(Commenting on book MHR51, AS-Level Maths Revision Guide
Why has an A2 level book not been released!!!! It would have really helped during my exams.
Thomas — Banbury , United Kingdom — 29 Sep 2006 at 16:21:34
At GCSE I used your books for every subject except for electronics, as you do not do one for electronics. I urge you to write one as there are hardly any revision books from any publisher on electronics gcse, so you could make money as people would have to buy yours.
I am now doing A-level and am dismayed to see that you only cover modules C1, C2, M1 and S1. Please please please, bring out revision guides for FP1, FP2 and FP3, and later mechanics modules as well, it would be a very big help, as I am doing further maths.

Hello, I am the smartest kid on Earth because of these books.

Great set of books - made GCSEs fun!
Sunny — Ealing, United Kingdom — 28 Sep 2006 at 17:51:49
Hi, do you do books which are not study books but question books?
Answer: Yes we do! We usually call them Workbooks, Workout Books or Question Books, and they're available for most subjects and levels. You can find them on the website — select the Subject and Level, and if workbooks are available there'll be a link to them.
skyler — surrey, United Kingdom — 28 Sep 2006 at 16:59:56
What a fantastic web site! I have to order many things from many sites, and most of them are so complicated, but yours is the easiest I have ever come across! Thank you.

Hi, Marilena here. I spent all summer reading these books.
They're sooo good and fun - I love CGP books!
marilena kostpolou — wembley, United Kingdom — 28 Sep 2006 at 09:04:56
Hi CGP! I love your books, especially the science ones for key stage 3. They are excellent, and really fun to read! You make revision for exams easier and fun. My school buys them for us and we do them for homework but I always like doing these books better - they beat doing worksheets! Thanks!
clodagh — belfast, United Kingdom — 27 Sep 2006 at 21:50:26
Very speedy service and no p&p. Excellent!

C Hewitt — London , United Kingdom — 27 Sep 2006 at 15:45:55
Excellent site, first class service, can not fault CGP at all...maybe you should advertise the next day delivery at zero cost to the customer.
I will be back again for key stage 3.
nita — croydon , United Kingdom — 27 Sep 2006 at 14:18:09
Hi CGP! Just thought I'd say that your revision guides are excellent! I practically had a revision guide from you for every subject I did at GCSE and gained 2 A*'s and 8 A's! Thanks for all your excellent work ...and keep it up!
By the way have you thought about expanding your AS and A2 range of revision guides? I'm sure they'd go down a storm!
Catherine — Portsmouth , United Kingdom — 27 Sep 2006 at 10:01:19
Hi CGP, Your excellent revision guides helped me to an A*, 6 A's and 4 B's at GCSE, and 3 A's and a B at AS. However at A2 your range of guides is slightly limited. Please can you create an A2 generic Mathematics guide please. It would be much appreciated.

sacha — l,pool , United Kingdom — 24 Sep 2006 at 14:57:06

Thanks for your help!

Any chance of A2 maths soon???
The AS guide was really good.
Michael — Guildford, United Kingdom — 24 Sep 2006 at 10:41:32
Can you please do a Latin revision book because I can't find one! They're all either just verb table lists or too much like my school's exercise book!
Jessica Winkworth — Crowhurst, United Kingdom — 24 Sep 2006 at 10:40:44
Your books are fab. I'm now ordering some for AS level. The only one I can't find is an OCR Psychology AS level book. Are you thinking about doing one of these?
Emily — Redditch, United Kingdom — 23 Sep 2006 at 19:31:47

(Commenting on book SFW39, KS3 Science Workbook - Levels 3-5
I think these books work really well but you should do deals where you buy the workbook and then you get the answers for either 50p or £1.00.
laura featherstone — st albans, United Kingdom — 22 Sep 2006 at 16:20:53
I was a bit disappointed with this website - I thought it would have interactive revision books so you could go through the whole book to where you need. This is what this website needs even if you had to pay a small amount.
Natalie — , United Kingdom — 22 Sep 2006 at 15:10:08
Many thanks for producing such Great Books. We have used them since KS2 and have now reached AS level. They are fantastic at explaining even the most mundane stuff. Keep up the good work.

Mrs. Pamela Turland — Ashby-de-la-Zouch, United Kingdom — 21 Sep 2006 at 11:44:11
Your books are really good, they help me more than my teacher. For all the bits and pieces I haven't understood I check in a CGP book and they're absolutely amazing. There's only one problem - I think you should have the answers to questions in the Workbook, so that we can check our work. It is really annoying having to pay an extra £2 just to check if our work is right. Could you please sort this out ? Thank you. Your books are still wicked though. Good Luck with writing the little jokes, they are actually pretty funny!
Ameena — Leicester, United Kingdom — 20 Sep 2006 at 08:27:24
I inherited some Maths books from my graduate son and found them terrific. The website is wonderful, and I love all the topic-based games and sheets. I will recommend it to friends who have children doing KS3 and KS4. Well done. I've also got your French and Music books. Equally great. Many thanks.
Christine Martin — Kirkbymoorside, United Kingdom — 19 Sep 2006 at 20:39:50
Hello - your books are fab. I am in year 9 now, and my Mum has bought me tons of your books, they're a great help. I'd just like to say thanks for being great.
Pam — Wolverhampton, United Kingdom — 19 Sep 2006 at 18:59:21

Judi Jones — BEDFORD, United Kingdom — 19 Sep 2006 at 11:54:31
When are you publishing the Edexcel 360 Science Workbooks? Other publishers already have theirs available.
Amin — Paris, France — 19 Sep 2006 at 11:44:08
Wow, I absolutely love your books, the wee pictures are beyond belief. I actually read through Macbeth before we had to do it in class. You should tell New Zealand to get your Science and Maths books because we're still stuck in the dark ages when it comes to those subjects.

Have just ordered a 3rd set of books from you. Very impressed with the rapid delivery and 20% discount. Easy to order online and cheaper too, plus free delivery. My teenage sons and myself are all using them for KS3 and GCSE at the moment and enjoying them.
Jo Barnes — Portsmouth, United Kingdom — 16 Sep 2006 at 22:04:17
I really like your books, but I think there should be an online discount. I would like an Italian Revision Guide too. You also need to explain which exams you can use the books for, because I don't have a clue which one to buy for Double Science 2008.

I am very sad to hear that CGP no longer offer Homeschoolers a discount. This was a great help for parents that ordered in large quantities.
Sabina Hussain — BIRMINGHAM, United Kingdom — 16 Sep 2006 at 00:01:21
The KS3 Maths and Science Revision Guides are great. In our school the teaching standards are not that good, and just by reading your books I got two Level 7's for Maths and Science.
jj — london, United Kingdom — 15 Sep 2006 at 18:12:53
I think your books help a lot. I have got the P.E. one - Well Done.
chloe hill — leeds, United Kingdom — 15 Sep 2006 at 16:19:40
I would just like to congratulate you on the efficiency of your service. It makes a change to have the price of shipping included in the price of the books, and to have them arrive the next day was a nice surprise. Thank you.

I have just taken my GCSEs and found the books really funny and helpful. I am now trying to request a free catalogue, but cannot see any links on your website to one. Please help, thanks.
Stevie Berks, 16 — Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom — 14 Sep 2006 at 21:34:20
I see you have French and German books, which have been very useful for me. Is it possible to add Spanish and Latin to your language collection.
Delvin — London, United Kingdom — 14 Sep 2006 at 14:50:40
Unfortunately, I do Sociology at school, which is really very boring. You guys seem to make Maths, Science and Humanities alright, so please do the same for GCSE Sociology. By the way - you lot are great.

Brilliant website and books. I've used them since I was at school and now as a teacher. Please could you do a guide for the AQA short stories in English Literature.
Gillian — Stockport, United Kingdom — 13 Sep 2006 at 14:23:05
Your books are wonderful. My daughter got an A* for everything except the subject where she did not use your book (Eng Lit). I think that maybe because it is not available. Please remedy this asap as my younger daughter is now in year 11!
Please could we have AS and A2 Spanish now, as well
Amanda Robinson — Harrogate, United Kingdom — 13 Sep 2006 at 10:36:46
I am a British mum living in Denmark where I am doing my best to teach my kids English. We think your books are entertaining, educational and utterly great. I've just ordered 5 more.
Cath Mersh — Soeften, Denmark — 13 Sep 2006 at 09:00:17
Wonderful CGP, please produce Latin and Classical Greek books. I'm trying to teach myself at home and I've always found your books wonderful for home-learning - especially with Mathematics, I didn't need a "proper" textbook, just your guide!
Corrine West — Swindon, United Kingdom — 12 Sep 2006 at 22:37:39
THANK YOU ! Your books helped me pass all of my 10 1/2 GCSE's. I go to a lousy school that really doesnt care if you fail or pass, but my mum bought me your books, and it really made me understand all of the subjects properly. I enjoyed studying for the first time in my life. Without you I wouldn't be going to college. Thank you from the bottom of my heart x.

I love these books, they are helpful and have very funny jokes - great for Revision and Practice, and with excellent delivery too.
Tiger — Devizes, United Kingdom — 12 Sep 2006 at 12:21:44
Why can I only add one item at a time to the cart? This is highly fustrating as I probably would have ordered more if I didn't have to keep returning to the page.
Ms M Hoskins — Ickleford, United Kingdom — 11 Sep 2006 at 21:28:48
I think this is a really good website, but the problem is there are no helpful pointers e.g. Answering questions, Questions to help you learn things or an Information page with a voice speaking for people to learn from.
Sarah — Romford, Iraq — 11 Sep 2006 at 11:43:42
This is a good website, but I could not find the games, so it was not so much fun! cheers.

Please make Science books at A-level for people who study with the WJEC Exam Board.
Geraint — Merthyr Tydfil, United Kingdom — 09 Sep 2006 at 15:55:10
Regarding my place of order just now, I note that you have not specified how long does it take for the books to be posted to my delivery address. In addition, I notice that the cost for "Post and Packing" for my online order is the same amount as the total cost of books ordered. I find it very expensive indeed. As these books are not available in Hong Kong I am resigned to purchase in such way.
Lai-ho Chui — , Hong Kong — 09 Sep 2006 at 15:18:17
Thank you for the great Revision Books CGP! Thanks to you I got a Level 8 and two Level 7's in my SATs. I will definitely be using your books to study for my GCSE courses in the next two years! Oh, and the site is great, keep it up.
Beth — Blackburn, United Kingdom — 09 Sep 2006 at 09:32:59
I came across your KS4 PSHE and Citizenship books and liked the easy to read format, which young people will love. Do you have any plans to extend this series to Key Stage 3?
catherine Alder — Enfield, United Kingdom — 09 Sep 2006 at 09:26:00
I love your books but am disappointed that you don't make more of them. Please will you do some new ones like GCSE Sociology. Me and all of my friends can't seem to find a good one for Sociology anywhere that even comes near to reaching your standards. Keep up the good work!
Rafia Jahan Ahmed — Manchester, United Kingdom — 08 Sep 2006 at 17:22:00
Thanks for helping me, I used your books a lot for Science and achieved a Level 7. For Maths I got a really high Level 7 - 4 marks away from a Level 8. I didn't use the English book too much and I achieved a high Level 6! Thankyou. I'm so happy with my marks. It just goes to show hard work does pay off!
Zora — , United Kingdom — 08 Sep 2006 at 16:46:58
The layout of the check card payment is confusing as the word says month and the box nearest to it is the year. This is to do with the spacing on the page. It is an excellent series of books and a good service but, in my opinion, this final page for payment needs to be set out slightly differently.
Spacing is also a problem in some of the earlier books. To make them full and 'exciting' they were packed with information but this was confusing for adults and children and young people said it was too much to learn. I agree that the eye travels over the page in many directions when we are scanning and reading pictures but white space is good too, together with big enough print for all - not to suggest that they 'can't read it' but to give the maximum clarity and chance of success for those who struggle with the basic skills.
Thank you for the books though - a help for many.
Pat Storey — Folkestone, United Kingdom — 08 Sep 2006 at 12:32:01
I really like your products and use them often as a teaching resource. I hope you can devise some coursebooks soon for those of us teaching adults for National Tests in Adult Numeracy & Literacy qualifications, as GCSE don't quite convert. These are the main target qualifications for learndirect e-learning. Also, the site is excellent and very comprehensive, but I wish it didn't jump back to the top of the page every time I order a product.
Jerry Woolner — Grimsby, United Kingdom — 07 Sep 2006 at 18:09:19
If only other ordering sites were as straight forward as yours. I used the internet ordering for the first time today and its brilliant.

I notice the answers are not included at the back of the workbook. These WERE included in the previous versions of the workbooks.
This is very important for non-specialist teachers. Could the answers be included in a special Teacher's booklet?

The books you do are great. Please give us more at A level. I study History and Physics which are not covered. I know the History syllabus is very broad, but you should really make an effort to bring one or two out.
