I find your online revision very helpful but please add more games cause I think they are all good so if you put more on then your site will be even better.

Becky — , UK — 05 Apr 2003 at 07:21:00

I think that a good idea would be being able to pay for your books at a cheaper price and then download them to your computer instead or be given an access number to be able to view the guide you've bought on your website. This would save paper and could be cheaper and used by anyone world-wide.

Darren — , UK — 04 Apr 2003 at 21:08:00

This year I am doing my SATs and the books are helping me revise all of the facts I need to know.

Ellie Cross — Windsor, Berkshire , UK — 04 Apr 2003 at 20:23:00

Extremely good website! Very useful and detailed books! Whoever founded the company should be very very proud of decent educational books!

Luke W — , UK — 04 Apr 2003 at 20:19:00

This site is good except that the Handling Data game on the KS2 Sats bit. The problem with this is that I got them all right and it kept saying 10 out of 11 and I checked them with the answers millions of times. I am doing my SATs in may and I have got the English, Maths and Science revision guides from your range and they help me a lot and with them I am guaranteed to pass.

REBECCA — , UK — 04 Apr 2003 at 19:51:00

Are you bringing out workbooks for the new vocational GCSE in Health and Social Care and why do you not have a workbook for Child Development GCSE? Would you like someone to write it for you! - would be happy to oblige - contact me

Our school trialled the ICT books during the school year 2002/3. We have found them excellent. They make it possible for teachers with very little ICT knowledge to teach ICT effectively. It means that we only need to stay a few pages further on than the kids!!

Bernadette Hull — Chingford Hall Community Prima, UK — 03 Apr 2003 at 23:41:00

I found the books really useful for my unit tests. I am in KS3 I am in express science and it is really hard but the books have really helped me.

Jadie salkeld — , UK — 03 Apr 2003 at 10:10:00

On the KS3 Science Revision site you should also put a bit on about Circuits (Parallel and series). I went on as I saw it in the book so I thought it would have been on there.

Leanne — Weymouth, Dorset , UK — 02 Apr 2003 at 22:30:00

The CGP books are the best, I done very good in my GCSEs because of them. Now I am doing A-levels and I don't know what I am doing. The P1 A-level book is very helpful, can you please make more A-level books since there only one book. I need M1 and S1 book for maths, and physics and economics.

Han-Fu Sun — , UK — 02 Apr 2003 at 21:53:00

I think the SAT practise papers are really cool! I've printed all of them!

I love your books, I have learnt a lot out of your books during the past year. I'm in year six now and I've got my SATs this year and your CGP books have helped me a lot to understand my Maths, English and my Science!

Tammy rose rigeway hobbings — nuneton, warwickshire , UK — 02 Apr 2003 at 16:49:00

Your books are wonderful! To keep this up and improve you should spend more time on every detail of the books, and keep improving! Unlike other boring revision books that just blob a lot of information down and leave it!

claire — , UK — 02 Apr 2003 at 16:16:00

The books are brilliant I can now revise easily and it is fun with CGP. They are the BEST!!!

Aman — , UK — 02 Apr 2003 at 15:54:00

Hello I have ordered many books from you and twice now I have had a problem with the books like the wrong books being sent or the books being damaged. Your friendly call centre staff are very friendly and told me what to do but you get nothing absolutely nothing for the inconvenience, surely you should perhaps get a complimentary book or something like that.

Josef — Guernsey , UK — 02 Apr 2003 at 15:37:00

I think its great

Lizi Long — , UK — 02 Apr 2003 at 15:12:00

Kay felix — , UK — 02 Apr 2003 at 12:22:00

Hi! My name is Aziza. I think your books are really cool! I have 8 of the CGP books. It really helps. Could you please try to make a book with practice SATs questions please, because I've got my SATs soon and it would help a lot. Thank you

Aziza — , UK — 01 Apr 2003 at 21:27:00

I was very impressed that my daughter's school actually supplied the books, but was more impressed that my daughter who is currently in year 2 enjoyed them.

Mother — , UK — 01 Apr 2003 at 21:13:00

I think these books are fab, but they have started to loose my confidence as I start to find more and more printing errors!

Mr Viroshan Srikran — Morden, Surrey , UK — 01 Apr 2003 at 17:07:00

Hi CGP, your books rule. My teachers were suggesting revision guides and I was looking at them all and yours were by far the best. One thing I would ask is that you could perhaps do a poem anthology for AQA English. With all these bloomin' poems to read and analyse I could do with some help and I know you'd be the best people for the job. Thanks and keep being brilliant.

Keep up the good work, though are there any plans to make AS/A2 Level revision books for geo, history, english etc? It would really help me revise next year!
