Guestbook Archive - July 2006

Dear Sir/ Madam
My daughter has recently finished her studies for GCSEs. For quite a number of years I have been working with Julia using many of the CGP books. As you will appreciate teenage girls can be challenging, but however challenging this experience has been it has certainly been easier with your books than without them, good work, keep it going.
Best wishes
Paul Wright

I have found your books an invaluable help for my two boys. They love working with them which makes my life easier - it is not a chore like most books. I am a teacher as well as a parent and I have not come across any books as useful and enjoyable as these are. Thank you.

Angie Humphrey — Horsham, United Kingdom — 29 Jul 2006 at 14:29:30

Hi, I bought a few cgp revision guides. I studied the ks3 maths book for over 4 months and I got the level that I needed, they're great and at a good price.

CGP ARE THE GREATEST EVER REVISION BOOKS!!!
I need to do my year 9 SATs next year, and I'm revising now, since it's the holiday and to get a head start, and they're working like magic.
It's so easy the way they lay it out, and I'm finding it so easy to relate to, I think I'll pass my exams with flying colours.

A GOOD CLEAR, SIMPLE AND EASY TO NAVIGATE WEBSITE WHICH ALLOWED ME TO ORDER MY BOOKS QUICKLY. MANY THANKS!

Sean Matthews — UK, United Kingdom — 24 Jul 2006 at 12:44:11

Your books are absolutely fantastic in terms of providing a wide range of easy-to-learn information in a variety of subjects. I was saddened, however, when I discovered that you have yet to publish a copy of an AS level Economics guide. I will certainly purchase your AS Mathematics, Physics and English revision guides as the GCSE equivalent have helped me tremendously. I can assure you that this potential Economics guide would certainly be put to very good use by future candidates such as me around the country...

Alun Wrighton — Watford, United Kingdom — 22 Jul 2006 at 14:40:22

I'm using the Physics version of CGP and I gotta say they rock. Rock on CGP books!!!! Woo.

Muhadishay — Bristol, United Kingdom — 21 Jul 2006 at 21:42:39

Kaleeda — London, United Kingdom — 20 Jul 2006 at 18:30:30

I have just not long finished my Mathematics foundation GCSE course. I think the revision books were fantastic and I am definitely going to use more of your books in the future.
Thanks a lot.

Brian Gray — Hereford, United Kingdom — 20 Jul 2006 at 12:35:39

To be sincere, for the very first time as a Business Administration student I was able to differentiate between many words, such as job enlargement and enrichment, mergers and takeovers and many more.
CGP books Authors will live for long for our benefits. I love you all.

Olajide Jose — Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria — 18 Jul 2006 at 19:21:08

I think the books are brilliant and help support a well educated country. The books are also brilliant if you struggle with a subject as they help you to pick up the pace. Since junior school I have come from a level four to a level five in maths and in my new school we use them all the time and I find them very simple and easy to use. What's more, I like the obvious devotion of the people who created these books.

Matthew Edmond — Keynsham, United Kingdom — 17 Jul 2006 at 20:45:37

I've been revising with the science book and got 5 in science for my sats in year 6.

nazifa — surrey, United Kingdom — 15 Jul 2006 at 21:48:03

The CGP books are just great, except for the fact that there is less information on page but more pictures. Overall the books are fantastic!

Abdullah Kaleem — Jeddah, Saudia Arabia — 15 Jul 2006 at 13:45:42

Oh no, my science teacher just told me today that I'm the only person who will be talking a L8 paper in science. I need help, urgently - it's going to be so hard! Please can you send me a free Ks3 L8 science text book - pretty please? :)

This book is great! I passed my mock exam with flying colours thanks to this chemistry book. I have now ordered a book for every lesson so I can prepare myself.

Tao Parsons — Cardiff, United Kingdom — 07 Jul 2006 at 11:51:58

I'm really impressed with your books - they're good. I wish you could make millions more books.

jake burton — oswestry, United Kingdom — 07 Jul 2006 at 10:57:35

Hey! your books are great, though you mention "bits and bobs" in your books and I think it dumbs it down a bit. But your Triple science are the best - better that those old 1990's books that nobody cares about!
And I love your good separate award books, because they make triple science seem as easy as single science!
Thanks!!

imad — newcastle, United Kingdom — 05 Jul 2006 at 16:52:39

CGP books are amazing! The books are easy to use. The book is sold at a good reasonable price, it is good value for money. All the summary questions at the end of each unit make sure that you know everything and that you have learnt everything.

Sanjaya Herath — Doha, Qatar — 05 Jul 2006 at 09:47:51

Ryan — Bourne, United Kingdom — 04 Jul 2006 at 18:51:43

Please would you put the answers for each book onto your website. It would be a great help! Thank you.

Miss Shepard — B'ham, United Kingdom — 04 Jul 2006 at 09:35:36

I've had your revision books for key stage 2 and found them very useful so here's hoping with key stage 3!

Mrs M B Ward — Torquay, United Kingdom — 03 Jul 2006 at 21:08:04

Your books are good. I'm in year 10 and we had our summer exams which were a mix of old GCSE papers. I used your books for some of my subjects and did the best I have ever done in my exams. However some of the answers are not accepted by some exam boards, and so when I put an answer down that I remembered from one of the books it was wrong :(. Anyway thanks.
