When will you be producing practice exam papers for the new OCR 21st Century Science suite of GCSEs? There are so few past papers available since the specification changed (in 2011) that your resource would be invaluable. I am a tutor and I have several students who would really benefit by doing some practice exam papers!
Sarah Freck — Salford, United Kingdom — 27 Nov 2012 at 15:43:58
Guestbook Editor: Our apologies — we don't have any plans for OCR 21st Century Science Practice Exam Papers at the moment.
Soon as in-will CGP release the AS Economics (Edexcel) revision guide before this summer's exam season starts????
Anon — London , United Kingdom — 26 Nov 2012 at 16:22:25
Guestbook Editor: You can't hurry love, and you can't hurry AS-Level Economics revision books. It's a game of give and take.
We don't really have the answer to this question at present, as you may have deduced. Sorry.
Will CGP make an AS Economics revision guide anytime soon?!?!
Anon — London , United Kingdom — 25 Nov 2012 at 17:09:04
Guestbook Editor: Quite possibly. It slightly depends on what you mean by soon...
Are you aware of the changes that are going to be made to GCSEs and A-levels? Are you going to make new books for them?
A* Student — A* Town , United Kingdom — 24 Nov 2012 at 14:54:25
Guestbook Editor: Oh, yes — we're aware. We even follow the Department for Education on Twitter. We've already modified some of our GCSE books to cover the new Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar requirements, and we'll be keeping our books fully up-to-date with future changes. Don't worry — we wouldn't put your A*s on the line.

i think that this revision guide is an excellent way to revise for upcoming exams and it also helped me revise a lot easier and it also helped me to get a B+ in my maths exam.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for an amazing service ordered yesterday at 4.30 pm received them at 8.50 this morning. Books are brilliant been using them for years.
sally webster — sheffield, United Kingdom — 22 Nov 2012 at 09:03:23
Thank you so much for your books, my son passed his SATs and end of year 6 exams with your books. He just couldn't get into other books as they seemed boring or too detailed and he lost interest quickly, so I had seen these books on Amazon with good comments so I tried them out. I first bought a few and then I bought all of them, they were brilliant and entertaining, the different fonts and jokes etc. helped break up the pages into manageable targets and my son got 5s in ALL subjects, so thank you!
Ayesha — Stoke on trent , United Kingdom — 20 Nov 2012 at 22:21:18
Guestbook Editor: Excellent news. Everybody loves fonts...
What font is used in your thin books? - such as KS4 PSHE, for example.
Daniel Quayle — Onchan, Isle of Man — 20 Nov 2012 at 17:04:56
Guestbook Editor: A font question? I like these. I've had a flick through our KS4 PSHE book, and it looks as if it uses the same fonts as most of our KS1 to GCSE Revision Guides — that's Impress for the main text, Seagull for the headings, Blacklight in the footers and Tahoma on the cover.
For anyone who's not interested in fonts, here's a picture of a dog covered with Post-it notes.
I am very pleased with your online service, plus my daughter is reallly benefiting with your revision guides. The downside is that most of your revision guides on this website are more expensive than amazon. Overall I am very pleased with your site.
Farzana Begum — Brierfield, United Kingdom — 20 Nov 2012 at 16:46:39
Please read this because I have wanted to ask this for a while. I wondered why you make revision guides for one exam board and not the others, and I know you do some that aren't specific to any exam board, so why can't you do this before specific ones? I'm just saying because I LOVE your books and I needed an OCR History guide.
Nicole — Guernsey, United Kingdom — 18 Nov 2012 at 19:02:51
Guestbook Editor: Our exam board coverage can seem mysterious, but it usually comes down to how many students take a particular course, and how different the various exam board specifications are. For something like A-Level History, there are dozens of topics you can take for each exam board, and each exam board offers a different set of topics. So we started off by covering the four most popular Edexcel options.
For some subjects, one exam board is by far and away the most commonly taken, so there just aren't enough students taking the other courses to justify us making separate books for every exam board, and the courses are too different for us to fit all the requirements into a single 'all boards' book. We know it's a bit tough on you if you're studying a course that we don't cover, but there are just so many options out there at the moment...
Make an OCR B AS Physics student textbook! Urgently needed!
Student — Clumley , United Kingdom — 18 Nov 2012 at 18:09:35
Are the books up to date?
Janet — Northampton , United Kingdom — 17 Nov 2012 at 13:18:23
Guestbook Editor: Yes, indeed — all our GCSE Science books are fully up-to-date for the new courses that started in September 2011.
Just discovered CGP books in my A2 year. Using them for Biology and Chemistry AQA. They look awesome. If only you did Religious Studies OCR revision book?! Please?? Doubtful it will happen I know, but there is such a lack of Religious Studies revision material!!!!! x
Britta — Lancashire , United Kingdom — 16 Nov 2012 at 21:55:06
Guestbook Editor: Good to hear that we could help you out with A-Level Biology and Chemistry. Unfortunately, we're unlikely to have any books for A-Level Religious Studies before your exams. Sorry.

This book is listed on the website as being suitable for A*-G but on the cover it say Higher Level (see picture).
Admin Person — PORTSMOUTH , United Kingdom — 15 Nov 2012 at 10:05:45
Guestbook Editor: Well spotted — this should be corrected to A*-C when our website updates overnight. Thanks.
your books were recommended to me, they are brilliant, my son loves them. would recommend them every time. Brilliant, well thought out, appealing to children. Keep them coming please.

Any chance of making the Science apps Android compatible? I'm not part of the iPhone clan!
Adam — Hampshire , United Kingdom — 14 Nov 2012 at 22:14:18
Guestbook Editor: We'd love to make some Android-friendly Apps, but we're still pretty new to the App game. Watch this space.

simran shivdeep singh — london, United Kingdom — 10 Nov 2012 at 18:55:31
Is there a chance of you guys making the AS and A2 biology student textbooks for the edexel syllabus? Would be great if you could!
Name — Town , United Kingdom — 09 Nov 2012 at 18:52:48
Guestbook Editor: Well, maybe... we'll certainly keep it in mind. Nothing for the moment, though — sorry.
Any chance you are going to do a sociology gcse book soon?
Lora — Woolacombe , United Kingdom — 08 Nov 2012 at 16:26:57
Guestbook Editor: I like to press my ear against the door of CGP's Top Secret Book Development Laboratory a few times a week, and I'm pretty sure I've heard whispering about GCSE Sociology before now. So there's definitely a chance... but a lot of mysterious things go on in that lab. I heard them all miaowing like kittens once.
I saw the comment above about igcse science and would like to know if you would consider putting the cie syllabus into the same edexcel revision guides. I love your books!
Sam — Manchester, United Kingdom — 08 Nov 2012 at 13:11:18
Guestbook Editor: Hmm... we've got no plans to bundle CIE and Edexcel IGCSE Science courses in one book at the moment, I'm afraid. But there's plenty of scope for expanding our IGCSE range in the future, so it could happen yet.
Will you be planning an igcse science (cie) revision guide if so when will it be out?
James — Leeds , United Kingdom — 07 Nov 2012 at 21:40:17
Guestbook Editor: Hello! We're making new IGCSE Revision Guides for Biology, Chemistry and Physics at the moment... but they're for Edexcel, not CIE. They'll probably still cover a lot of the CIE syllabus, though — and they'll be out by January 2013.
CGP books are brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone who needs either a revision or textbook!!!
Arsalan — Bradford , United Kingdom — 07 Nov 2012 at 14:11:01
What a fantastic company you are, we have been using you for years. Whether we telephone or use the website we are always impressed with how easy you make things! And your books are fab as well!!
Holme Valley Primary School — Scunthorpe, United Kingdom — 07 Nov 2012 at 11:12:31
I really love your informative books, really helps me! I also find the quality and layout of each book neat and orderly! Thanks CGP. Anyway, I thought I'd tell you,. before I met CGP, I was thinking of becoming a knight when I grow up. :)
Bazil — Greenford , United Kingdom — 06 Nov 2012 at 21:38:14
Guestbook Editor: We hope meeting CGP didn't put you off becoming a knight. Although I suppose standing next to bishops and moving around in L-shapes isn't as exciting as being, say, a copywriter for a popular educational publishing company.
this has really helped my family and especially my daughter who has exams very soon thank you.
mary — grays, United Kingdom — 05 Nov 2012 at 18:56:13
this book has helped my education
haris — ilford , United Kingdom — 05 Nov 2012 at 16:22:04
CGP books are excellent value for money. I don't worry much about whether my pupils can afford to buy it.

Yuri — Kolkata , India — 02 Nov 2012 at 08:34:34
Can you make an OCR AS and A2 maths student textbook please? Just like the edexcel and AQA ones. If so when will it be out? The textbooks are great though!
Unknown — No town , United Kingdom — 02 Nov 2012 at 07:02:10
Guestbook Editor: Good to hear you like the A-Level Maths textbooks. But we're not planning OCR editions at the moment, as far as I know — sorry.
