These books are great for SATS but for GCSE they are not helping me. All my work is set from our exam board and when it comes to our end of unit tests none of the stuff in your books help me. Can you do a book for each subject in each of the exam boards. PLEASE.
[ANSWER: Wow, that would be quite a big list of books! We do produce syllabus-specific books for some subjects, but not all of them. Which unit tests are you talking about in particular? Regards, Guestbook Editor]

You need to bring out a civillisation book. I need all the help I can get! The subject is really boring.

Your books are amazing, they really helped me with my SATs last year. I got two 7's and a 6! I especially liked the pic of the funny sheep in the science book. I'm actaully looking forward to my GCSE's...not. The books aren't that good - after all they're only revision books!
Rachael Burgoyne — Sheffield rocks!, United Kingdom — 29 Oct 2006 at 19:11:04
I really like these books.
I have Module 1 Exams in November and have found them very useful.
All I need now are the Practice Papers.

I really loved the easy to use website, and the books really helped me. but I wish you did a food and nutrition for GCSE. x

Good books but when are the practice papers for the new science courses released, because I have an exam on the 22nd November.
[ANSWER: I can confirm that we are producing Practice Papers for the new Core Science. These should be available from January 2007. Guestbook Editor]

The best revision, study guides and workbooks available. They make it far easier to understand, a big help for parents!

It would be very helpful if there was a gcse revision guide in Latin and Italian. These would sell well as not many book companies sell these.

I'm doing modules at school and I need AQA late modules book for module 23. Please help me find it.
[ANSWER: AQA Module 23 is one of the Physics modules that you only need if you're doing the full GCSE Physics (as opposed to Double Science). This module is covered, along with the other extension material for GCSE Physics, Chemistry and Biology, in our "GCSE Separate Sciences Additional Material" Revision Guide, STR41. This is priced at £4.50. Hope this helps! Guestbook Editor.]

My year 6 class love it and so do the staff. So much so that one of them has 'borrowed' my books!

Great books. Lay out the information in a way that is easy to understand but does not lack depth. Just revising with the GCSE science revision guide got me a double A*

I love your books. I revised all year and although i got chicken pox during my exams, my business studies score was amongst the top 5 in the country. I owe it all to you.
One improvement I would suggest would be to change the site layout. Perhaps make it simpler and more professional.

AS level AQA MATHS books helped me a lot but CGP does not provide A2 level Maths and Mechanics nor AS Statistics. I think they should launch them to help A2 students.
ABZ — Birmingham, United Kingdom — 21 Oct 2006 at 15:07:23
The books are great! They're easy to read, funny and are stuffed with tons of information that I did actually need to know in the exam! Not like other revision guides, which seem to only teach pointless information, that never comes up. Thanks very much CGP. Website could do with a bit of work though...

We used your GCSE French revision last year- and my daughter managed a C foundation level in year 9---- I'm now getting more guides - need to push up those grades for the 10 year old ready for his SATS. Excellent books, easy for the kids to follow and for us adults that need a reminder to offer the help!

Scott Butler — Cheshire, United Kingdom — 18 Oct 2006 at 21:20:40
Hi! I have been using your CGP books since Year 6 so now that I am in Sixth Form I was wondering if you had any multi-buy offers as a lot of other revision book companies do, although I would much prefer to revise from your books. Your books are great by the way!
Nicole — Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom — 18 Oct 2006 at 12:37:29
I am disgusted at how these books are aimed at the younger generation. I would like to see more books written for the older and the wiser of us. These books can be written about such subjects as "How to eat mushy foods for the aged", etc. Thank you

I've got the Core 1 and Core 2 guides for Edexcel Maths and was just wondering if CGP had books that covered the material in Core 3 and Core 4. Also, is there anything for A-level Statistics?
fi — , Australia — 15 Oct 2006 at 10:17:55
Hello CGP. I love everything about you, your books, your website, your funny pictures! But one thing I don't like is that you don't do a GCSE Syllabus Specific Drama book to help us with our coursework (or portfolios). One more thing, how do I get my hands on your free catalogues so I can have a closer look at your products. All help would be much appreciated. Thank you very much guys, you rock!
[ANSWER: Sorry, no plans for GCSE Drama books as yet! But give us a call on 0800 1712 712 and we'll happily send you a free catalogue. Guestbook Editor]

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring out a GCSE sociology book for AQA. I am so stuck and only your help would get me that much needed pass. Every other book either doesn't make sense, doesn't fit into the syllabus or doesn't make me laugh! By the way, you lot are great and will always rely on you to help me ace these exams with nothing less than a B Grade. Thanks!

EMERGENCY! I just came to this country in the summer, but I have to face the GCSE exams next summer, and I really don't have time to go through the whole of the GCSE topics again. Can anyone tell me - is it really enough to only use the CGP GCSE AQA Modular Science Final Exam Revision Guide to get a good grade on GCSE Double Award Science Test ? Because I've noticed that it's really missed lots of modules in that book. Please help!!
For AQA, as well as the Final Exam Revision Guide, you'll also need the Early Modules book — because there is some material that's tested in both the Module Tests and the Final Exam. This material is clearly highlighted in the Early Modules book. Hope this helps — give us a call if you're still stuck!

The CGP revision guides are great and they have really helped me with my GCSE exams and I passed 10 GCSEs. However I have got to my A levels and I can't find any CGP books in the subjects I'm taking. I think there should be CGP books for Leisure Studies, Law, Politics and Travel and Tourism.

As a mature student doing Science Access course and have found this book to be a great help. It explains everything clearly and points out the important information needed for exams. I enjoy the humour throughout the book which makes it interesting. I will surely be buying more books as the price is good and I can hand them down to friends' children.
gweneth olive — london, United Kingdom — 08 Oct 2006 at 03:31:56
Your books are great for revision. It's true they contain no answers, but these are revision guides, not the year's worth of lectures inside 1 book. Although you can get an A in A/S chemistry with this book :) How about making a Human Biology A/S A2 guide for OCR? That'd be very useful as its a relatively new course and its much different from traditional Biology.

I love your books - they make me feel happy in the morning. They are the only thing that makes me want to come to school. There is one issue though. Your books stink (as in the actual smell!). As an asthma sufferer, I recommend that these books become less smelly and more aromatic. My science teacher even agrees that these books do need a nicer stench to make his science lessons feel nice and refreshing. Thank you for listening to my concern. I hope you will reply and take action about it.
