Robertjab — Spollottortaw, United Kingdom — 25 Dec 2014 at 22:39:58

THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH I WOULD BE FAILING AT GCSES WITHOUT YOU ALL. Please consider making a revision guide for adult life or I think I will just fail at being a person. Much love and thanks again!

Gem — Exeter, United Kingdom — 24 Dec 2014 at 01:10:56

Guestbook Editor: Ha, brilliant. I'm not sure if any of us are qualified to write the Adult Life Revision Guide... but failure is the best way to learn, I tell myself.

Hi, I wanted to know if I should buy Separate science books(3) or a single one(1) for my bright KS3, Yr 7 DS. Same for maths.
There are so many books for each subject I would like to see a guide somewhere that describes where to start and how to work my way up. Please help.

Nisha — Reading, United Kingdom — 21 Dec 2014 at 09:07:14

Guestbook Editor: There are quite a few options in our KS3 Science range — here's a quick run-down:

Our Study Guides contain clear, friendly explanations, examples and diagrams for all three sciences. You’ll find hundreds of matching practice questions in the separate Workbooks.

Our Study & Question Books for Biology, Chemistry and Physics contain all the notes from the corresponding section of the Study Guide and a range of practice questions for each topic.

Complete Revision & Practice — this one covers all three sciences, with notes, questions and test-style practice.

For your children, we’d say that the Higher Level Study & Question books are a really good choice — they’ll help them to build up their science skills between now and the end of Year 9.

For KS3 Maths, you can’t go wrong with the Higher Level Study Guide and matching Workbook.

If you’d like more help, just email us at customerservices@cgpbooks.co.uk

Great books, appealing to children and thorough in coverage of subjects. Keep them coming!

Your Biology AS Level Revision guide is absolutely flawless!!! I managed to achieve an A grade for my Biology mock this month, all thanks to your brilliant book! It makes A Level Biology so straight forward and simple. Why are your books so amazing? It's beyond words. It's amazing how your books flow so well with the specification. You've helped me achieve A*'s in my Science GCSE exams, and you're going to continue to do so for my A Level! Thank you!! :D xx

(Commenting on book DHIC41, GCSE German Interactive Vocab Tester - DVD-ROM and Vocab Book (A*-G course)

I have downloaded the application on my laptop (mac) and I have no vocab appearing

Tom — Dom, United Kingdom — 14 Dec 2014 at 18:37:57

Guestbook Editor: Sorry to hear you're having technical problems. If you could drop us an email (customerservices@cgpbooks.co.uk), we'll get our IT team on the case.

I have completed some of your GCSE Bio,Chem and Phys workbooks, where do I find the answers to these questions?

Kieran — Warminster, United Kingdom — 13 Dec 2014 at 17:19:20

Guestbook Editor: Hello — most of our GCSE Workbooks have separate Answer Books (so that teachers can keep the answers to themselves when setting homework and so on). You'll find the Answer Books listed next to each Workbook in our GCSE Science section.

Your books are amazeballing funny. What's your favourite joke, like, ever?

J. Carr — Smugsville, United Kingdom — 12 Dec 2014 at 16:54:03

Guestbook Editor: I like the one about carrots being orange and sounding like parrots. That's not exactly how the joke goes, but I think I've captured the basic logical gist.

These books are amazing to learn from and they are clear on what you have to do. not all books are like that

jasper — jersey, United Kingdom — 11 Dec 2014 at 15:28:15

No wonder I couldn't find any further maths books by cgp.

Bilbo — Hobbiton, United Kingdom — 11 Dec 2014 at 12:51:49

Guestbook Editor: Bilbo from Hobbiton embarks on an arduous and fruitless search for the fabled CGP A-Level Further Maths books? I've just had a great idea for a ridiculously overlong trilogy of Hollywood blockbusters.

'old on a minute .... CGP don't offer further maths books?!?

That's like sayin Ferrari don't 'av a car to enter into formula 1!!

Or like sayin Man Utd ain't gonna be in the champs league ... 'old on a minute, they ain't in the champs league hahahahahahaha!! I lav my jokes.

Plank — London, United Kingdom — 10 Dec 2014 at 15:23:27

Guestbook Editor: I don't really understand football, so apologies to any Manchester United fans who are offended by this comment.

I am very happy about your AMAZING books especially about the french book i read today here at the KNLS MWINGI LIBRARY. You wont believe this, but I wish I was in the UK where it is easy to get all the other books in the CGP series. If wishes were horses I would ride one right now and go where the CGP books are made from.

ERICK KIETI MULWA — MWINGI, Kenya — 10 Dec 2014 at 13:49:00

Please make some further maths books.

Let's have a look at the current options!!

1) The pledger series: ok but riddled with errors.

2) The exam board books: Absolute drivel (talk about a conflict of interests)

3) The classics, Bostock & Chandler: Very good but not specific to exam boards specs, also contain some things which are no longer relevant.

Taking the above into consideration, there is clearly a room for CGP books in the further maths A level books market. So stop being stingy, pull your socks up, sharpen your pencils and brush your teeth and GET PUBLISHING!!

Quite why cgp don't offer further maths books is quite beyond me! Get crackin so we can get revisin :)

Gaznawi — Leeds, United Kingdom — 08 Dec 2014 at 16:53:13

Your modular maths books are awesome, please please please get publishing some further maths books.

Umar — Leeds, United Kingdom — 08 Dec 2014 at 16:52:06

Guestbook Editor: I think this is about as close as we've ever come to a campaign on the CGP Guestbook — and what could be a worthier subject than A-Level Further Maths?

We'd definitely like to make some Further Maths books, but it's unlikely to happen before the start of the new A-Level Maths courses, unfortunately. The thing is, these courses keep being put back — the latest news is that they won't be starting until September 2017. And that's a long way into the future: only two years before Blade Runner.

Have ordered up to 15 revision guides from you now, always good delivery and great quality guides - perfect for revision!

Yousef Sharif — Bury, United Kingdom — 04 Dec 2014 at 17:30:27

Where are the activation codes for the online version?

Bethany — Town, United Kingdom — 04 Dec 2014 at 13:00:02

Guestbook Editor: For CGP books that include free Online Editions, you should find your activation code printed on the first page of the book. You'll then just need to sign in to the My Online Products page and type it in.

How are your books so good? They helped me revise for my History Pre Public Exam on Germany in four days!

Janmejay — London, United Kingdom — 03 Dec 2014 at 20:57:36

Guestbook Editor: Even we don't understand how our books are so good. A lot of very talented people work very hard to make them, but I'm pretty sure witchcraft is involved somewhere along the line.

Far too pricey for a family who is struggling financially! Oh dear...

Max Green — Edinburgh, United Kingdom — 03 Dec 2014 at 10:45:32
