Hi cgp, thanx so much 4 your books, they got me through my y9 SAT's and now i'm doing my GCSE's and i dont know how i'd survive without them!! Every subject teacher at my school nearly uses them and i have loads at home. they really make revision easier and a lot less stressful! thanx so much cgp!!
kay — , UK — 29 Sep 2002 at 11:18:00
The books you sell are very good, ALMOST enjoyable. NEVER funny.
James Evans — , UK — 28 Sep 2002 at 21:02:00
I think CGP books are great, the bad jokes make it even more funny! It would be good to have some stuff about the 'Volstead act' in the modern history things book. I think a book on GCSE art would be useful as well, with main artistic movements, artists, techniques for drawing etc. I'm glad too find a book on Macbeth and I will definitely be ordering that because at the moment it makes no sense at all too me! I think a book on english- war poetry would be useful to many people even though I have already done my coursework for that but alot of people would benefit from that, I think a book entirely on exam techniques and questions would really go down well in every subject as well even though they are in many of the books.

chris tyldesley — Sheffield , UK — 27 Sep 2002 at 15:33:00
do you have Kstage 3 in maths, english, and any other subjects. My son and i find these books interesting, we work from home part time and is very happy. i hope in the future yiu can do some similar books for adults or young people (18-30)
Mrs Amerie Louis-Louisy X — Slough , UK — 27 Sep 2002 at 09:25:00
I think the books are of great importance to helping parents to help the teachers to teach the children My child is 6 and is going on to start KS2 in mathematics in the 2nd year of school. I think these books will help and support her with her school work at a small cost.
Kerri-Anne Littleboy — Basingstoke, Hampshire , UK — 26 Sep 2002 at 21:35:00

I teach aqa separate sciences and am the school coordinator for those pupils who choose to sit all three sciences. Does CGP have any plans to release revision guides or work books for these subjects?
phil seaman — , UK — 26 Sep 2002 at 12:10:00
easy to navigate. Hoped there would be some ICT practice sheets, but I might get some of my pupils to try to do some for you. Have ordered GCSE revision guides in past - very good and have just ordered KS3 Study guides (ICT). They are excellent.
jan allston — bishop bell school, eastbourne, UK — 26 Sep 2002 at 12:03:00
Hi, I just want to say well done! I ordered some books one evening about 8.00 pm and they arrived the next day!! Incredible service, many thanks. robin.
robin stubbs — , UK — 25 Sep 2002 at 20:58:00
I am thankfully using your books when studying my gcse. The books are very helpful although the one subject R.E, which is boring and hard to gather a pass i dont seem to be able to find and buy a book. THANX THOUGH FOR ALL THE HELP!
F — , UK — 25 Sep 2002 at 16:01:00
Great to see you have communications for prospective purchaser in place. As a parent when you first published the guide it was so frustrating to only be able to buy the guides via schools. As a parent I think the web site, as with the guides themselves, is easy to use, informative, bright and friendly. The guides have been life savers to our family in the past (my son did hid biology GCSE revision from your guide the evening before the exam, certainly not to be recommended, and received A*) However as a poor sole trying to talk to you about an article and advertising in an educational magazine, you are certainly difficult to contact. PS do you do a Latin GCSE guide?
Sarah Dickinson — , UK — 25 Sep 2002 at 10:15:00

Lauren crossley — UK sheffield , UK — 22 Sep 2002 at 19:40:00
I LOVE your A/S level Maths book for P1, its a LIFESAVER! no other book can explain all the mumbo jumbo in this course in a down to earth style like your book. PLEASE make P2 & M1 books for Maths and also science books, no other publisher prints books like you. So HELP ME and the other countless students who are as confused as me with all the "technicalities" of AS level. Thanks a lot!

Lizzie — , UK — 17 Sep 2002 at 12:54:00
CGP books are a great way to learn and are enjoyed by all their readers. Although the books are funny, they are also very interesting and give little hints and tips along the way. By keeping the person interested, they can learn better. And CGP have got just the right balance - Keep it up guys!

Sarah Broadley — , UK — 16 Sep 2002 at 14:29:00
at the back page of your book, you've written the following: 'if your local book shop hasn't got a decent range of our stuff in stock you should tell the manager he's a clown - WHSmith think our books are great, so what's his problem?' this is clearly showing that you beleive that all managers are male and it is impossible for a female to be one. i find this offensive and hope you will improve it in the near future - thankyou
Kw33n - ja$ — , UK — 15 Sep 2002 at 22:44:00

Winston A S Banya — , UK — 09 Sep 2002 at 16:35:00
Thanks CGP, I am soon taking International GCSEs, and your books have been the only ones that I have really used, understood, enjoyed reading and managed to learn material from. I didn't believe that it was possible to make books to such a high standard as you have, so congratulations.

Its all very well doin GCSE Tech books, but WHERE'Z UR GCSE MUSIC, GCSE ASTRONOMY AND GNVQ ICT BOOKS?
Kris — , UK — 07 Sep 2002 at 10:24:00
your books only cover the basics and are too short. Do you think you could make larger books with more information. This is the only thing your books lack otherwise they state many facts that i am unfamiliar with, which makes it good but too short.
vince — , UK — 07 Sep 2002 at 08:58:00
My son has just obtained a double A grade for GCSE Science using ONLY your excellent revision guides, work books and answer books for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He has just started 'AS'-Level courses in the same subjects. I am extremely disappointed to find that you do not seem to do AS/A-Level RG's, WB's and AB's for these subjects. I do hope that you have plans to produce them in the future. Alan Sigger.
ALAN SIGGER — LANCS , UK — 07 Sep 2002 at 08:39:00
i think cgp books r gr8. they r really helpful and make learning just that little bit more intresting. the prices r very reasonable. evry sane person, though, shood be open 2 suggestions, i think your books shood be slightly more challenging, u no, make the person think when reading otherwise it simply a story book. anyway i agrree wif u there gr8!1!!111!
zenab raza — newcastle , UK — 06 Sep 2002 at 21:12:00

The books have been interesting to my 15 year old son as he revises for the GCSE's, which he will take next June. I would like to buy / order more for my younger children. I bought the revision books at W.H. Smyth on Sloane Square, but their selection was limited. Possibly, the inventory sold quickly. Is there another store in London that would have more inventory ? We are overseas parents and reside in the Philippines. I look very much forward to your reply.

Any chance of a simple list of books, prices available for English, Maths and Science for Year 6 - SATs year - without having to plough through the split lists on the website or the complete listing guide? All I want are books to help this year group through a fairly traumatic time for all of us. After ordering your books for the last four years I am a real convert! I'd be interested in anything dealing with ICT for teachers! Many thanks for terrific service to date.

Hi CGP! I think your books are wicked! and you're site is kool aswell. But is there anything for GCSE students online? I think that it would be very resourceful for students if there was online revision from CGP.

Our daughter had a good exam result in her science thanks to your question papers in your science book and her teacher encouraged her to take a look at your site. Thanks for your help.
