Your CGP books are not wanted because they did not boost up my level. All I had to do was to use the same learning and it is way better than yours. You are not wanted.

I think they're very nice books, maybe even the best I have ever seen. It's explained in detail and it's very simple to understand in the way the authors have made it for us.

Alisterj — birmingham, uk, United Kingdom — 29 Jan 2006 at 18:16:12
You guys are legends - were it not for you, I never would have passed the tricky GCSEs like Maths and Science. The books helped me in most of the other subjects as well! I was hoping it would be the same with A levels but you don't seem to have many books in that area - please consider making more, especially English Literature, History, French and, in particular, Music. Your GCSE Music book saved my life!! Thanks :)

At first, I got rubbish old school books and they were dull and only in black and white. Then I brought CGP books — how colourful and infomative! I just want to say thank you again, CGP books! You're really helping me with my Key Stage 3 because my school is changing and we aren't really learning anything. There is a very intelligent teacher of mine who says, "You've got to learn stuff for yourself!" I am with your books — thanks, CGP. Please wish me luck in my Key Stage 3 SATs in May. Thank you very much!!!!

Excellent delivery - only ordered them last night and got them this morning? My son can knuckle down on his revision.
Debra — Liverpool, United Kingdom — 25 Jan 2006 at 10:54:39
Your A Level selection of revision books is terrible - no English OR History! I'd have thought this company would have a good selection but I'm obviously wrong. I guess I'll just buy my revision books somewhere else!
R — Suffolk, United Kingdom — 25 Jan 2006 at 10:05:23
Thw website has a good layout which allows you to find the book of your choice with minimum searching. It is good that you do not charge for postage and packing as others may charge in the region of £2 or slightly more for a book costing £4.50.

Qudsia — London, United Kingdom — 24 Jan 2006 at 17:42:00
Hey, I just ordered the Complete Revision and Practice guides for Maths, English and Science. I also got the text guide for Macbeth, the Maths and Science practice papers, Killer Maths pocket revision book and another Maths book - can't remember what it's called!! I bought so many because of the amazing prices - well done, guys! I used these books in 2002 for my Year 6 SATs and now I'm using the next level up! It feels kinda strange. I've been predicted English - 7, Science - 6, Maths - 6/7 and ICT - 7. It really bothers me that a lot of the revision guides are for people who don't get any of the work. I just need help with understanding a few things with Maths and the rest I just need help remembering! That's what is so great about the CGP books— they simply help you prepare!

Your books are great for thorough revision - they really helped me but maybe you could put tips for the exams in them and points of interest - not necessarly needed at all stages but showing people how you would do a paper would be great! Please could you make a Latin revision guide as no-one else does and it would be a real help.,

Miss D Watkinson — Glossop, United Kingdom — 21 Jan 2006 at 13:53:41
Fantastic books - they really helped me recently. Why don't you do Statistics and Mechanics maths for OCR and AQA as well as Edexcel? Also some books for A2 like Core 3 and 4 would be good. Could you also consider doing books for further maths A level modules like D1, D2, FP1, and FP2? I realise there aren't that many people doing further maths in comparison to most subjects, but for those of us who are, it would be a great help - thanks!
Sarah — Wilmslow, United Kingdom — 21 Jan 2006 at 13:26:01

Thank you for the excellent service received and the very speedy delivery of books. Having ordered 140 sets of Maths practice papers and opened every one, I wonder if it would be possible to pack these as sets of papers when they are ordered by a school. I feel quite conscious of the paper wasted - we also only require a few sets of answers - not 140!

Hi there CGP. Your books are so helpful. I can't thank you enough. They have been so helpful for my KS3 SATS revision and the GCSE books are very helpful. There is such a variety of different subject books for GCSE's. Thanks once again.
Millie — Carshalton, United Kingdom — 15 Jan 2006 at 14:19:57
Your books rock!!! They're really making me understand my English, Maths and Science for KS3. Thanks a lot CGP people — your sooooo cool!!!
Hussain — London, United Kingdom — 15 Jan 2006 at 14:11:58
Your books are very helpful. What I would love to see (maybe it is there and I have missed it) is a book for parents about the ins and outs of the National Curriculum and SATS. For example, I picked up the key stage concept pretty quickly but it took me a long time to understand what the levels are about. Such a book could explain how it all works and how to support our children through it. Sad to say, I have found teachers to be the least helpful in explaining it. Thanks.

Your books have too much rubbish in them. They beat around the bush and make everything seem easy and it's harder to understand it like that.
Jim — Southampton, United Kingdom — 12 Jan 2006 at 15:33:21
Hello CGP people! I'm a student studying at AS level. I wanted to say that because of your books I passed my GCSE's with flying colours and I wanted to thank you all so much for your great witty books! I'm finding A levels really hard and as I am studying AS media, Drama, and Law, I can't find any revision guides for them (that are as good as the CGP ones anyway!) I was wondering if there are any future plans to create more AS level CGP books for the other subjects, I can guarentee they'd be a hit if there were some :)

Like your books as they are good for revising, but a few complaints. Firstly, the jokes are unecessary and distracting. Are there any plans to remove them from new books? Secondly, you need books specified to each individual syllabus. The Science books either cover too much or too little.

The books are fun! I am doing my KS3 sats in my school, but we need more information, because our school is in the middle school system. This means we have to have our KS3 sats in Y8, so our school hasn't taught us enough. These books are helping me a lot, as I have learnt a lot from them that the teachers haven't taught me. Thanks CGP and carry on forever helping kids with revision!

When I was first given a CGP book by the Physics department of my school, the teacher apologised by saying "I'm sorry - we didn't realise they were funny until we'd ordered them". In actual fact, they are really useful and, so far, have made my mocks go really well!

Hi to everyone at CGP! I think your books are wonderful. Our school has them; they let us borrow them to revise. I'm in Year 6 and doing one of the most important exams in May. It would be useful to have the publishing date for each book, especially for the revision guides, as if you bought one several years ago for one child, you'd need to know if it has been changed for another child currently doing the same level.
