I love CGP but you really need to make an A2 Maths book and get some Languages in at AS-Level with all the complicated tenses and other nonsense... because your books help so much!

Connor Gower — Deal, United Kingdom — 28 Jun 2008 at 21:58:28

Yet again fantastic service, I ordered over 300 books yesterday which have just arrived - the best delivery of any educational supplier I buy from. Thanks again! (Hugh Sexey Middle School)

Jo Dicker — Somerset, United Kingdom — 26 Jun 2008 at 09:08:48

I really liked CGP for GCSE and used it for every subject (except Edexcel History, for which there was nothing). However, there's almost nothing for A-Level and there should really be something on French and Economics and Maths for A2-Level.

KK — Neasden, United Kingdom — 25 Jun 2008 at 02:46:53

Absolutely brilliant! My son passed his GCSE Chemistry, Biology, Maths and English with Grade A in all thanks to these wonderfully funny books! We home educate and these books were better than the course books my son had because they were full of colour. Thanks, thanks keep printing those books!!

Angela — Carmarthen, United Kingdom — 25 Jun 2008 at 02:21:25

I really like CGP. They're the best revision books on earth!

Sally — London, United Kingdom — 23 Jun 2008 at 20:39:24

It was a gr8 book. Your children will enjoy it so much.

Emma — London, United Kingdom — 22 Jun 2008 at 18:46:05

I am studying for my GCSEs and decided to buy some revision guides. I chose CGP because of the easy-to-read layout and chatty style of writing. On top of that, the guides are an AMAZING help! Thanks!

Jane — Sussex, United Kingdom — 22 Jun 2008 at 17:41:39

It is standard and needs more info.

Zog Moffwik — Slough , United Kingdom — 22 Jun 2008 at 17:36:25

Why is there almost nothing for A-Level? The guides you do have are either sciencey or vocational and I used to love you so much :[

— , United Kingdom — 22 Jun 2008 at 14:42:10

Guestbook Editor: A-Level courses will be changing from September of this year, so we're publishing a brand new, expanded range of books especially for the new courses.

Where can I find answers 4 this?

— , United Kingdom — 22 Jun 2008 at 13:57:14

Guestbook Editor: Just let us know which product you're looking for the answers for and we'll hunt them down for you.

The books are good. I don't know if they've helped yet though, I've got my GCSE Science exam 2moro :O ! Anyway, thanks!

Anonymous — Chepstow, United Kingdom — 22 Jun 2008 at 13:04:50

Considering that your books are so good, I am very disappointed with your website.

Laura Stevenson — Stoke-on-Trent , United Kingdom — 21 Jun 2008 at 16:00:42

Are you ever gonna publish Economics GCSE?

John Smith — , United Kingdom — 20 Jun 2008 at 23:30:41

Guestbook Editor: In all honesty, it's not part of our current plan. But never say never — one day we'd like to have products for every subject at every level... and then we might take over the world!

What a speedy service. Order stuff one day, the stuff arrives the next day.

Ellen Fraser — Liskeard, United Kingdom — 19 Jun 2008 at 19:21:12

Teacher of Yr 3 and 4. Books are brilliant for all this age range, particularly boys. Bridges the gap into fiction for those who usually only read non-fiction.

E Jenkins — Wakefield, United Kingdom — 19 Jun 2008 at 15:23:35

I just wanted to visit this website now I've finished all my science exams (for now anyway) and say how your books really helped me through! They made me laugh out loud, and my parents are just thinking "What, how is she having fun revising?". Well, I ain't telling them my secret! Thanks so much, I really enjoyed the rubbish jokes, that are so rubbish, they are in fact funny. It was the most fun I've had without laughing to be honest. The best revision guides, I highly recommend them!

Christina Clift — Bath, United Kingdom — 17 Jun 2008 at 22:00:16

Loving the books!!! Absolutely amazing! Can you change the website though to include more online revision resources? I have my Statistics GCSE on the 18th June and came looking for some revision on the website but couldn't find any :(

Chris — Liverpool, United Kingdom — 17 Jun 2008 at 19:58:49

Would like to see GCSE Psychology as there is little out there and it is becoming a more popular subject.

Julie — Basildon, United Kingdom — 17 Jun 2008 at 13:10:53

Website easy to use and straightforward, even for IT phobics. Products excellent, will continue to use them whilst I am still teaching. Keep it up, well done.

Julie Hemmings — Basildon, United Kingdom — 17 Jun 2008 at 13:07:21

Excellent site - so easy to place orders.

Ms Yates — Shrewsbury , United Kingdom — 17 Jun 2008 at 09:42:09

The AQA Anthology revision book was gooood! So was the Edexcel Maths Modular book! It taught me things I didn't know, just days before the exam =)

Danielle. — Norwich, United Kingdom — 16 Jun 2008 at 20:05:46

I really thought that this book was helpful for the SATS. THANK YOU!!!

Junki Jeon — Worthing, United Kingdom — 16 Jun 2008 at 19:10:55

This site is pretty poor compared with the excellent quality of the books. I came here looking for help with my GCSE English revision, and found little of use! I hope improvements are imminent.

K DeBarras — Winchcombe , United Kingdom — 16 Jun 2008 at 18:41:23

I bought a KS3 English CGP Revision Guide, and it told me everything I needed to know. Thanks CGP!

Mercedes Colton — London, United Kingdom — 16 Jun 2008 at 08:38:04

I love CGP!!!!!! Brilliant quality.

Rhys — Cardiff, United Kingdom — 15 Jun 2008 at 19:58:11

This site is okay, but I wouldn't go on it again!

Miriam — Cologne, Germany — 15 Jun 2008 at 17:02:02

I recently ordered books and they really helped! Thanx x. I hope they help me get good levels!

Bushra — , United Kingdom — 15 Jun 2008 at 15:56:34

Your books are cool & help me pass my exams =)

Bob — , United Kingdom — 15 Jun 2008 at 10:40:42

I am currently in Year 10 and all this week I have exams. I have my science Physics one on Friday and have been revising non-stop using CGP books. They've really helped me and now I am feeling more confident about my exam.Thank you CGP..=D

V — North London, United Kingdom — 14 Jun 2008 at 16:15:23

Wow, what an amazing site. I will be using it in the future if my daughter has any more exams coming up! xxx

MJ — Cambs, United Kingdom — 14 Jun 2008 at 10:13:47

I'm 12 and I'm currently doing my Year 7 exams. They're not as important as GCSEs I know, but your books have helped me a lot in Science and yesterday I bought your KS3 French Study Guide, so next week maybe I'll be good at my French tests too! The best thing about these books is that they're funny and enjoyable, as well as the fact that I can use them next year because they are for Key Stage 3. Put simply, your books are brilliant!

Philip — Liverpool, United Kingdom — 13 Jun 2008 at 21:08:15

Your book is really helpful and your site is too. I think I might come on here every day.

Star — Durham, United Kingdom — 13 Jun 2008 at 13:08:54

What do you have on trigonometry for KS3?

Candi bar — Sheffield, United Kingdom — 13 Jun 2008 at 10:12:13

Guestbook Editor: Our KS3 Maths Revision Guide should help you tackle tricky trigonometry. Take a peek at the 'Product Range' page on our website and quick search for 'MHR39'. Hope this helps!

As a Mathematics Tutor, I use & recommend CGP all the time (& have given away books to students who I couldn't convince). The relaxed, uncomplicated writing style is brilliant. An A2 book would be very welcome.

Nick — Chester, United Kingdom — 12 Jun 2008 at 11:28:48

As a personal tutor in Maths and Science, I have always found your books to be of an excellent standard, but the latest versions are nothing short of superb. They are clear and motivational.
In terms of service, you cannot get better than next-day delivery - free if you buy in bulk.

Tom Whittaker — Dorridge, Solihull, United Kingdom — 12 Jun 2008 at 08:21:08

I luv this website and I always revise with CGP books for my tests. Thanks CGP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thenujah — Hayes, United Kingdom — 10 Jun 2008 at 19:31:30

why do we now have to pay p&p?!

sophis — , United Kingdom — 10 Jun 2008 at 17:07:16

Guestbook Editor: You’re quite right, we have introduced P&P charge. It's only £2.50 though, and it's completely free if you spend more than £20.

We are in a Physics lesson, studying from your Additional Science book and we think it's great and really helpful. Thank you so much. We love you! xxx

Lizz and Beth — Dartford, United Kingdom — 10 Jun 2008 at 11:38:35

I (and many others) would find it very helpful if you could put French Key Stage 3 on the interactive page as it is very difficult to learn and would be a great help.

Holly — Cloford, United Kingdom — 10 Jun 2008 at 09:59:26

Hi, I am a Year 10 studying Physics at GCSE and reading through your revision guide I find that the jokes are really helpful at making me more interested in revision. To improve this, I was wondering if you could add in a joke of my own on the section on black holes (pg. 29 OCR gateway 2006). The joke is as follows:
'When a really big star has used up all its fuel, it explodes. What's left after the explosion is really dense - sometimes so dense nothing can escape its gravitational pull except Chuck Norris, he sleeps in black holes..mmm cosy.'
Thanks, this would make me really happy and I would revise forever!

Ellen — Hertford, United Kingdom — 10 Jun 2008 at 09:17:32

Guestbook Editor: Can't make any promises but you certainly tickled my funny bone - thanks!

The index in Business Studies is nicht gut.

unkown — , United Kingdom — 10 Jun 2008 at 09:13:42

Hi! I love your books. I recently bought your Revision Guide for Harper Lee's "To Kill A Mockingbird" and was amazed at the detail on the character pages.
Not only that, the morning before I had my literature exam, I looked over the Revision Guide, at the "Women of Maycomb" section. And guess what? One of our questions was "Write about one of the women who had a large influence on Scout". How lucky was that? I just started jotting down facts about Miss Maudie and earnt myself a B. Groovy. (My teacher said that anything over a C is super fantastically awesome). Anyway, I'm writing to ask you what book you suggest for someone who's doing GCSE Science modules in Chemistry, Biology and Physics. I'll be doing the higher papers (I haven't got a choice - I've got to do it!) so I'll be needing the higher version of the book if you've got it. ;)
Hope to hear from you soon! :D

Scott — Cardiff, United Kingdom — 09 Jun 2008 at 21:50:13

Guestbook Editor: Think we've just the book to help you keep up the good work. Check out the products page on the website and click on GCSE - Science. Hope this helps!

(Commenting on book SQHR41, GCSE Additional Science AQA Revision Guide - Higher

I thought that this book was great - very helpful.

Sharney — Basingstoke, United Kingdom — 09 Jun 2008 at 18:13:44

Hi, please could you consider putting an interactive GCSE History link onto the website? I would find it really helpful and I'm sure other people would appreciate it too! Thankyou!

Stephanie — , United Kingdom — 08 Jun 2008 at 11:07:30

Thanks very much for the books on KS3 SATS! They really helped me understand everything! Do you have a GCSE book on Sociology or R.S.? 'Cos I'm taking them next year and will need some help!

Jess — , United Kingdom — 07 Jun 2008 at 18:19:56

These have really helped me with my GCSE mocks and hopefully my GCSEs! They have really helped me understand the harder bits that were confusing me! Thanks!

Alex — Sheffield, United Kingdom — 07 Jun 2008 at 17:39:34

I think you should have some actual revision to do online, not just a website telling me to buy books that I already have. And when I need extra help I could then come and have the help available online... like it says on the back of the books. Please take this into consideration... I'm not the best pleased customer.

Char — , United Kingdom — 07 Jun 2008 at 15:45:10

I have ordered some Revision Guides at 7am yesterday and I realise that it is a weekend but my Revision Guides haven't come the next day (today) as you say they will. The post has already come and there were no revision guides. I have already emailed you once and I would appreciate it if you replied this time. Thank you.

— , United Kingdom — 07 Jun 2008 at 15:36:31

Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry if your Revision Guides didn't come in the post the very next day. We hope they will be with you now, but if you need us to look into this for you it would be best to give us a call on 0800 1712 712.

Well I got a Key Stage Three Science Revision Guide and it has really helped me in my exams. Can you send me an image of how the Key Stage 3 English and Maths look, then I might ask my teachers at school to give me one

Efe — Beckton, United Kingdom — 07 Jun 2008 at 14:43:10

Guestbook Editor: You can view sample pages for all our books on the website — just go to each individual product page and click on the sample pages in the right hand corner. We hope you like them!

I think the GCSE Geography Revision Guide was possibly the worst book I have ever bought. I was really disappointed because all your other books are fantastic! Is the Geography book even relevant to the exam boards? I would recommend you make a Case Study Revision Guide!

Tiger Woods — Cannock, United Kingdom — 06 Jun 2008 at 23:04:22

Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry that you felt disappointed by our GCSE Geography Revision Guide. We do have some syllabus-specific Geography resource books which might suit you better. If you let us know your contact details, we'd love to get in touch to see what we can do to sort things out for you.

I just wanted to say thank you. I love the way whoever wrote the book interacts with you, it's just like a coversation. Especially the Additional Science GCSE one. And the bits of clip art and the "jokes" at the bottom are quite distracting, but well placed. After a page you are rewarded or some people might think tortured by a joke :] Thank you, my target grade was a D and I got A's and A*'s in the Science modulars thanks to the CGP books. Anyways back to revision now! Yay, dry jokes

Cathy — Worcester, United Kingdom — 06 Jun 2008 at 20:14:43

These books are fabulous for revision. I am currently doing my GCSEs and these are really good. But remember - reading only takes in 5% of what you're trying to learn! So don't be afraid of being stupid and putting something to a dance or a tune. I put the definition of Isotopes to a dance to the tune of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and trust me, 3 wks on and I can still remember it! Good luck! :D

— , United Kingdom — 06 Jun 2008 at 07:33:06

If I sent an order at 8.00 when will it arrive?

Hamam Elfitouri — Manchester, United Kingdom — 05 Jun 2008 at 18:42:56

Guestbook Editor: We despatch all orders that we receive before 5pm on the very same day. That means you should receive your books the next day.

The book is very useful for making things clear. But there are some things the book doesn't talk about and they ask about in the SATs, so I think it isn't a great book for revising before your SATs.

Kart — Reading, United Kingdom — 05 Jun 2008 at 18:31:39

Good, cool website. Why is there no ICT or Language (foreign) topics on the website?

— , United Kingdom — 05 Jun 2008 at 18:14:52

Guestbook Editor: We're not too sure what you mean — let us know if you're looking for books or for interactive stuff and we'll happily point you in the right direction!

Will you be producing a GCSE Classical Civilisations book (OCR)?

Laura — , United Kingdom — 05 Jun 2008 at 16:55:42

Guestbook Editor: We're afraid this isn't a book we plan to publish in the near future. Good luck with your course though!

I first started using CGP books through school about 9 years ago when they first came out for KS3 and have recommended them to everyone who''s asked for advice on which books are the best for learning and understanding the material! They''re cheap and better than any of the other books out there regardless of price! Thank you very much CGP!

Roxann — Basildon , United Kingdom — 05 Jun 2008 at 13:43:27

Very useful for revision! In some cases better than the subject teacher (just don't tell them that). Although, tut tut for spelling sulphuric acid and sulphate the American way in the AQA Additional Science book. Its PH not F!

Marc — Chester, United Kingdom — 04 Jun 2008 at 23:12:29

Guestbook Editor: We have an explanation! On the AQA course specifications, the exam board has spelled it with an 'f'. And we do like to make sure our books are exactly right for each exam board. Are we excused?

What are the chances of a GCSE Latin revision book being produced? Or GCSE Ancient Greek?

Jake — London , United Kingdom — 04 Jun 2008 at 20:54:31

Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry but these aren't books that are on our to-do list at the moment. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I think there should be more activities on line. Also I think that when we but the book you should give us a link that allows us to access all the text and pictures online.

AY — Motspur Park, United Kingdom — 04 Jun 2008 at 19:47:37

CGP books helped me a lot in my tests. I think that if I got a high score in my test, it was only because of those books. I would recommend them really highly, they are very good for everyone.

Abidha — London, United Kingdom — 04 Jun 2008 at 17:33:44

I was amazed when the books that I had ordered yesterday came through the door. Thank you CGP for great, speedy delivery.

— , United Kingdom — 04 Jun 2008 at 14:22:51

I have been looking on your website for answers to your GCSE Maths Workbook, please could you put the answers on the website? Thanks. I am 21 and studying basic skills at Biscom Hanley.

Ruth Bourne — Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom — 04 Jun 2008 at 09:13:03

Guestbook Editor: The answers for the Workbook are available to buy separately, so if you let us know exactly which book you have, we'll tell you where you can find the answer book you need. Hope that helps!

By the way, you should make more A2 stuff! Have you got Chemistry and Biology at A2? I need a Maths guide... and a Workbook!

— , United Kingdom — 03 Jun 2008 at 19:49:17

Guestbook Editor: We'll be bringing out lots more A2 books in 2009 when the courses will be changing. We do have some Biology A2 books already and we'll be bringing out some for Chemistry next year.

Is there an A2 Mathematics revision guide? I think I've seen one in Waterstones but I can't find one on the website!!!

Oliver — CGPington, United Kingdom — 03 Jun 2008 at 19:41:17

Guestbook Editor: We're really sorry but we haven't published any A2 Revision Guides for Maths just yet.

(Commenting on book EFG40, GCSE English Grammar Skills Study Guide

GCSE English Grammar: an excellent book, very well planned and presented, which makes learning the grammar fun and memorable. There are plenty of examples and exercises, so it comes highly recommended. Roll out the A-level version!

Guy Monks — Bristol, United Kingdom — 03 Jun 2008 at 17:39:50

I have found these books very good. People mess about in classes and I find it hard to take in the information. I did extremely bad in my mock Physics exam and I have my real Science exams in 2 weeks. I find that the GCSE Core Science Revision Guide Higher Level book that I am revising from contains all the information I need in an easy and clear way. Hopefully, I will do really well in my exam coming up. I also have a Maths one. It is also useful as it explains WHY you have to do certain things in the method. I never understand things unless I am told why. It is easier to revise from these books than searching through a load of school books, worrying if you have got all of the information.

Jade — Newport, United Kingdom — 03 Jun 2008 at 17:27:02

I love the CGP books, they're really useful and helpful. I feel like getting everything for all the subjects! They're colourful and the best thing is that it's easy to understand and the hardest things which I've been stuck on have been made much simpler in the books. I recommend these books to anyone studying and revising for any exam! Although it would be helpful if you could put some more revision exercises online, as it is hard to find helpful websites.

Katy — Birmingham, United Kingdom — 03 Jun 2008 at 14:36:59

I have had trouble at school all my life with bullys which has made concentration at school very hard. When I get home I read the CGP book and I find I have learnt a lot xxxxxxxxx

Kimrekia — Ambleside, United Kingdom — 02 Jun 2008 at 23:33:03

Guestbook Editor: Well done you!

I am currently doing my GCSEs at school and the CGP books have really helped. I have been able to complete my tests with flying colours. Thank you ever so much. The books are so great, I would recommend them to everyone. They are a reasonable price and are not a waste of money. They make learning easy and a lot more enjoyable. I hear you can get a book for every lesson. I thought it was only core subjects. Everyone that wants to do well should get some CGP books. The revision from the books has really paid off. Thank you ever so much to everyone. xx

I have done my SATS and will get my results in July.

Alicia — Yarm, United Kingdom — 02 Jun 2008 at 18:18:37

Hi. I am a GCSE candidate for next year and I love your CGP revision books. However, I study Italian and have never managed to find an Italian CGP book. I was wondering if you do them and where I could possibly find them? Thank you.

Olivia — Cheltenham, United Kingdom — 02 Jun 2008 at 17:11:18

Guestbook Editor: We're afraid we don't have any books for GCSE Italian just yet. We hope you manage to find one that's helpful and wish you the best of luck for next year.

Hi. Are you planning on putting GCSE German on your interactive pages? My daughter would find it really helpful in addition to her CGP book. Thanks!

Caroline — Reading, United Kingdom — 02 Jun 2008 at 14:55:19

Guestbook Editor: We don't have any specific plans to do this at the moment, but we'll bear you suggestion in mind. Thanks!

Thanks a bunch! I've been using these since back in the day - they're great :)

David Bushnell — Stafford, United Kingdom — 01 Jun 2008 at 15:12:25
