Are you planning on publishing an A-Level (AS or A2) French book? I have noticed lots of people are wanting one myself included...get in there quick before someone else does!!

is it possible to turn subtitles on the CGP Maths Tutor GCSE higher level DVD?
Zoe — Rainhill , United Kingdom — 29 Jan 2013 at 17:26:21
Guestbook Editor: We don't have an option for subtitles on our MathsTutor videos at the moment, I'm afraid. Sorry about that — perhaps it's something we should consider for future updates.

very good book, it is so useful
Joseph — England , United Kingdom — 27 Jan 2013 at 16:58:23
I love using your revision books however the chatty informal text can be a bit off putting at times. Perhaps you could make a new range more formally written?
Jack — Thorpe Bay, United Kingdom — 26 Jan 2013 at 23:19:33
Guestbook Editor: Dear Jack,
Many thanks for your thoughtful missive. Regrettably, the employees of CGP have become so accustomed to routinely deploying vernacularism in their written communication that most have been rendered entirely incapable of articulating their cogitations by way of any alternative idiom. The notion of penning a sentence not replete with informal linguistic devices would be abhorrent to the principle of unpretentious intelligibility that lies at the core of our corporate philosophy. In sum, we wish to express the greatest regard and appreciation for your suggestion, but we must nevertheless stoically inform you that its implementation in the foreseeable future is somewhat unlikely.
Coordination Group Publications
P.S. Have you tried our Complete Revision & Practice books (for KS3 and GCSE) and Student Books (for A-Level)? The informality is toned down a lot in those, so they might be more your sort of thing.
would you ever make a book on media make up for college students??? x
ps these books are amazing they're the reason im going to pass my GCSEs!!!
chloe louis — kings lynn, United Kingdom — 26 Jan 2013 at 16:47:01
We just moved to Germany. Your books help our children to keep up with their English friends at school whilst learning German. They will join a regular German class in August and feel confident that they can keep up in Math and Science thanks to your books.
Tine — Darmstadt, Germany — 25 Jan 2013 at 14:47:01
I was wondering whether you would be making a A2 Edexcel Geography revision guide? one is desperately needed by everyone i know doing geography. Please make one!
diana — london , United Kingdom — 24 Jan 2013 at 19:03:32
Thanks for the great service, ordered my books one afternoon and they arrived the following morning - and it was snowy!
Jane — Hertford , United Kingdom — 24 Jan 2013 at 09:06:34
Hi, are you publishing anything to help with Grammar, Spelling and Punctuation test?
Ben Barton — Guildford, United Kingdom — 23 Jan 2013 at 16:20:24
Guestbook Editor: Yes indeed. My feeble words can't do justice to our excellent new range, so here's an advert you can click on for all the details. Enjoy.
I love your website! Particularly the humourous help text. I have just placed my first order. Very pleased with the process and the price. Will await prompt delivery. Thanks for making me laugh.
Rebecca — Horsham , United Kingdom — 22 Jan 2013 at 14:07:57
Glad you now have the IGCSE Science books out - when will the work books be available from?
Enquirer — Qville , United Kingdom — 22 Jan 2013 at 10:02:17
Guestbook Editor: Hello! We're hoping to publish our Edexcel Certificate (IGCSE) Science Workbooks (to go with the new Revision Guides) later this year — before September with any luck. Sorry not to be more specific at the moment.
The previews for books are not very good, all pages should be available for users
chloe — Kidderminster, United Kingdom — 21 Jan 2013 at 21:00:43
Guestbook Editor: Thanks — I'll put that in the CGP suggestion box.
It would be great if you could provide online revision-tests, revision material etc- for other subjects like media, music and drama.
Ellie — Nottingham , United Kingdom — 18 Jan 2013 at 16:29:22
Your revision guides are so useful; if ever I struggle to understand the teacher, I know that I can count on your books. It would be fabulous if there was a space to provide an answer to the end of unit questions.
Ellie — Nottingham , United Kingdom — 18 Jan 2013 at 16:22:49
I'm in year 10, I have my P2 exam tomorrow. My teacher gave me a cgp exam and I can't find the marking scheme on the internet so I don't know where I went wrong? I've also got P2 and B2 next week and I'm seriously struggling with P2, but your books are helpful -thanks- but they seem to be leaving bits out that are in my tests though? Thanks a lot for everything though.
Jamiee — Sunbury , United Kingdom — 16 Jan 2013 at 21:27:24
Guestbook Editor: Don't worry, you didn't go wrong... we include printed mark schemes for our Practice Papers with the tests themselves. They're not available online at the moment, but your teacher will have a copy.
Hope your P2 revision goes well — if you've got a CGP book that matches the exam board you're taking (e.g. AQA or Edexcel), it'll cover everything you need to revise.
I'm doing my 11+ and I'm dying of stress. I just want to ask- are there any books that help you get over anxiety? And also, I love your books.
Priya — London , United Kingdom — 16 Jan 2013 at 20:53:04
Guestbook Editor: We're not really experts on stress management, I'm afraid. But stay calm — I didn't pass my 11+ (in the days before CGP was invented), and look at me now.
Okay, bad example. But don't put too much pressure on yourself. Good luck!
CGP are absolutely brilliant BUT I am trying to get 5 A* to get a scholarship into a sixth form and it would be really helpful if you had the English Literature and English & English Language books for Edexcel, Textiles Technology for Edexcel, German Practice Papers for OCR and Business Studies for OCR.
Jay — Essex , United Kingdom — 15 Jan 2013 at 20:22:01
Is there any way CGP would produce a book for students considering sixth form and a book for students considering university? I often struggle to find out what certain things mean and what the difference is between English and American universities? There's a lot more to it than just those points but it would genuinely be the most helpful thing imaginable.
Jay — Essex, United Kingdom — 15 Jan 2013 at 20:18:55
Guestbook Editor: The most helpful thing I can imagine is an affectionate labrador that makes coffee and provides witty, insightful soundbites about current affairs that I could pass off as my own opinions. But a book about colleges and universities would come a close second. I don't think it's something we've considered lately, so I'll pass on your suggestion. Thanks!
I love using these CGP books the only problem is it takes me too long to find these and they can cost above budget sometimes can you please have a more exact page about the book types
Lizzie — Dudley, United Kingdom — 15 Jan 2013 at 15:07:25
Guestbook Editor: It's true — we do have a lot of books these days. And with great choice comes potentially great confusion. There's a brief guide to our main product types on the CGP Range Explained page, but our Customer Services team will always be happy to clear things up if you're in any doubt.
Could you guys possibly consider to create and publish the new student textbooks for other courses such as the AS/A2 Edexcel biology and OCR B physics course? Would be very helpful, as these textbooks are very good for maths and are needed desperately! If you are working on these books, when will they come out? Thanks for reading.
Science — Unknown , United Kingdom — 13 Jan 2013 at 23:23:47
Guestbook Editor: Thanks for writing. A-Level Student books are fairly new to the CGP range, and we'd like to make more in the future. But at the moment, the only one we're still working on is AQA A A2-Level Physics (which is due in February). We'll update our "What's New" page if we have any more in the works.
i think to get more students to revise you should allow online downloadable books as the kids these days are always on the computer. having these books available on the computer they'll read it more often
Munsiz Khan — bradford , United Kingdom — 12 Jan 2013 at 19:45:32
I really like CGP revision books and use them a lot for exams, however I noticed that you don't currently have an AS/A Level Geology book. Would it be possible for you to make one?
Anna — Hereford , United Kingdom — 12 Jan 2013 at 16:57:22
Guestbook Editor: Hello — we're very pleased to hear that you've been finding our books useful. I must admit that I don't think A-Level Geology is on our current list of projects, but we'll keep it in mind as a possibility in the longer term. Sorry not to be more helpful on this occasion.
I used CGP books when I was a student, now as a teacher I recommend these to my students. I have seen students jump grades! these are amazing guides!
hira tallat — ilford , United Kingdom — 12 Jan 2013 at 16:42:19
Would it be possible for the writers of CGP to combine their powers together to make an AS/A2 OCR B (Advancing Physics) and Edexcel Biology student textbook? The maths ones are great! Would be appreciated! :)
pb — pbtown, United Kingdom — 12 Jan 2013 at 14:57:06
do you ship to taiwan?
jade — norwich , United Kingdom — 09 Jan 2013 at 08:19:57
Guestbook Editor: Yes, as far as I know. If you send an email to our customer services team (the address is at the top of this page), they'll be happy to give you more details.
I really enjoyed your revision books and it was really helpful. I would suggest that you guys reduce the sales price a little they are quite expensive to buy. Otherwise this is totally the best revision books ever and it is humourus as well
melissa — london, United Kingdom — 08 Jan 2013 at 19:38:45
Please make an online downloadable version of your books
Katie — Hitchin , United Kingdom — 08 Jan 2013 at 18:32:19
Love the Level 3,4 & 5 maths books and would love to see a new release of these. Many of my pupils now also work towards the level 6 test. Any chance of a KS2 Level 6 maths book?
Ben — Lancashire, United Kingdom — 08 Jan 2013 at 10:18:30
Guestbook Editor: Hmm... not sure, actually. But it's a good idea — I'll whisper it into the ear of one of our book inventors whilst they're napping working really hard.
what does y means
sarah — town , United Kingdom — 07 Jan 2013 at 12:33:32
Guestbook Editor: I'll hand you over to our courteous and thorough customer services team for this one:
Thank you for your enquiry.
‘Y’ is the 25th letter in the alphabet and is a semivowel. In maths, it is frequently used in algebraic equations, often replacing a number value. It can also be used as a substitute for the word ‘why’ when using ‘Text Speak’ and is the opening dance move in The Village People’s classic hit ‘YMCA’.
We hope this answers your question, but if you have any more, please feel free to get in touch.
I think it would be good if you put some of your papers to be downloadable online especially as it's a competitive market, your prices are quite high and students are just aspiring to do their best with help from your resources.
Dee — London, United Kingdom — 04 Jan 2013 at 16:58:31
Your books are amazing! They really helped me when I was doing my tests.
PS. I really enjoyed the funny bits!
Lily — Glasgow , Scotland — 04 Jan 2013 at 16:51:13
how come you don't have answers for your revision summaries
sam — croydon , United Kingdom — 03 Jan 2013 at 14:57:15
Guestbook Editor: This is a popular question. Most of the time, the summary questions in our Revision Guides just test you on the facts from that section, so you can find the answers by flicking back a few pages. If there are questions you're not sure about, we reckon it's best to go back and check over the notes. (And we always include the answers to questions that ask you do to a calculation you haven't seen before.)
Your books are very informative and have helped me with my gcse revision. only thing i would suggest is that you reduce your price a bit more
Shalom — Poole, United Kingdom — 03 Jan 2013 at 11:29:13
Happy New Year and keep up the good work!
I have just placed an order ready to start the new Spring term with vigour(!!!) Wondered if you could alert me when the Physics iGCSE for Edexcel is ready in publication. thanks.
Jackie Wood — Sunninghill, Ascot , United Kingdom — 02 Jan 2013 at 20:52:36
Guestbook Editor: Happy New Year to you too. We're currently expecting the IGCSE Physics Revision Guide to arrive on 9th January, but we'll send you an email to confirm when it's ready.
Update: it's out now!
CGP books are brilliant! I got 100% in my biology chemistry and physics exams after using them- they were a huge help!
