I have been trying to assist my own child to gain a higher academic mark in his year 6 SATS which he is due to take in the next few weeks. I was advised that your books were a useful starting point, however was somewhat concerned that on page 15 of your Maths Book the information was incorrect. I was taught that to divide a number by 100, it was necessary to move the decimal point two places to the left. Your book advised me that it needed to be moved two places to the right. It is not useful at this crucial point to have the method confused. It is already a stressful and worrying time without having concepts confused. A worried and concerned mother.

Is there a spanish revision book? All of the other books are really good. (My GCSE Higher tier maths workbook didn't come with answers. Was it supposed to?)
Amy Bairstow — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
Thankyou your books have really helped me.
Katie Mclaughlin — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
I love the CGP books and I recommend them to all fellow learners from around the world. Couldn't have passed my end of year tests without them AND they helped me get an 84 out of 100 in my Maths test. You thinking of doing a German and Spanish revision guide in the not too near future? Maybe I shouldn't push my luck that the prices are already amazingly low for each guide. Thanks for helping me and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Kaysha

Nice page. Your books are better though!
David Parry — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
Your books are fab and actually make revising fun! But why have you not got a German or Economics?
Claire — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
I am the Head of History at Rushcliffe School, Nottingham. We currently teach SHP History. Your books look good but unfortunately do not cover the subjects we teach - Nazi Germany and Medicine Through Time. I am aware that Germany is covered in the Modern World book but this lacks the depth necessary for our syllabus. May I suggest that you look into publishing a Nazi Germany / Medicine Through Time booklet for SHP centres. This is rapidly becoming the most popular SHP option !

The Maths books for year 3 and year 4 are useful. The Homework book for year 4 contains an error on page 17 - the number line is incorrectly drawn. Are there any errata published?
Karen Richards — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
We think your books are what we have been looking for. Long enough for a challenge, appealing to all abilities. We look forward to all your new arrivals.

I have anumber of children preparing for the year 6 SAT exams in the next few weeks. I was amazed to see that on page 15 of your book entitled 'Key stage 2 Maths' that you were asking the children to divide by 100 to mave the decimal place two places to the right. I do believe that the correct formulae should be to move the decimal point two places to the left, hence gaining a smaller number rather than a larger one. I am unsure whether this has been already been brought to your attention, but I am willing to do so if it hasn't. Mrs N Harris
Mrs N Harris — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00

Your books are fantastic, they were recommended by a friend who uses them in her school. They are well presented and students I have used them with have said that they find the explanations clear and love the illustrations that accompany each page too! It is incredible that they are so cheap - one of my best educational buys for a long time! Congratulations on your success.

Hello, i am just about to do my science gcse modular tests and I have recently bought your 3 books. Although they are helpful I feel that too much info. is crammed in on one page. Thanks anyway. Hollie. xx
Hollie Batteson — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
I ordered Key Stage 3 directely by telephone and reveived them the following day which i found very convinent & helpful. The books where excellent & my son who is in Year 9 also said how well each subject was covered & also how beautifully each page was set out making it very easy for revesion. One comment though, the prices of the books could have been a little cheaper having bought them directly from the company.
Versha Patel — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
I have bought a couple of your books for my son and was so impressed that I have bought myself one for night school. Learning wasn't such fun when I was at school. WELL DONE. Keep up the good work.

Joe Bloggs — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
I think these books that you write are the best of any in England at the moment. I'm doing my SATs and my sister is doing her GCSEs this year and I know that they are going to help us both get really good marks in our exams. Thanks.
David Fugill — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
Really cool revision guides for GCSE and Key Stage 3. Spanish and Food Tech guides would be really useful at GCSE. Please consider these for next year. Thanx.

An excellent service to schools. However we have found some mistakes in the workbookand answer book Biology Key St. IV. Homework setting no longer a problem!! The books have been well received by our pupils. How did we manage before?

Alan Hawkes — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
Love the Science books in particular. Use them with my Y6 class. The Maths are rather hard for my remedial Maths set, but some sections are more appropriate than others. The English has been handy for staff and classroom assistants, but less appropriate for children. A number of parents show interest.
Suzanne Harper — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
The books are very good but they sound like they are trying to be cool, calling teachers teach just sounds stupid, and is not cool.
Frank Joy — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
I think these books are really helpful i'm recommending them to my mates.
Samantha Gray — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
In Science I have a lot of questions, I want some people to help me!
Stephanie — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
The books are really helpful but you are trying a bit too hard to be 'cool' !! Try not to be too patronising !
Vickie — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
I think that the revision guides are very useful, and they are written in a simple way, it makes things easier to understand. I wanted a german one though!! nevermind.
Marina Aldridge — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
Your books are good
danny — , UK — 30 Mar 2000 at 17:07:00
I think you have done a very good job by selling us books on the internet. We are very pleased as school children that you are concerned about our education. I really like your website. God bless and keep up the good work.

Excellent books for all areas of learning. Visually explanatory, easy to follow, relevant progession and the price!! What can I say. Well done. Looking forward to more of the same. Incidentally, are you going to produce any books that relate to the new Key Skills external exam requirements, particularly, Application of Number and Communication Skills current from Sept 2000, already piloted, the first exam being Jan/June 2001? Pauline Edwards. Key Skills Co-ordinator.
