Hey, I love your books, and in the back of the GCSE Child Development Study Book it said I could come on here to get a free catalogue, but I can't find a link anywhere?!
Daisy Moore — Crawley, United Kingdom — 30 May 2008 at 11:43:37
Guestbook Editor: We're working on a quick and easy link for this — in the meantime, just let us know your full address details and we'll pop one in the post for you straight away.
Hi, I have loads of CGP books and they have helped me a lot. Every time I have a test, the only thing I use is CGP so I can revise. These books are GREAT.
Shathusi — Hayes, United Kingdom — 30 May 2008 at 11:03:51
Good books, shame they are only in Science, English and Maths.
N — , United Kingdom — 29 May 2008 at 23:33:54
Guestbook Editor: We cover lots more subjects than just Science, English and Maths. If you'd like a copy of our catalogue, just let us know your full address deatils and we'll pop one straight in the post.
Hi, I am a British teacher who is currently working in Saudi Arabia. I have no access to CGP books here in Saudi Arabia. I wish you could produce all your revision books in PDF format so customers can buy them via the Internet and download them. Thank you.
Dr Ali Mostafa — Jeddah, United Kingdom — 29 May 2008 at 18:20:28
Guestbook Editor: We've no plans to do this just yet, but you can order them directly from us and we'll happily deliver them to you in Saudi Arabia. Just let us know if you'd like some more info!
The bunch of KS3 books my mum bought me have already helped me with homework and I have only had them a day!

Hi CGP. I am considering buying the "Head Start" Science range and I was just wondering whether these books cover the new 2008 Edexcel AS syllabus? Looking foward to hearing from you! Thank you.
Emily — Hythe, United Kingdom — 29 May 2008 at 10:12:59
Guestbook Editor: Sounds like a good plan to us — the Head Start to AS Science books cover all the new AS courses for 2008.
I love your books, they're really helpful. I would love to see you produce a Politics Revision Guide, as I am unable to find any useful ones out there. Thank you.
Jenny — , United Kingdom — 28 May 2008 at 23:30:41
Thank you! Amazing service. From the phone call I made to you yesterday, to the books arriving today. Free delivery and discount on my order too. ( 7 books in total ) My son immediately picked up the KS3 ICT and, within five minutes, tried something he had just learnt from the book! He hasn't yet looked at the others, but I am confident he will get as much from the KS3 range as he did from the KS2 books. I have read many of the guestbook comments and would like to add that I feel your prices are very reasonable, the quality of the books is very high, your website was easy to follow and I am surprised there are complaints about the interactive element as, after all, it is a bonus feature. Once again, thank you.

(Commenting on book MXHR41, GCSE Maths Edexcel Linear Revision Guide - Higher
This is a very useful book because it summarises each section, however it could be more detailed to help students who are taking Higher Level GCSE Maths. It has some very useful tips which helped me to remember how to answer the questions.
Laura — Sale, United Kingdom — 28 May 2008 at 17:39:30
The books are educational and easy to use at home.

Is this book specifically for Christianity? Also, I am studying Luke's Gospel - is that included?
Laeriise — Jhugltyn, Sweden — 28 May 2008 at 13:42:18
Guestbook Editor: Our GCSE Religious Studies Revision Guide covers Christianity, Islam, Judaism and Mark's Gospel. Hope that helps!
I've got an exam next week and I need to do last minute revision. So I picked up CGP revision and I've done a week of revising and did ACE in the exam!
Shahida — East Ham, United Kingdom — 28 May 2008 at 10:42:41
Are you thinking about doing an Economics revision book? Business Studies does not cover the same things and we really need one!!
Fiona Oliver — , United Kingdom — 28 May 2008 at 10:21:48
Guestbook Editor: This isn't on our list of books to publish in the immediate future — sorry! We'll add it to our list of suggestions though. Thanks for letting us know.

I think this is really great because I only had one to revise from and I still got from 4a to 6b!
Jasmine — Southall, United Kingdom — 27 May 2008 at 19:56:38
I just want to ask - are you gonna make a Business Studies GCSE book? I think we need one :] Thanks a lot for ya books ;] They HELPED. Laters.
Iis Ddah Chikk — , United Kingdom — 27 May 2008 at 15:19:02
Guestbook Editor: You're in luck — we already have a range of books for GCSE Business Studies. You can have a look at them on the website by going to the product pages and searching under GCSE - Other - Business Studies. Hope you find what you need!
Thank you CGP. I am studying GCSE at the moment and these books have been so helpful.
DD — , United Kingdom — 27 May 2008 at 10:47:54
Hello. Your books have been amazing and a great help throughout my GCSE years... Could you please publish an AQA Chemistry AS-Level book. If that would be possible I would be greatly obliged. I know I may not have enough influence but it really has helped not only me but thousands of other students using the CGP books.
Yasir Osman — Oxford, United Kingdom — 26 May 2008 at 23:52:29
Guestbook Editor: We're just in the process of making a fab new range of books for the new AS courses starting in September... and you'll be pleased to hear that there will be one specifically for AQA Chemistry! Aren't we good to you?!
I find the CGP Maths book very useful. It has boosted my confidence and I'm doing very well in Maths. Thank you so much.
Winifred — Mitcham, United Kingdom — 26 May 2008 at 20:43:13
Your books are great. I have taken my KS2 English SATS and I am predicted a Level 5. Before I wasn't too great with Maths, but now I am in the top set and predicted a Level 5 and I am predicted a 5 for Science thanks to your fantastic books!
Hana — Southall, United Kingdom — 26 May 2008 at 17:58:27
Hi, I really like your books. They give me most of the information I need and are pretty funny too. But I think your indexes could be a bit more detailed. Sometimes I go to look for something in the index and I can't find it, even though I know I have read it earlier somewhere in the book. But other than that, thanks for making GCSEs almost bearable.

Please would you produce a KS3 Spanish Book?
Andrea — Pendleton , United Kingdom — 25 May 2008 at 14:18:50

(Commenting on book MHR51, AS-Level Maths Revision Guide
CGP books have helped me a lot in the past few years and I have recently purchased this. No doubt I am content, but I was just wondering if you will be releasing an A2 book for Maths as well?
Paul Wright — Rinteln, Germany — 25 May 2008 at 00:54:07
Guestbook Editor: A2 Maths has always been a bit complicated for us because there are so many different options and modules to cover. We don't feel we could cover everything that students would need well enough in one book at the moment. We know there will be some changes to the A-Level Maths courses in a few years time and we're hoping to review our range again then. We're guessing this might be a little late for you — so we're very sorry!
Hey, I use all your branded books for all my GCSE subjects. They're so good and easy to understand :D ! I was wondering if you will ever bring out... AS & A2 Economics / AS & A2 Accounting / A2 Mathematics.
Amit Patel — A-U-L, United Kingdom — 24 May 2008 at 20:51:37
Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry, but we haven't any plans to make any of this books just yet. One day we'd like to have a book for every subject and every course... but it might take us a while to get there!

You really need to update the AS Level Maths section... it is now C1, C2 C3 etc... not P1.
— , United Kingdom — 24 May 2008 at 17:38:21
Guestbook Editor: We think you mean our Interactive section on AS Maths — you're quite right and we're looking into it right now to get it bang up-to-date!
I think you should have the answers for CGP books if you lose the answers.
Hodo Hassan — Southall, United Kingdom — 24 May 2008 at 16:18:49
Hey I love your books! They are soo cool! Are you guys planning to make an A2-Level Maths book and A-Level Economics book?
Rose — London, United Kingdom — 24 May 2008 at 14:58:09
Will there be any Key Stage 3 Chemistry, Biology and Physics books. I would love to know.
Gabby Stanley — Leeds, United Kingdom — 24 May 2008 at 07:29:50
Guestbook Editor: For KS3, we cover all 3 subjects in one Revision Guide and then have separate Workbooks and Topic-based SATS Practice books. You can have a look at them on the website by going to the product page and searching under Key Stage Three and Science. Hope you find what you're looking for!
I thought this was a really good help to me thank you

Rachel — , United Kingdom — 23 May 2008 at 09:37:25
The CGP books have really boosted my confidence in SATs. When we were doing the SATs paper I remembered everything I could from the GCP book it really helped me. If we hadn't had the book then I definitely would not have known all the questions. So thank you who decided to make the book it's helped so much (although I've alredy said that) so thanks and bye!

Hiya! It's Mollie from the 3rd of May! I'd just like to say that you are great for getting a Child Development book! I also think that the Spanish revision and practice is a little bit overpriced for what it is. If you think about reducing the price (considering that the revision one is £4.50 and the other one is £13.99), then I would deffo buy it! I look forward to buying the books to help me for the next 2 years! Thanks again!! Mollie
=] — Kerry, Newtown, United Kingdom — 20 May 2008 at 20:17:09
Guestbook Editor: We're really glad you're enjoying using our books so much. Our Complete Revision & Practice books are moreexpensive because they're basically 4 things in one: a Revision Guide, Workbook, Listening CD and Practice Papers. We hope that explains the price a bit!
I think that CGP books are very good and some of the best, but it would be good if they could make a free online study resource for one month per year or something like that.
Ahmed — Khartoum, Sudan — 20 May 2008 at 19:34:16
These books are a great study aid - even my mum uses the GCSE Spanish one for her evening classes!
Tim — Ashford, United Kingdom — 20 May 2008 at 18:24:32
The CGP revision books are the only revision books out there that don't bore me and make me actually want to read on because they make the subject you're teaching so interesting!

J'adore les CGP livres parce que c'est fantastique. Merci mes amis!
Manu — Paris, France — 20 May 2008 at 16:21:02
I think that CGP books are better than any other revision books, because they are not like any other boring old revision guide. I already have several for KS3 and GCSE but I'm planning on getting a load more of them!
Hayden Bell — Darlington, United Kingdom — 20 May 2008 at 16:13:52
I'm pretty sure that in your GCSE AQA Additional Science Revision Guide, the diagrams about crazy hamsters on p34 are wrong, because the normal and boring gene (B) is dominant so Bb should be normal and boring - not wild and scratty as it states. This got me quite confused, so I just wanted to let you know so other people don't get confused in future years! I do love your books though, so thank you :)
Kat — Kent, United Kingdom — 20 May 2008 at 15:18:24
Guestbook Editor: Super-Kat to the rescue! Thanks for pointing this out — you're absolutely right. We'll make sure it gets corrected when we reprint the book... we can't be having confusing hamsters now can we?!?!?
I think that CGP revision books are a real good help to education.

I have spent years trying to get my lazy little boy to get off the Play Station and do some revision. First for his 11+ and Key Stage 2 exams and now for Key Stage 3 (particularly Science). We have bought your CGP Complete Revision & Practice Science Book and he is a transformed child — HALLELUJA! Thank you CGP!

Do you have a Revision Guide for GCSE Catering? If not, do you have plans to publish one? Thanks.
A Watt — Llandrindod Wells, United Kingdom — 18 May 2008 at 18:24:13
Guestbook Editor: We're afraid we don't have a Revision Guide for GCSE Catering at the moment, (only for GCSE Food Technology) and it's not something we have plans to make just yet. Sorry! We'll pop it on our list of ideas for the future though — thanks for the suggestion.
Hi. I'm wondering - if I got a Level 4 in my Practice Papers, what would I get in the real SATS?
Jaymie — Lagos, Nigeria — 18 May 2008 at 16:54:11
Guestbook Editor: Our Practice Papers are just like the real SATS, so the level you get on them should give you a good idea of what you could achieve in the real tests. Having said that, it really depends on which questions you get asked on the day (etc...etc...), so there's no guarantee that you'll get exactly the same mark. Hope that helps!
Wow, I love these books. GCSE revision is so boring without them!!! And thank you so much CGP. I got As in all my exams!!! LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
Saffy — Milton Keynes, United Kingdom — 18 May 2008 at 15:53:53
Your books are great. My sister had her KS2 SATS last week and she was studying from your books. I went to every single bookstore in my city to look for a Science revision Level 5-7 for KS3, but I couldn't find it. I ordered the book 2 days ago. How long will it take to reach me?
Hi Tracey, Please can this one have a response re: how long to post things Dubai. Thanks Kate
Can we do a response for this one, re: order and delivery times to Dubai? Thanks - Kristel

In the Maths Practice Papers for GCSE Edexcel (Higher), I have seen a problem with the third non-calculator paper answers. For question 10b, it says you can use the quadratic formula. This is obviously not right as this is non-calculator and it involves irrational numbers. Nobody is capable of working that sort of thing out without some sort of calculator. Can you please tell me whether I am being daft or this is an actual mistake?
Mr Ventingspleen — Devizes, United Kingdom — 18 May 2008 at 15:36:03
Guestbook Editor: You're quite right, the answer book does say that you could use the quadratic formula... but we're not suggesting this is the only way. The short answer is that it's definitely possible to do this question without a calculator, but if you'd like us to give you the full explanation — just let us know your email address and we'll happily send this on to you. We hope that helps!
— Wembly, United Kingdom — 18 May 2008 at 14:24:06
The books are FANTASTIC!!! But this website is not very good to revise thoroughly from. I don't understand why you don't make your website as good as your books. Please reply telling me why.
Chloe — London, United Kingdom — 18 May 2008 at 12:51:20
Guestbook Editor: Well... our website was set up to allow people to order our books online really. Then we've expanded from there to include games, tests, a guestbook etc. We'd like to make it even bigger and better in the future too, so if you've got some ideas... let us know!
Your books are great. They helped me a lot in SATS this week. I am still not stopping reading your CGP books even though SATS have finished. I don't usually revise after tests, but they are too good to stop reading! But one final comment, the books are great, but the website is rubbish. So could you please make it more exciting, by making it exciting?

— , United Kingdom — 17 May 2008 at 16:11:37
Guestbook Editor: We're well and truly flummoxed! We've had a good look through our Citizenship Study Guide and we can't find the comment anywhere. The only thing we can think is that you might be looking at an older version of the book. Can you let us know eactly where the comment is so that we can have a closer look? Thanks!
Question out of curiosity. I live in Oman and I would like to purchase a couple of your books. Are the CPG books available at Borders?
Lee-anne Gagne — Muscat, Oman — 17 May 2008 at 13:50:30
Guestbook Editor: We'll supply our books to any bookshop that wants them! So if your local store hasn't got them in stock, we can deliver whatever you need to them really quickly. Alternatively, you can always buy them directly from us online and we'll deliver them straight to your home address.
Is there a Higher Level GCSE French Revision Guide?
Jacki — Manchester, United Kingdom — 17 May 2008 at 09:14:10

Do you have the GCSE Applied Science Double Award OCR Study Guide at a Higher level? It would be really useful for my GCSEs next year.
Sally — London, United Kingdom — 17 May 2008 at 09:08:12
Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry, but all our Double Award Applied Science books are only available at Foundation level. (This is because the majority of students take the Foundation tier in these exams.)
I am wondering if you have any of these books: revision for Geography / revision for Religious Education.

Shaniyah — , United Kingdom — 16 May 2008 at 11:23:48
Guestbook Editor: Sorry! There are loads of books we'd love to make, but our busy little editors can only do so much at once! Maybe one day we'll get round to making books for every subject and every level — we certainly hope so!
I think that this website is good.
Emoly — , United Kingdom — 16 May 2008 at 09:38:58
Umm...hi! You know your Maths books - they are a bit confusing. I was just wondering if KS2 Maths The Study Book is the best or The Important Bits for SATS?
Rania — London, United Kingdom — 15 May 2008 at 21:57:51
Guestbook Editor: We wouldn't want to confuse you! The Study Book covers everything you need for the SATS and would be best to use over a longer period of study and revision. The Important Bits just contains all the most important bits (does what it says on the tin!) — so it's ideal to use for a shorter period of revision for the SATS. Hope that helps!
Well, I think your books are good, but there is one request. There are hardly any games for KS2 and it's such a shame if you have good books but a bad website isn't it? Oh and I also like your jokes in the books! They are totally cool and funny!

Hi, I was just wondering if there is a Higher level for the Additional Applied Science Study Guide? Thanks.
Kirsty — Leicester, United Kingdom — 15 May 2008 at 19:29:49
Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry, but all our Additional Applied Science products are aimed at Foundation level. This is because the majority of people who take this option take the Foundation tier paper. Sorry and good luck with your exams!
Why does it say that there is something about Citizenship on the website and then there isn't anything to revise from?
— , United Kingdom — 15 May 2008 at 18:14:50

Your books are brilliant! They have helped me so much, especially with Science :) One thing that would be good though, is if the answers to the questions were in the back of the book. Hey! My SATS are tomorrow. Help! I want to know if there's any other ways to help me remember all the things in Maths, English and Science (mainly Maths). Please help me solve this confusion! Also, I wish ur books and website had a bit for when you need to prepare for High School, because the games are really easy, especially the Literacy ones. Hopefully, you will add more info on the primary subjects (where it gets nearer to Key Stage 3). Anyway, please lend me some clues!
Jessica — Manchester, United Kingdom — 11 May 2008 at 21:56:11
Guestbook Editor: Sorry we didn't get back to you in time for your SATS today — they're pretty good to us here... we get weekends off! We hope you did really well and remembered everything you needed. And thanks for the idea about preparation for KS3, we'll definitely bear that in mind.
This is a very good website which helps children prepare for their SATS but it also gives teachers good ideas for lessons!
Jenna — Bournemouth, United Kingdom — 11 May 2008 at 19:58:41

CGP books are so helpful for my SATS.
Stephen u — London, United Kingdom — 11 May 2008 at 15:17:43
I had to learn S1 on my own, as my school said it couldn't fit it into my time-table for Further Maths... I had done no practice at all over the year and I was panicking. My friend suggested a CGP guide! It took me 4 hrs of reading through ur book, doing some of the questions and 2 past papers. And I got an A with 88% in the module!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! ps: I wish you would do the other Further Maths modules too :(
Archie — Derby, United Kingdom — 11 May 2008 at 15:16:08
CGP books have really helped me during practice SATS and I am revising for my real SATS this week. Which will help me get a good grade for Conyers.

Zubayr Ahmed — Halixaf, United Kingdom — 11 May 2008 at 09:15:48
I think CGP is not all that good. It can be improved. I have my SATS on Monday, I'm very nervous, but CGP has helped a little bit.
Javi — , United Kingdom — 11 May 2008 at 09:08:00
Hi, I love the CGP books in my practice SATS test I was reading the CGP books before the practice day and do u know what... I got a better level then I expected. Lol.
— , United Kingdom — 11 May 2008 at 09:02:59
I do enjoy reading your CGP books (they provide reading in a fun way, making me eager to read more). But I don't see the point in having this site. There are no activities (that I can find). It seems to want to persuade people to buy CGP books, rather than to give aid in SATS or to give lesuire!! May I point out that some of the facts in your books (Science) differ from other books - which confused me!!
Hannah — Stafford, United Kingdom — 11 May 2008 at 08:54:39
Guestbook Editor: We're sorry if any of our books confused you — if there's something specific you don't think's right, please tell us so we can check it. Regarding your comments about the website — the main purpose of the site is to allow people to buy our books online. But... we want it to be much more than that! We have some games and tests in the 'Interactive' section at the moment and we're working on some more stuff as we speak.
Hello! I am 9 years old and I have found your books really helpful! Thank you very much, they got me into Oxford High School! I hope there are more on the way. Could you please email me a link showing the books each time! Thanks again.
Bella — Oxford, United Kingdom — 10 May 2008 at 22:40:39
Guestbook Editor: We would love to be able to do that, but our system doesn't allow us to at the moment. Hopefully one day!
Your books are truly amazing and have helped me so much, like no other revision books before. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Alm — Hartlepool, United Kingdom — 10 May 2008 at 22:27:00
The books are fab! I like the books. I like the Maths books. I like the website it's fab!
Zubayr Ahmed — Halifax, United Kingdom — 10 May 2008 at 22:14:19
This is a serious comment: To improve your product range CGP, you definitely need to release a Revision Guide for GCSE ECONOMICS that includes economic theory and essay plans to essay questions in the fun CGP way.
Mustafa Hamid — Barnet, United Kingdom — 10 May 2008 at 20:57:54

You are great, you guys. I haven't done my SATS yet, but I know that I'll do well because my teachers have told me so. By the way, I have spotted some spelling mistakes and gramatical errors. Tut tut to all you lot!!
Bella the Perfect — Oxford, United Kingdom — 09 May 2008 at 20:18:30
Guestbook Editor: Oh no — let us know where they are. Those pesky mistakes. We try our very best to get rid of them all before the books are published, but sometimes the odd one can slip through the net!
I have done my SATS and, no thanks to you, I got a Level two and a half! I am disappointed in you. My family are planing to sue you!

Ramkali — Birmingham, United Kingdom — 09 May 2008 at 14:18:18
There should be more interactive games, as the other "games" for children are not as much fun and children do not like them as much. Best regards, Laurel.

Hello ur books are cool thnx 4 them.
Georgia — Sedgley, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 22:09:12
These books are really good and helpful.
Elif — Harpenden, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 22:04:07
I would just like to say what a great help these books are! I've used your books since I was 7 and I am 15 now! I would never have got the grades I'm getting for GCSEs without them - A*s so far on all my English coursework and an A in my first module for Maths! My only request is for an Italian GCSE guide to be produced and maybe an Art one; because I know that they would probably help me in those subjects too. I'm sure I will be using your books for A-level too!
Miranda — , United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 21:36:31
I am in Year 6 and I am having my SATS on the 12th May. At the moment we are doing practice tests. In Maths we do a mental test, test A and test B. I used to get 9/20 for the mental one, but now my mum bought me your books and this time I got 16/20!! So I really thank you for your books. Do you know any tips for SATS? If so please reply!
Rania — London, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 21:20:24
Hi your books really do work thanks xx
Alex — E.port, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 21:09:29
Can't you have sites for children to play on if their school doesn't have any certain CGP books left? For instance, I am a child with no English book - can't I go on a site that helps me with my English on here please?
Brogan — Birmingham, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 20:08:16
Guestbook Editor: Oh no — we're really sorry that your school hasn't got any books left for you. We do have some games and interactive stuff on our site for students just like you, but we'd love to have more and it's something we're working on... but it's not all ready just yet.
This website is good, but more Key Stage 2 Maths games should be added and Science and Literacy. I hope you agree!
Ana — Ilford, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 19:30:41
Your books are barking mad!!! But they teach me a lot.
Are you mad, why should I say — , United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 19:28:14
I like the messsages on the back of the books. Very funny!
Kosi Carter — , United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 18:57:48
I''m interested in buying one of your GCSE Maths books for my upcoming exams, but how long would it take to deliver? Thanks in advance.
— , United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 18:53:39
Guestbook Editor: We like it when people ask us this — 'cause if you order before 5pm, we'll despatch your books the very same day, so you should get brilliant next day delivery!
Hey! CGP has really helped with my SATS I've only got Science left 2 do 2morrow. Hope I do well. Wish me luck. x

Philippa — Becki, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 16:51:30
Hey it's Ben again and I just want to say that I have taken all my English SATS and your English books are so clear and helpful - they probably got me a Level 7 and I'm predicted to get a Level 5! Thanks a lot. It's Science tomorrow, so I'm doing your Practice Paper 3A as revision. I got Level 7 on Paper 2 and one mark from Level 7 on Paper 1!
Ben — Manchester, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 16:14:54

Not Saying — Still Not saying, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 15:48:57
Guestbook Editor: Well, if you're not saying... we're not saying! Just kidding. You might find our exam tips handy — just go to the product page and type XRR41 into the search box, then click on the link to the revision advice. Hope it helps - good luck!
Hi - it's Amy again from the 1st May. I have done my SAT and I think I have done really well. CGP helped me a lot. Thanks, I think you should do a Spanish one or a French one. Thanks again, Amy x
Amy — Cambridge, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 13:50:31
Guestbook Editor: We're really chuffed for you! If you're looking for French and Spanish books, we do have some but they're for KS3 and GCSE. Why not have a look at their contents and sample pages on the website to see if they'd be helpful for you?
It is alright, but on the third Literacy game [7-11], I thought that it would give you a word and you would have to say if it could have an 'ing' on or not.
Not saying — Southsea, United Kingdom — 08 May 2008 at 11:19:48
You could do with MORE totally coooooooooool games! The queen seriously will sue ya!!! :)

I have done SATS and the practice CGP papers aren't similar.
Not saying — , United Kingdom — 07 May 2008 at 18:54:59
Guestbook Editor: We're sorry if you didn't think our Practice Papers were just like the real SATS. We work really hard on them and base them all on the real tests, so they should be the most realistic practice you can get.
Just taken English SAT and Persuasion popped up. That whole section in the English Revision Guide on it really helped!

CGP books are great and definitely help with KS3 revision, like for The Tempest for English Literature. Thanks CGP! xx
Michelle — , Spain — 07 May 2008 at 16:44:08
OK, these books are really good, but why do they have a silly little joke on every page that isn't even funny? The books would be better if they had the grade of work (A*, A, B etc.) on each page, so that you know what grade to revise from. There could be more diagrams in the books and not eveything should be listed under each subheading. I have found the books really useful other than that and I have over 7 of them! Oh one final question... what's the point in selling a Workbook with no answers in the back? You should only sell the ones with answers in!
Oliver — CGPington, United Kingdom — 07 May 2008 at 16:02:06
Guestbook Editor: Thanks for all your feedback. With regards to the Workbooks, we make some of them with seperate Answer Books so that teachers can set work without worrying that students will peek at the answers! But you can always buy them to go with the Workbooks if you like.
You should annotate the books and make them a little bit smaller. You should also put more games on the site. You still have the same ones everytime I go on it!
Simmy — Heston, United Kingdom — 07 May 2008 at 13:25:28

Nicole Gadd — Scunthorpe, United Kingdom — 06 May 2008 at 20:16:09
I personally think these books are rubbish and they do not help you one bit.
Tom — St. Helens, United Kingdom — 06 May 2008 at 17:03:39
When I read the books I read them but don't understand as things simply don't sink in. Now I have a week to go until my exams — will I be able to pass even though I have read them continuously?
Verity — :), United Kingdom — 06 May 2008 at 17:01:10
Guestbook Editor: Sounds like a case of the Revision Blues! Sometimes it can help to make notes instead of just reading — lots of people find this helps things sink in. Or you could try mind-maps, or drawings, or posters for your wall or maybe make rhymes out of things you need to remember. There's loads of different ways, you just need to find out what suits you best. Why not ask your friends too and pinch some of their ideas! Good luck!
Hey - it's Ben who wrote eariler and I just took my Maths SAT and I don't know how, but that confusion from reading your books actually helped. I think it was because it played on my mind while taking the test.....thanks!

I find that sometimes, when I try to revise, I still cannot understand the method (in the KS3 Maths). And I know I'm not the brightest button, but could you make them a bit clearer, cos it is quite hard to understand. Thanks sooo much.

I think CGP is great and my son can really interact with the books. But the one thing that annoys me a bit is the website. For a BIG company, the website isn't really great - I mean the layout.
Mark Bond — Hatfield, United Kingdom — 06 May 2008 at 07:29:25
Hello, urmm............ i really love your books. I'm using them now for my Yr 9 SATS. But can I ask a question - have you got any books on GCSE History, because I'm going to be taking it next year and it would really help me a lot. If you haven't got one can you try and make one please. I'm sure it would help a lot of other people too. Thank you.
Holly — Worksop, United Kingdom — 05 May 2008 at 20:32:15

I like the books, but the website isn't very good. You should make more fun games.

Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry, but we don't make any Practice Papers for Foundation level GCSE French. We do have some for Higher level - just pop this code (FHB41) into the search box on our Product Page if you'd like to have a look at them.
Yo, these books are confusing. They just flick from one topic to the other and my SATS are tomorow... Maths. So can something be changed for the GCSE topics, because it's too late for SATS and I might not buy these books.
Ben — Manchester, United Kingdom — 05 May 2008 at 17:13:07
Guestbook Editor: Oh no, we're really sorry if you've found our books confusing. Most people tell us they find them really clear. If there's something specific that you think we could do better, please let us know because we're always looking for ways to improve.
Hello. The CGP books are really good. I got them because we have SATS next week. They're really good, I got 3 - the Science, Maths and English. I find them really helpful and if I get a level 4a or 5 it'll all be down to you. Thanks. But the problem is, I need more of them and we can't really afford it. They're too expensive, all I ask is that you change the cost and make it not so expensive.

I think the website is good but it needs better games =]
Annabel :) — Essex, United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 18:27:54
I luv the CGP revision books! They are so much better than the rest of the revision guides... but the Maths one needs to be a bit clearer.
Amy — , United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 17:12:18
I wish you could play games on this.
Lydia — Bristol, United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 16:22:46
I think this web is really good. I can understand a bit more now.
Rafeea — Blackburn, United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 15:02:54
I think this web is ok. But I think it could be better by putting some more games on.
Rafeea — Blackburn, United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 15:01:13
Hiya. Your books are great, but on Shakespeare (Key Stage 3) please make it easier to photocopy or put each page on a seperate page, so it is easier to blue-tak onto the wall to revise from.
Jade Musto — Cheltenham, United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 14:02:58
Hi your books are 100% awesome! However, I have a question - I'm having problems with my e-mail and I cannot recieve e-mail... my question is, are there any Art teaching books in your range? Thanks a bunch! Keep up the good work!
Louise Holliday — Wolverhampton, United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 13:33:06
Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry, but we don't have any books for art. Another one for us to pop on our 'Requests List'.
Hello. I would just like to say that the CGP books are only OK. I think when I compare the Revision Guide with other books, they don't have enough information in them and would like to see more interactive quizes on this site. Otherwise they are useful. Thanks.
— , United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 12:52:07
OMG I am like totaly stuck. Please can you help me? I can't do Maths:( Any cool tips?
Cerina — Boston, United States of America — 04 May 2008 at 11:57:52
Guestbook Editor: Oh dear - sounds like an emergency! Let us know which level you're studying and we'll see what amazing advice we can muster up!
The books are good and they really helped me to get a good mark :) But the website is a bit rubbish -sorry!
Jess — Hull, United Kingdom — 04 May 2008 at 11:52:33
I am looking forward to my Year 8 SATS. Can you believe it, you are so helpful and deserve all the credit you get. LOL - I recommended you. Thank you x
Bex — Sandy, United Kingdom — 03 May 2008 at 21:16:05
My daughter uses your books and finds them great. She has her Year 8 moving up SATS and has loads of your books to help. She begged me to get her some more. She has also told her friends how good you are and has recommended you and she is just hoping she passes her tests. She wants to say 'thank you' for being so helpful!
Clare — Sandy, United Kingdom — 03 May 2008 at 21:14:01
CGP books are so much more interesting than other revision books - when my mum told me to revise last week, she was shocked when I simply replied "OK". And that was thanks to CGP =] However, I agree with the person below who said that the Maths books aren't as clear as the rest of your range. Or maybe it's just because I'm bad at GCSE Maths. Anyway, thanks CGP
Melissa — London, United Kingdom — 03 May 2008 at 19:27:35
I am at juinor school and I love CGP KS2 books. I have finished the Maths, English and Science ones in 1 month and a few days. Thank you so much, I love you x
Georgia — Portsmouth, United Kingdom — 03 May 2008 at 19:24:12
The CGP books are very interesting and have really helped me to get on with revision. However, I am disappointed to find that CGP do not offer GCSE books for Latin but they do every other subject.... why is this?
Imogen — Wooburn Green, United Kingdom — 03 May 2008 at 13:29:04
Guestbook Editor: We weigh up lots of different things when we decide to make a book and one of the most important things is how popular a book would be. The other thing is whether we have time to make it alongisde other projects we're working on. Sadly, we've not been able to make a Latin book just yet... but we'll happily pop it on our list for you.
Hi! I have picked my GCSEs and am suprised to see that only two of what I have picked have books on sale. I would really like to see a Child Development book on sale as I have never learned about it before now and it would be great! Thanks for helping me revise these past few years! They have really helped me!
Mollie — Newtown, United Kingdom — 03 May 2008 at 12:56:25
Guestbook Editor: Phew! We already have a Child Development book - you can have a look at it by typing this code (CDR41) into the search box on the Product page.

Your books are so good. I hope they will help me do great on my SATS test.
Natasha — Manchester, United Kingdom — 03 May 2008 at 12:30:47
Thanks CGP. Your books have really helped me revise and practise for my exams. Just, can you add French as one of the language books? Thanks again.
Sam — Wales, United Kingdom — 02 May 2008 at 21:10:41
Guestbook Editor: Just let us know which level you're looking for and we'll get straight back to you!
I think that CGP is a great company.
— , United Kingdom — 02 May 2008 at 20:58:44
CGP is so cool. It has much more fun things than other books. This is the book of the century. If they were giving out awards for the best book company, it would be sure to be CGP... no?
Lisa — London, United Kingdom — 02 May 2008 at 20:47:36
Hi. I'd just like to say, CGP books rock! I have my exams next week starting on Wednesday and your books have helped me with revision. Thanks to whoever made them. Keep making books please!
Scubaangel2k8 — Port Talbot, Wales, United Kingdom — 02 May 2008 at 19:43:39
Easy to administer, covers all the topics taught, levels seem accurate (well they match my TA) especially like the Mental Maths tasks.

KS2 English, Years 5-6 Literacy Hour, 'The Tricky Bits' - I can't find it in WHSmith. Can you give me another shop where you can find CGP books.
Rawja — Burton, United Kingdom — 02 May 2008 at 18:50:08
Guestbook Editor: The easiest thing would probably be to get it directly from us. You can order over the internet, or by calling on 0800 1712 712, and you'll get FREE postage and packaging and if you order before 5pm you should be brilliant next day delivery!
Brilliant range of books. I am a teacher and I constantly refer to your books and encourage the pupils I teach to buy them. Also, in my role as a parent, I have bought many in the past and have ordered some today for my youngest son, now in Year 11. Lastly, as a learner (studying a language at evening class), once again I have bought your books to give me succinct notes and further practice from what I do in class. One plea, if I may, with my teacher's hat on - please will you do a pack of practice papers for Statistics. Keep up the good work!

Hi. I luv this site!
Harry — Bath, United Kingdom — 02 May 2008 at 13:23:00
I like using CGP books because they contain a lot of information in an easy to understand format. My mum likes ordering the books via the website because it is easy to use and the delivery is excellent, so I get them when I need them, even if it is at short notice.
Hayden Close — Oldham, United Kingdom — 02 May 2008 at 13:16:15

Hiya again! I bought all the books I need now for GCSEs. Except I'm now revising with my KS3 books for my SATS next week!! They're really helpful but sometimes they're quite brief and not fully explained. Like in Science, there are quite brief facts about a section when sometimes we need to know a bit more about that topic. Thanks.
Fay — London, United Kingdom — 01 May 2008 at 20:09:29
Hi, I find your books really great! I've just found out that I will be taking Spanish as one of my GCSE's next year. That's great! What's not so great is that my teacher is rubbish. ): So, please can you get cracking with your Spanish GCSE Revision Guides? (;
Clea — London, United Kingdom — 01 May 2008 at 19:59:39
Guestbook Editor: We already have one! Aren't we good? You can find it on the website by looking on the Product Range page under GCSE - Languages - Spanish. Brilliant!
I really enjoy revising now I use CGP books. Thank you to whoever made them!!!!!!!!!!!
Sandy — Wolverhampton, United Kingdom — 01 May 2008 at 19:54:31
I think that CGP are the best and coolest revision books on the market, but I would like an alternative method available for simultneous equations. I would also like to mention that you illustrators rock!!! The illustrations in CGP books are the only thing that brings a smile to my face during my revision.
Geg — England, United Kingdom — 01 May 2008 at 17:56:21
The KS3 Science Revision Guides rock! They are so useful - especially with the SATS coming up!!! Thanks CGP!
Vincent — Cambridge, United Kingdom — 01 May 2008 at 17:12:24
Hiya. I just want to say I love your books. They're really helpful, but when we were looking through them in class, we spotted some mistakes and we're afraid that if we did that in our SATS we would get it wrong. Is it true? I'm a little afraid! Thank you for your books, but I'm confused, so please answer my question please!
Antonia — London, United Kingdom — 01 May 2008 at 16:56:08
Guestbook Editor: Don't be scared.. just tell us which book and which bits you think are wrong and we'll have a good look into it so that we can put your mind at rest.
I love CGP! They are the best! They're funny, useful and full of facts! They're worth every penny! I hope they make some more, because I will surely use them!!
Antonia — London, United Kingdom — 01 May 2008 at 16:52:39
OMG this site helps me SO MUCH. I ♥ this site so much - it helps me and when I did my mock SATS I got 5c / 5c / 5b. I am in Yr 6, so in my real SATS I hope I get higher. Thank u so much.

I love my Key Stage Three CGP Revision Guide, my SATS are next week and I have Maths ones, Science ones and English ones. They have helped me so much with my SATS. Thanks.

Guestbook Editor: Oh no..... help!
The CGP book has helped everyone, well I think everyone, in our Year. It has been a real help I'm getting higher scores on my Science practice tests although we've only done 5 and in Maths and English we've done like a million tests and I really enjoy them. Thank you to whoever made the books. It's not too hard and not too easy and I don't really like Science but I enjoy doing the CGP book because not only is it good fun, but it's good learning and it has kind of got something to do with Maths (my fav subject). I'm going on and I'm not going to say any more because it will turn out to be a novel. So bye!
