It would be good if you could try to include other foreign language books for GCSE — e.g. Punjabi GCSE revision books please!!!!!!!

Priya — Essex, United Kingdom — 27 Feb 2006 at 22:25:00

I think they are great and we use them at school. My brother had them for SATS and he passed with flying colours.

Ellie — Northampton, United Kingdom — 27 Feb 2006 at 21:19:53

Excellent service

Heather Moore — Hemel Hempstead , United Kingdom — 27 Feb 2006 at 20:10:08

There are no printable worksheets for my class to use for small amounts of practice.

Stephanie — Stanley, United Kingdom — 27 Feb 2006 at 18:07:54

Your books are really good. They are really helping me seeing as though we are taking our GCSE a year early! Thanks x

Holly — Maidstone, United Kingdom — 27 Feb 2006 at 15:55:45

The CGP books are great. Study guides do really make a difference. They inform in a way that is both interesting and enjoyable. One flaw however is the little remarks that appear on all of the study guides, eg: Physics higher, "If goats did exams, they would use CGP books" I mean, WTF. These remarks are neither clever or remotely funny. They just seem rather condesending. GET A GRIP. Otherwise, great books!

(Commenting on book STR41, GCSE Separate Sciences Additional Materials Revision Guide

This book is really good and its helping me at the minute understand the concepts of the seperate science modules. It really breaks it down for you! Thanks!

Glenda — Kentish, United Kingdom — 22 Feb 2006 at 17:48:40

CGP books are absolutely rubbish - they made me loose points in my SATs tests :-(

Sally — upsall, United Kingdom — 22 Feb 2006 at 16:46:23

You people are stressing over SATs - they are kind of important I guess but not that much of a biggie compared to GCSEs! Oh my goodness, so stressful! I have to revise for 9 subjetcs, yes, nine! You should all feel happy that you only get three subjects!

Me — somewhere in England :), United Kingdom — 22 Feb 2006 at 14:53:29

Thanks a lot for your books - they are the best thing since computer games! I now have learnt to read properly - stiil can't spell very well though!

Dr herman — Brighton, United Kingdom — 22 Feb 2006 at 14:42:37

Your books are really funny . . .

Cheeseburger wearing a hat. — NA, Afghanistan — 22 Feb 2006 at 14:38:01

Man, your books are cool but I think the chap on the front is quite annoying!

Kirk Carter — Brighton, United Kingdom — 22 Feb 2006 at 14:37:11

Your books are okay. However, I think that in the history books, you should go into more depth for example, Britain in WW2, Battle of the atlantic, Dunkirk, D Day landings, etc.

Dave — , United Kingdom — 22 Feb 2006 at 13:31:08

I feel your books are really helping to get the GCSEs I need. Good!

Michael — Leeds, United Kingdom — 22 Feb 2006 at 13:27:27

Hello, I’m a student in the Cayman Islands. I have seen your books around and now I’m going to get my own. I trust they will help me in my IGCSE this year . . . keep up the good work and thanks for making hard-to-understand subjects like PE and Business easier :). Please put up the preview pages for the Business Studies revision guide for GCSE on the site - thank you!

Kady Myers — North Side, Cayman Islands — 22 Feb 2006 at 03:26:17

These books are close to useless. Alot of the useful material wasn't covered, plus I find the teaching methodology exercised in these revision titles very pragmatic. Alot of time, I found myself asking 'why?', and didn't find the described concepts very convincing, specifically in the science and maths revision titles. Perhaps a target for improvement would be more detailed description of concepts.

Navid Naghdi — London , United Kingdom — 21 Feb 2006 at 19:44:53

Your books are really cool and are really helping me in my SATS, your jokes and pictures encourage me to read on!!!

I need to study CGP science books

jefferson — london, United Kingdom — 21 Feb 2006 at 19:27:16

I have seen many people use CGP and my goodness have they improved their levels!!!

Adam — , United Kingdom — 21 Feb 2006 at 18:23:14

I'm studying Portuguese to do as a GCSE and i can't find any revision guides, you should maybe consider creating one as they would be very useful for many people as it is a language growing in popularity.

Vanessa — Felbridge , United Kingdom — 21 Feb 2006 at 16:42:55

These books are RUBBISH.

Peter Clegg — Bradford, United Kingdom — 21 Feb 2006 at 15:42:28

Can anyone tell me if the KS3 work books and practice exam papers have answers in them as well, so you can check your answers?

Kathryn — Braintree, United Kingdom — 21 Feb 2006 at 14:10:02

These books suck and so does this site!!!! Ha ha ha!

Rubbish — Town, United Kingdom — 21 Feb 2006 at 12:45:53

Whoever that was you can't exactly blame failing your GCSEs on CGP, they're really great for revision - and well done on the air guitar lessons in the GCSE music book! =) Great list of songs to play to as well. Rock on!

Amy — , United Kingdom — 20 Feb 2006 at 21:53:16

I found that the Textiles GCSE was not helpful at all. It only had about coursework, and not the information on processes I needed.

Emma Sweeney — Orpington, United Kingdom — 20 Feb 2006 at 20:39:44

PROOF -- these books work. They got me through all of my exams and now i am on the way to becoming a lawyer 150k per year here i come! thanks CGP for making my life a success!

Adam — Cambridge , United Kingdom — 20 Feb 2006 at 20:38:48

Well, I think CGP has the best books for you to revise. It's absolutely fabulous. Since I got one, you lot should too - it's great. I'm not joking!

lil angel — east ham, United Kingdom — 20 Feb 2006 at 18:27:13

When I used the books and practice papers for my exams, they really took the pressure off of me when I went into the exam hall. Thanks

Toby Smith — Ely, United Kingdom — 20 Feb 2006 at 17:28:19

I love CGP - it's so fabulous and I'm so excited about my GCSEs - can't wait!!!!!

Emily — , United Kingdom — 20 Feb 2006 at 16:55:01

CGP is soooo Stupid!

Lilia — London , United Kingdom — 20 Feb 2006 at 16:01:10

The work books are great. Is there a German GCSE one coming out soon? That would be lovely! Thanks!

Kathy Gubbels — Fleet, United Kingdom — 19 Feb 2006 at 22:59:39

Can't you give anything for free? Maybe free sample booklets? Because your books are really good and helpful.

Mo — Farnborough, United Kingdom — 19 Feb 2006 at 14:56:55

Don't you publish A2 revision guides for Maths, IT, and Graphic Products? I can see AS guides for Maths and IT, but I don't think they contain the material for A2. I love the range of CGP books, they are really clear and useful, I have looked at other guides before but they were nowhere near as good as your.

Fraser Kettle — Brentwood , United Kingdom — 19 Feb 2006 at 14:55:38

These books make revising bearable and I have learnt loads from them. They make other revision guides seem boring!

Em — , United Kingdom — 19 Feb 2006 at 11:46:03

They helped me through out all my exams and I reckon they are the best revision books in the entire world. I hope everyone else feels that way!

Katie — Cardiff, United Kingdom — 18 Feb 2006 at 18:29:00

Hi, I usually struggle with studying and it never stays in my brain but thanks to your books, they're made it all clear. I enjoy looking at the pictures and it's made me more confident for my SATs. Guestbook.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a message and we’re very grateful for all your kind comments about our books. Messages like yours make it all worthwhile for us — we’re glad to be able to help you with your exams.

We hope you continue to use CGP books in the future and wish you all the best with your future studies.

Kind Regards,

Anastasia — Goodmayes, United Kingdom — 18 Feb 2006 at 12:00:14

Even though your books are great, I think a online revision guide would be good - not boring as I'm not that into books but enjoy the computer!

Sam — Leicester, United Kingdom — 18 Feb 2006 at 11:25:26

Kierann — Nottingham, United Kingdom — 17 Feb 2006 at 19:12:57

CGP books are great! They make learning fun and easy!! We use them a lot at school! Keep It Up! Definitely a thumbs up!

Anna Boddy — South Cave, United Kingdom — 17 Feb 2006 at 17:38:31

Your books are really good . . . but I wanted to know if you are ever going to make a Dual Applied Science revision guide; because this year for my exam, I had one, but it obviously wasn't your company . . . and it wasn't as good.

James — Durham, United Kingdom — 16 Feb 2006 at 08:32:39

I've used your books for KS1 and KS2 and they are wonderful! They make the work clear and fun, and they're easy to use. My kids actually enjoy doing the work!

Rachel Rawnsley — Ilkley, United Kingdom — 15 Feb 2006 at 23:57:59

Anon — Engalnd, United Kingdom — 15 Feb 2006 at 19:20:23

Kerching — your books are great because I failed the GCSEs in flying colours. Pow — I'm a gangster. Next time, have some games on the site because this site is real lame.

RuDeNBAy — Brapage, United Kingdom — 15 Feb 2006 at 14:00:33

I like the books. They really help me at school so I'm glad my teacher Mrs H gives us them. From Helen, aged 8.

Helen — Golborne, United Kingdom — 15 Feb 2006 at 10:00:49

I got four 5s for my key stage 2 SATS with those CGP books and without them, I wouldn't have got this level. Thanks a lot to the poeple who make the books! :)

stephanie — diec, United Kingdom — 14 Feb 2006 at 20:49:47

These books rock! I especially love the sarky comments at the bottom of each page.

Shari — Belfast, United Kingdom — 14 Feb 2006 at 19:24:22

It's helpful having these work books but I want to have the answer books with them.

Rukhsar — Nottingham, United Kingdom — 14 Feb 2006 at 18:53:15

Kelly — Whitehaven, United Kingdom — 14 Feb 2006 at 13:53:44

I think your books are very helpful and I think they are great. They have really improved my chances of achieving a good grade.

Amanda Donaldson — Whitehaven, United Kingdom — 14 Feb 2006 at 13:53:02

You say you distribute quality books - my revision book is falling apart and I've only had it since November.

Lia — London, United Kingdom — 14 Feb 2006 at 13:49:07

I think your books are fabulous — I love them.

Amanda Donaldson — Whitehaven, United Kingdom — 14 Feb 2006 at 13:49:04

I love these books but I need to get through my AS course with a Economics revision guide! Will you be publishing one for 2006 exams?

Request for Edexcel A2 Maths C1,C2,D1 And AQA Psychology A2 please!!

Andrew Smith — Chester, United Kingdom — 13 Feb 2006 at 21:11:21

I don't like the maths practice papers because the questions are pointless. For example, does Josie have nothing better to do than make patterns with black and white tiles? Also, is one of your authors a man called mr mehmood? By the way, the paper I am refering to is maths KS3 tier 5-8 2b. By the way, the naughty shouts on the back of the books are uncalled for.

Josh and Rich — Boro, United Kingdom — 13 Feb 2006 at 20:53:16

Could you please tell me how long it would take a book to be delivered from Cumbria to Whitstable??? I really need it soon!! About 2 days??

Katie — Whitstable, United Kingdom — 13 Feb 2006 at 19:17:25

I have used these books ever since I have been able to and they have helped me a lot - I find them so useful to use. The workbooks are useful as well. Overall, I think that they are the best revision guides around!!!

Michelle — Dorking, United Kingdom — 13 Feb 2006 at 15:16:37

They are helping me pass my SATS - thanks a lot of doing these books but I really wish there was a hsitory one in Key Stage 2.

Alvin — West London, United Kingdom — 13 Feb 2006 at 14:23:16

Your books are the greatest! My year six SATS are coming up and these books are helping me so much - thanks!

Alvin — London, United Kingdom — 13 Feb 2006 at 14:21:08

I was very pleased that the books I wanted were in stock. I had been told elsewhere that if I ordered with them, I would have to wait 30 days! Good website and easy to navigate. I'll let you know how useful the books are soon.

Susan Hardman — Shenley, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 23:30:51

Thanks, your books help a lot. I am dreading science.

dannii — south woodham,Essex, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 18:30:01

I think the CGP are really good but you need to put games for Key Stage 3. I find the lots of information in our books really helpful and it's got me top marks - keep it going, CGP gang!

Amrita — Hounslow, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 18:19:54

These books are great - they really helped me with my KS3 SATS exams and I might even get them for GCSE.

Tina Newton — Derby, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 17:30:38

I love CGP books and this is my first time I have visited the website - so far, so good. I think you should have games on the site though OR have links to other sites where they have games to help you learn. It's half term and I have a project to do about Mother Teresa and I haven't got a clue how to do it - could you write back and give me some tips please? Thanks!

Tamara — Milton Keynes, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 16:07:44

I think CGP books are the best for revising and make everything really clear.

Katie — Birmingham, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 15:23:37

bernadette wilde — newyork, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 15:10:24

These books are really . . . erm . . . boring! They don't teach you anything - I think I'm getting more confused reading them. They are rubbish.

Nanya — , United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 15:09:32

An excellent service. Thank you!

Peter — Bristol, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 12:52:03

Hello CGP! Thank you for your wide range of books!!! I am confident that they will help me in my SATS!!! Keep up the good work!! Are you going to make a drama revision guide!!! If you do, where do you buy it?????????

Heather — Liverpool, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 12:04:39

Just a thought from a pupil - how about putting all the revision guides together from the supplied subjects, all the test-yourself papers together and display them at each different key stage and levels. It might help out with ordering them.

Hanna — Hinckley, United Kingdom — 12 Feb 2006 at 11:49:20

I think your books are boring.

Louise — Baker, United Kingdom — 11 Feb 2006 at 19:11:17

I think your books are pricy and most of the people can get them half price at school.

Samid — Bedford, United Kingdom — 11 Feb 2006 at 18:26:50

I have bought plenty of your books - lots have helped and a few haven't. I have spend so much - could you send me a free CGP KS3 French revision guide because I desperately need it.

yuvraj — staffordshire, United Kingdom — 11 Feb 2006 at 17:51:00

Thanks - you've helped a lot!!!

Emgem — Lincoln, United Kingdom — 11 Feb 2006 at 15:30:27

I would like 'Merchant of Venice' and 'To kill a mockingbird' for English GCSE - that would be great, thanks. I have been using your books since Year 6 and have always had good results. Thanks :)

I'd love to order a catalogue, but can't find any indication on how to do it on your website . . . FRUSTRATING!

Karla — Witney, United Kingdom — 10 Feb 2006 at 11:53:24

I would appreciate it very much if you had a Italian GCSE revision guide, as it will help very much. Your Science, English and maths books are great! Thanks.

I love your books - thanks a lot!

Irfan — London, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 20:35:54

I think there should be more revision help on this site, though it could hinder sales.

Robert — somewhere, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 19:06:34

CGP books are THE greatest. Those colourful cartoons are so tempting and they persuade me to read even more. These clever books have all the vital info you need for passing your exams! Thanks CGP, you're the best !!!

Neeta Priyanka — Walsall, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 18:49:15

I love the green Biology book but I am stuck on something. Could you please help me? What is Amoeba? Where in the cell do chemical reactions happen? Thank you!

Amy Dilkes — Walsall, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 18:40:25

I find CGP books really useful and I'm doing my GCSE. Sometimes there isn't always the information I need - when I had a Geography exam and I needed to make sure I revised fold mountains. I found no information on them in the book so perhaps you can't always rely on the CGP book and need to make sure you use your own notes as well. After all, you don't want to fail for a silly thing like that.

Charlotte — Chatham, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 17:59:33

I love CGP books - they are smart and I learn more stuff from reading the CGP books than anywhere else! My sisters and I have loads of key stage 2 and 3. I had a test late last year in maths and, revising only with CGP books, I got a really high mark.

Natalie — Middlesbrough, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 12:12:21

What a brilliant, well thought-out website. Easy to navigate, quick to load, simple and quick ordering process - why can't more sites be as good as this?!! Thank you CGP!

Mrs S R Stamford — Derby, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 11:52:24

Your books are the best - they got me through my GCSES and now my ASs too. Thanks, CGP :D

Michael — Hemel, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 10:35:13

Hi, I hope CGP reads this because I really want you to introduce an Italian revision book!

Sam — Sidcup, United Kingdom — 09 Feb 2006 at 07:25:16

Hi. You have very nice website! Beautiful design.

Martin — New York, Russia — 08 Feb 2006 at 22:15:11

They gave a great overview, but I don't understand how anyone could have excelled at GCSE level with these - half of my curriculum isn't even in any of the Science books, the Business or the Maths (particularly disappointing). The only book I can recommend is the ICT book, which seemed pretty relevant and complete to me.

Biccester — Birmingham, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 21:31:59

Thanks a lot for your books! They're really helping me with my Science and Spanish GCSEs!!

Clare — Haverfordwest, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 21:06:13

Today I had a maths test and I used the Key Stage 3 maths revision book. It did help a little bit but sometimes I find it hard to just sit up and revise.

Aleena — Oxford, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 20:41:18

Nicola — Mciver, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 20:33:01

Dude, do you guys do an easy-to-understand Business & Communications guide? I need all the help I can because I'm doing a GCSE two years early and only doing a few months' work. All the Year 11s get two years for the course. Please help!!!

Crash — Sth Yorks, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 20:12:35

Your books are really helpful - they make everything easy to understand. I think you should have more revision games on your website!!! Thanks!

Jodie — Newcastle, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 19:28:10

I have only visited the site today and I have got loads of revisions books. I personaly think they are good and completely disagree with the people who said it is rubbish. So I'm new and I hope this site is going to help me and give me tips on how to revise. I've got my year nine mocks exams soon - wish me luck!

Zara — London, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 19:07:19

This site isn't here to be fun or to help you revise - THAT'S WHAT THE BOOKS ARE FOR!

Simon — , United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 17:57:18

I have brought KS2 Study Books for my oldest daughter and it says to order your free catalogue, log on to our website. I have done this but still can't find where to get the free catalogue. This could be easier to find if there was a direct link from your homepage. I have a younger daughter who could also benefit from the use of some of your study books.

Toni Ford — West Midlands, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 15:12:42

Amy — Portsmouth, United Kingdom — 08 Feb 2006 at 09:17:59

Ok, I got the French books because I'm in seventh grade and was slipping a little. After a few chapters in this book, I was totally caught up! Thanks, CGP!!!

Anna Avila — Maple Grove, United States of America — 08 Feb 2006 at 01:11:56

Liz Starkey — Stourbridge, United Kingdom — 07 Feb 2006 at 18:47:01

I love your books & use them with my Year 6 class - thanks!

Rebecca Dean — Warrington, United Kingdom — 07 Feb 2006 at 18:33:22

I left my Science book at home - you should have a Science online book on Key Stage 2 as an interactive online book.

Guy — Wimbledon, United Kingdom — 07 Feb 2006 at 17:12:27

I think these books are great for revising for your exam - they really do help me a lot.

Nicola — Belfast, United Kingdom — 07 Feb 2006 at 16:08:28

These books are great for studying. My child got level 5s at Key Stage 2, and 7s and 8s for Key Stage 3! I have just ordered another set for my son for taking his Key Stage 2 SATs.

J — Walsall, United Kingdom — 07 Feb 2006 at 13:53:19

I find your books really great and helped me a lot with my GCSE mocks. I hope they do the same for the real things. However we did find that your website was a little hard to use.

Tim — Biggin Hill, United Kingdom — 07 Feb 2006 at 10:24:09

I think you are quality, bud, but the books lack in proper things like giving you advice. You know what I mean? Safe!

DJ Renny — Derby Blud, United Kingdom — 07 Feb 2006 at 08:09:03

This is my comment - it is something I don't know - how fast I can learn English?

Joathan Vasquez — Trenton, United States of America — 07 Feb 2006 at 01:12:43

Hey, the books are great. An Italian Revision book should be the next thing on your list!

Ellie — Sheffield, United Kingdom — 06 Feb 2006 at 20:51:37

Excellent - I'm doing AS Levels and I've got your Math, Science and Geography books. They're helping me plan my revision notes.

I am quite disappointed your Religious Education books do not have any information on Sikhism. I am saying this because my son (who is taking his GCSEs in a few months) has picked Sikhism, and he stuggles very much with the topic. Include a Sikhism section in your books please!

Mr. Ridge — North-East London, United Kingdom — 06 Feb 2006 at 18:03:56

There's a book for everything! Literally! I just spent £60 on them because I found them so useful in the past! I read the revision guides, then answer questions in the workbook and check my answers with the answer books!!

Neil — Blyton, United Kingdom — 06 Feb 2006 at 17:48:13

The books are really helping me at the moment as I am only in Year 6 and I am practising for my SATs. Do these books help with Year 6 SATs?

Your books are rubbish.

Dilraj — Land, United Kingdom — 06 Feb 2006 at 17:12:46

I think the books are not that great - they seem the same as any other ones. I don't mind studying but they just don't make it easier. That's the truth!

Hello, to all of you who have your SATs in May, whether you are in Year Nine or Year Six. You are probably stressing and the teachers are loading you up with homework, right? Well, they really aren't as hard as the teachers try to make out. I am not saying don't revise — of course you need to, how else are you going to pass? Just buy the CGP books and practice papers need and you won't need to worry. I have used them in the past and they have really come in useful. Anyway, if you are stressing badly over your SATs, wait till you come to your GCSEs! Huh. Now that is something worth worrying about!

You should let people see inside the book so people will know what kind of things are inside.

Katie — New York, United States of America — 01 Feb 2006 at 19:16:28

Your books have helped me very much with my modular exams in Science, except I can't seem to find where to order the free catalogue?

Rozie — , United Kingdom — 01 Feb 2006 at 19:16:14

I think your revision guides are very helpful and good value for money but I am disappointed that I am unable to purchase them online. I have a 'Visa Electron' card - my payment method which you do not accept. Why is this? I am only upset about this as the books are more expensive in the shops I have looked in than online. I would like to start my revision for my GCSE's now, using your books while I can't because of this. Thank you.

Tonia Rivett — Dereham, United Kingdom — 01 Feb 2006 at 18:05:59
