Simon lawrie — , UK — 30 Jan 2003 at 20:05:00

joedel lendor — hackney, london , UK — 30 Jan 2003 at 19:42:00

i think you should have each book on here so all we have to do is go to the contents then pick what we need or we could flick through!

Rebecca Taylor — Hartlepool , UK — 30 Jan 2003 at 16:51:00

I think its a good job we have sats but why make such a big deal I'm doing my own in may I want a high level so that's why I practice

zara nicholson — , UK — 30 Jan 2003 at 16:15:00

I love CGP they really helped me when I had a lot of revision to do during my sats. CGP provide a wide range of interesting books that I recommend to everyone.

Hannuh jonjkuhuh — , UK — 30 Jan 2003 at 15:42:00

I think that the Books are really helpful for people

Sheida Heidari — Bagnall, Stoke-On Trent , UK — 30 Jan 2003 at 08:48:00

CGP are brilliant!! I love the back of the books!!! thanks a lot for making the books cheap for home and cheaper for schools, we are forever getting letters about CGP books and how excellent and cheap they are to purchase from school. I'm actually looking forward to my study leave in May!! (that was a joke) hahaha

Lizzie Jack — Harrogate, North Yorkshire , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 23:35:00

I would like to say that I am nearly 13 and have used your books since yr4 and I would like to say that I think the books are cool interesting enjoyable fun and are really good for teaching us stuff. Well done on your books CGP!

Nisha — , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 20:51:00

DANIELA — , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 19:48:00

i think that the CGP books are great they follow the work set in class and stop you falling to sleep. I am about to take my key stage 3 SATS and my maths tutor predicts that thanks to CGP I have gone from a level 7 to a level 8 since November! thanx CGP

Lauren Bray — Northampton , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 19:09:00

Charlotte Jones — , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 18:36:00

really fun and specific

rachel — , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 17:58:00

I thought this website was very good and it helped me with my SATS revision! Thanks!

Chloe — Crewe , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 17:56:00

Your books do the purpose. They are precise, simple, accurate and easy to revise from. Education is fun when you use CGP BOOKS! Thank You.

Mohamed — Bradford , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 17:02:00

I am also doing GCSE Russian at foundation level. This is an extra-curricular subject so the time allocated to revise is much less than I would give to main subjects such as Biology or Maths. Revising such a complicated subject takes time, so I would look to see a Revision Guide to set out all the information clearly for easier revision.

Anna Robinson — Irthlingborough , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 16:48:00

your books are the best and ordering online in the cheapest place to get them without the school!

Emma Cooper — Kidderminster , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 16:35:00

I think your books are wonderful and really helped me achieve well in my SAT's. I was just wondering-will you be introducing a Henry IV part 1 revision guide in the near future? We are studying it for GCSE and I am struggling to find any books on it at the moment.

Ellie — merryhill, wolverhampton , UK — 29 Jan 2003 at 14:51:00

I am coming to do my SATS soon and they are helping me to practise. It gives me good advise. I will definitely recommend it to people.

Daniela — , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 21:43:00

i like the website it is really helpful.

tony — , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 20:41:00

vicky suffield — morley, leeds , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 20:19:00

Hi I love the Science Books That you do there Great I use them in my class for my S.A.T.S which really help me on a lot of things in Science. Lately we are doing Science revision and every week we get your Sheets What Are really fun and if you are stuck on the sheet on every question it gives you a clue Bye

Sean — , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 19:59:00

megan linney — , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 18:31:00

My daughter uses all your CGP books and thinks they are wonderful. I have flicked through them myself and I think they are fantastic. I was just wondering whether you would consider a Spanish GCSE and Key Stage 3 work book as you do in French. Thanks for the help you have given her.

John Eagles — Chichester , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 18:19:00

I Have got the key stage 2 Science study book and I think that it's really good! I go to Porter Croft School. Age:11

Matthew Jennings — Sheffield , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 17:17:00

why is it that the school's get the books for cheaper because we all still need to revise and some of us don't want to or cant get revision guides from teachers.

ME! — , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 16:34:00

I think that the CGP books are very good and help revision to be easy. The explanations are good and they give you tests at the end of each section.

Jodie — , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 16:26:00

I have just had a small problem when trying to buy a cgp book from W H Smith. My son wanted me to buy a text guide for Romeo and Juliet, which is a play he is studying at GCSE level. I found that I needed to order a copy, but the shop computer records showed 2 entries for Romeo and Juliet with no way of knowing the difference between the two books on offer. It was decided that I should take a risk and opted for the second on the list, but on receiving the book, I have discovered that it is an annotated text. I am hoping that I will be able to take the book back and reorder. Is it possible for this problem to be looked into? Is there any liaison with local shops so that they could be stocked up with relevant text guides for plays and books being set in particular years at the different levels? I would be grateful if you could send me a reply. Thanks

Mrs Yvonne Gamble — Chippenham, Wiltshire , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 16:20:00

Dear CGP. What can we say? We still find it unbelievable that you are so efficient, and the turn around is second to none! Having phoned about my books just yesterday am, I find that the replacements are received the next day! Amazing! Every time I have ordered books for our children who are Home Educated, the service, helpfulness, and consideration given by your staff is brilliant! The children look forward eagerly to their new books every time, and they have helped us over some difficult problems, especially relating to explanations on the Maths front! Keep up the good work, and thanks again. Bev & Steve King (Home Educating Parents). (P.S. Any chance of your Company showing the rest of the world how to do a service to customers in such a way?)

Mrs Beverley King — STROUD, Glos , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 14:43:00

I found your website very informative. I would like to know if you do a Psychology revision/workbook as my daughter has chosen this subject at GCSE level? Thank you for making your books available to the general public. My daughter often reads the books that I have bought her for home use to help her through her homework.

Miss S Holms — LICHFIELD, Staffs , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 11:06:00

wow your books are brilliant

Miessy Kabamba — london , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 10:08:00

Thanks 4 the catalogue by the way. I think your books are excellent. I will be ordering some of your GCSEs guide books

Miessy Kabamba — london , UK — 28 Jan 2003 at 10:06:00

vikki — , UK — 27 Jan 2003 at 20:45:00

nick — , UK — 27 Jan 2003 at 20:23:00

I think this website is brill and I think everyone should consider going on it and revising. please send me some information on the books.

Natasha — Fenton (Stoke-on-trent) , UK — 27 Jan 2003 at 19:13:00

I love the range of books you have on offer, but was disappointed when I found that there is not a text guide for Pride and Prejudice as this is what I am studying for my GCSE's at the moment. I was just wondering whether there is any possibility of there being one in the near future?

Rosie — Stathern, Nr. Melton Mowbray , UK — 27 Jan 2003 at 18:27:00

this is the best site ever

Kirsty — , UK — 27 Jan 2003 at 17:54:00

Congratulations CGP on your new Graphics GCSE Revision Guide (Which I already have!) I think it will come in handy. It has some fantastic information in it- and as always, the jokes!...

Helen Belle — London , UK — 27 Jan 2003 at 13:41:00

Sarah wilson — , UK — 27 Jan 2003 at 13:35:00

kyle davies — worksop, notts , UK — 26 Jan 2003 at 21:44:00

I think you are ripping people off when schools get their books for just £2

JO — , UK — 26 Jan 2003 at 21:31:00

Hi CGP... your books are fab, they are the best revision guides EVER! They helped me get level 5 in all my KS2 SATs last year....THANKS SO MUCH! From Isma'il. ps: i came top in my class in SATs! All thanks to your great books!

bethany holmes — , UK — 26 Jan 2003 at 19:48:00

Craig — , UK — 26 Jan 2003 at 15:23:00

Having just got onto the website and with three children all doing various SATS and GCSE exams, it is so useful to be able to order the various revision books and practice papers without any fuss. Very easy to use and it was useful for my daughter to browse the various books available. I didn't know there were so many.

Mrs M Jones — , UK — 26 Jan 2003 at 14:13:00

The CGP books are great, I think you should do the books in a range of subject

Charles Kelly — , UK — 25 Jan 2003 at 18:08:00

CGP, you lots take ages to make a new popular book, why? can bother to make a P.E. book, yet no statistics or a proper bs book!!!

anon — , UK — 25 Jan 2003 at 17:04:00

really good

ben — , UK — 25 Jan 2003 at 12:34:00

If you want the books (history and IT ones) in key stage 3, but the schools don't sell them, can you still get them for £2 some where?

Lee Hiorns — Altrincham, Cheshire , UK — 25 Jan 2003 at 12:34:00

i think that CGP is a very good learning website from the very young to the very old.

shauna leigh sutton — merthyr tydfil, south wales , UK — 25 Jan 2003 at 10:53:00

CGP really help me with my grades in my KS3 sats

shahes kirupainathan — Harrow, MIDDLESEX , UK — 25 Jan 2003 at 10:49:00

Just to say that the books are excellent. I am 30 years old and taking a GCSE in German having never studied it at School but picking a bit of the language up when I lived in Munich for a little while last year. Only one little moan, why don't you have German GCSE Workbooks available as you do for French etc? Also, I intend to do A-Level German so how about expanding your range please. The English Grammar book also looks excellent for TEFL (Teaching English as a Foriegn Language) a qualification for which I am also currently studying.

Suzanne — East Yorkshire , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 20:10:00

I would have liked it if you showed the context of the books on the web

Hammad Ahmed — , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 19:07:00

I love the CGP books. I've used them for Key stage 3,4, and at the moment doing AS Levels. Please can you produce some more Books for the Maths Modules. I've used the P1 book (Edexcel syllabus) but now I'm on M1 the mechanics. I think the style of writing really helps me understand the harder topics much easily. I think it would be really good if you could keep people interested in your books at A Level standard also. So you can have books across the levels of study.

Michael — , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 18:57:00

I think your site is Brilliant! Learning is usually very boring but you make it fun! This site helps so much with my learning, before I didn't have a chance of getting a level 5 but now I am really confident! Thanks!!!

Lucy Nunn — The Ginnle, Bardsey , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 16:50:00

I am currently in year 11. in year 10 my education was severely disrupted and we have been shaken about quite a bit. also in year 9 we were without a teacher for the whole year for science so we learnt nothing as we were stuck with a substitute teacher. now the school has swapped hands and we are in a better learning environment now. but there is still a problem we have lost most course work or it has been graded wrong. in science we have none and I fear we are running out of time. I am not very good at knuckling down when it comes to revision and I get distracted very easily! could you give me some help and advice on how to handle coursework and revision? Thank you for your help and advice.

Viki Hedges — Southway, Plymouth , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 16:23:00

Very disappointed to see there is still no Key Stage 3 Geography book.

Dominic Floyd — Westminster Under School, Lond, UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 14:03:00

Great books, and really fast delivery. Makes homework a lot easier for parents.

Sally Edwards — , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 13:38:00

It's good but it could be presented better by showing all the books with previews

Jam — , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 13:18:00

Great books, they're like having a friendly teacher on the book shelf. They make the subjects more interesting too! They answer all the questions you need the answers to.

David Fern — Ruislip , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 13:15:00

CGP books are great, they really are the best revision guides around.  Despite the fact that the jokes are corny they break up the learning, and stop you from stressing out too much. Also please can you do revision guides for single sciences, as you really are the best around. (oh and if they don't have your subject, don't complain, they don't have to produce any, just be grateful they have some one your subjects!)

Emma Clark — , UK — 24 Jan 2003 at 08:42:00

I think that your books are really helpful, and especially your level 5-7 books for SATs because I am doing that in all my subjects.

jess — , UK — 23 Jan 2003 at 21:37:00

Hey CGP! I'm really stressing about my GCSE music exam. My teacher is really rubbish. I asked him what we need to learn for the exam and he claims he doesn't know. In my mock, I got a C grade despite my predictions of an A*. I really need a book to revise from but can't find one anywhere. Please publish one very soon ( 9 weeks). Also I'm very disappointed that you have three GCSE design and technology books that I don't need. Please do a textiles one :) Thanks very much.

Leanne — Leeds , UK — 23 Jan 2003 at 21:22:00

Cool, but needs more pages on atoms.

Andrew Shawcroft — Dunstable , UK — 23 Jan 2003 at 20:48:00

You need papers to print off.

Alice — Rotherham , UK — 23 Jan 2003 at 20:00:00

Too busy revising

Ben Prime — , UK — 23 Jan 2003 at 19:40:00

I am disappointed that you only have some revision subjects — for example, you do not have history or R.S.

maddie — , UK — 23 Jan 2003 at 19:40:00

I think the website was good, and the books, but others are better.

Anon — , UK — 23 Jan 2003 at 17:34:00

Why haven't you got more A-Level books?! For every subject at GCSE for which I had a CGP book I got at least an A! The only subjects I didn't get A in were subjects for which you don't have books - B for English Lit. and C for Graphic Products (why was this book released a year late?!). I've suddenly jumped to A-Level and there's no simple CGP to fall back on. Give us some Physics and Chemistry books and don't do what happened to me last year with Graphics by releasing the books after I've done

Hannan Shah — , UK — 22 Jan 2003 at 23:21:00

Hey I just wanted to comment on your books. I find them good for long term revision but the pages are far too crammed to learn lots or revision. Sort it out please.

grainne donnelly — Newcastle, Co.Down , Ireland — 22 Jan 2003 at 21:01:00

i really like your CGP books — they gave my friend a top mark

hassan — , UK — 22 Jan 2003 at 20:53:00

Danielle — Nassau , Bahamas — 20 Jan 2003 at 03:52:00

I love your GCSE revision guides they make revision just that little bit more fun and they really helped for my mock GCSE exams last week and the week before (9th January-22nd January 2003) i have still got physics and english to go so i will use your books to help me to revise for them. i will also use them again in april for my Exams in May and June. your website is very good to but in the science section you need to have a few games to make it more fun, but apart from that it is very useful for revising. thanks from kieran

I have been a teacher for thirty two years but have only recently returned to full time teaching after twenty years of supply teaching. Much has changed and I have found your guides extremely helpful as I try to catch up with all the changes that are ongoing in the teaching profession. Thank you.

Mrs T Harrison — , UK — 16 Jan 2003 at 20:47:00

hi CGP crew... i think that your books are absolutely superb....i am a 12 year old girl...i have been put up 2 years in school, so instead of being in year 7, i am in year 9. This means i have to work extra hard to try to catch up with the work i have missed in year 7 and 8. Since i discovered CGP books, my life has become much easier. They help me enormously with revision and catching up, so i just want to say a big THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with many many thanks... your biggest fan... Umaymah

Umaymah — , UK — 16 Jan 2003 at 19:56:00

This website is the BEST... well when it comes to revision anyway!

hannah — , UK — 16 Jan 2003 at 19:52:00

I think that the CGP books are the best they are really helpful and are easy to understand. Thank you CGP

Adam — , UK — 16 Jan 2003 at 19:47:00

your gcse revision sites are quite good but i think that you should have some tests after you have revised the certain pages it would be a lot more interesting.

Katie taylor — Ramsey, Isle of Man , UK — 16 Jan 2003 at 19:11:00

Hi i'm just wondering why you spend lots of time and effort into making a PSHE revision guide when there really is no exam and its not even that useful but at school right now im studying music for my gcse and i've looked everywhere and there are no revision guides. Don't you think it's time you did because at my school the teacher doesn't help us at all so i was kinda hoping you'd of made a revision guide for music which would help me get a better mark next year.

Charlotte — eardisley, herefordshire , UK — 16 Jan 2003 at 19:05:00

Any chance of you guys producing a GCSE statistics revision guide? gap in the market, no-one else does them! Your books are good to revise from but the ones written by the exam boards stick to the syllabus better-they teach you only the stuff you need to know. Plus you guys are getting a bit full of yourselves aren't you? All this stuff inside the cover of your books about some fictional student saying what great books you make-bit cocky don't you think? There is probably no point to this coz u

Chris-Gavin Peacock — , UK — 16 Jan 2003 at 17:53:00

I like the revision guides and I thought Id check the web site out

Jonathan Feaver — , UK — 16 Jan 2003 at 16:34:00

i have got the revision book for GCSE history up to the 2003 exams and i am disappointed that you do not have the answers to the revision questions and how am i suppose to know it i have the right answers

Shahid Mahmood — , UK — 15 Jan 2003 at 10:42:00

DON'T GET ME WRONG. I think CGP books are great but........there is a lack of practical based subject revision guides, i.e., Music, Drama, Media Studies, Art. I know it is impossible for you to cover every subject and every syllabus......BUT TRY! lOL, THANX

Shane — , UK — 14 Jan 2003 at 22:11:00

Can you offer me any discounts on the books if I buy in bulk?

Aysha Miah — London , UK — 14 Jan 2003 at 20:42:00

there is no revision guide for GCSE psychology which is proving to be difficult for those students who are doing GCSE psychology. I am very disappointed.

linda hayman — , UK — 14 Jan 2003 at 20:37:00

Guy Stern — London , UK — 13 Jan 2003 at 20:22:00

Hi, i think your books are really good, i am currently using them for my Sat's and they are helping me alot. But i hoped you would put them on a cheaper price at retail stores so that will encourage people to buy the books and obtain good results.

babar zaman — , UK — 13 Jan 2003 at 20:04:00

CGP i love your books. They helped me get a level 8 in maths and a level 7 in science and english. My teacher always goes on about them and advises everyone to buy them for our GCSE's. THANKS...

taahir bya — , UK — 13 Jan 2003 at 19:59:00

i think you should give advices and help people on the questions that they are stuck on.

shehnaz Lorgat — Blackburn , UK — 13 Jan 2003 at 19:36:00

You should do more subjects at AS and A level. Your books got me through my GCSE's, then I find its only maths you do. Please do more.

Ben Britton — , UK — 13 Jan 2003 at 19:22:00

Hi i think as many other have stated in the guest book, that the practice papers should be free on your website you wont be losing money at all because you still have the text books. Many other websites do it please join them! Bye If anyone finds any other websites that have free practice papers can u please be kind enough as to write it in the guestbook.

Sarah — , UK — 13 Jan 2003 at 18:33:00

Emma — , UK — 12 Jan 2003 at 18:42:00

i just like to say that i'm very disappointed in this website, you should provide practise SATS questions so we have at least some idea on what we need to revise on! they do it at school so why not on this site?

kelly — ivybridge , UK — 12 Jan 2003 at 15:54:00

I think that the CGP books are excellent in helping me revise for my GCSE exams but I was really disappointed when the practice exam papers were not free. I think that they should be available for free online as GCSE's are extremely important. COULD ANYONE ELSE WHO AGREES WITH ME ALSO WRITE THIS IN THE GUESTBOOK TO ARGUE MY CASE!!!! With practice exam papers not being free I would say that our interests are not considered with CGP but it is just a money making scheme. PLEASE HELP!

Connor Lavin — , UK — 12 Jan 2003 at 15:51:00

i love your books and i use them all the time to revise for my exams. even though some of the jokes aren't funny at all, my friends and i laugh. we love you all...you are an inspiration to us so carry on making AMAZING books!

camilla green — , UK — 12 Jan 2003 at 14:59:00

Wonderful books and they are used by my school in almost every subject!

vilma du Plessis — london , UK — 12 Jan 2003 at 14:48:00

Really great books. Love the way you've put a little message like 'this book will be closed from 9.00 - 9.30 for staff training'. Absolutly wicked!

Philip — Ivybridge , UK — 12 Jan 2003 at 14:43:00

Your books are great but my mates want the books to and they don't have the internet and they aren't in a lot of shops! Please make them more available.

Victoria King — Ivybridge (near Plymouth) , UK — 12 Jan 2003 at 14:39:00

Dear CGP. I think your website is great. its really useful and has helped me a lot I was thinking if you were able to put like notes of each subject and that. cos i need to revise on my sats and instead of buying all the books, i was hoping if you can add a help thing where we can get notes for free. amy tunstall — Crosby , UK — 10 Jan 2003 at 20:05:00

This is really cool!

steven — portsmouth , UK — 10 Jan 2003 at 18:55:00

I like the books. The children I teach enjoy the humour and the books hold their interest, even when the subject matter is boring! I am using the GCSE English Workbook with some children. Some of the tasks are difficult and I would really appreciate an 'Answer Book' to use alongside it! Perhaps one that gives several examples of good practice. i wonder if you could bear this in mind?

B. Horne — , UK — 10 Jan 2003 at 18:26:00

Hi I love your books, I am 13 teenage and i am deaf, and I got exams tomorrow is chemistry so i was worried i may be failed! :( so Please email me and help me! I was about solution. The books was helpful to me! I love it!

Sarah — , UK — 05 Jan 2003 at 16:44:00

i wasn't very impressed with the range of subjects you have to offer. I would want History and I.C.T revision pages too. I think all the subjects avaliable to GCSE students should be there. There is always enough revision for Maths, Science and English, but never enough for the other subjects. As at some schools doing a language is optional, i believe that the French revision should make place for other subjects which are more in demand.

lizi — , UK — 05 Jan 2003 at 14:29:00

I think that CGP books are very helpful to all ages. CGP also have a wide range of revision books, practice papers and much more. I would like to see more of CGP's wonderful range of books!

Pete Waterman — doncaster , UK — 04 Jan 2003 at 12:54:00

I think that the revision guides are very good but it doesn't cover everything. The books are also quite hard especially the Maths and I would like to see the Higher book a bit more sophisticated because the higher people are brainy.

Jordan Jackson — Newcastle , UK — 04 Jan 2003 at 12:50:00

Excellent site, very well organised - should be used as an example to Web site developers

Peter Evans — LEVUBU , South Africa — 04 Jan 2003 at 10:34:00

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks very much for your books. For my GCSE'S i brought all the books u published in my subjects and i found them v. useful. Im now doing my as's....and was hoping u would have loads of wonderful books to help me again, but u only seem to do the maths. Iv brought the one for my syllabus and ordered online. I was really impressed how quickly you got it to me, and what made everything even better was that it is really really really useful....and it made REVISION FUN!!! The only thing is, that after iv done my P1 exam, you make no more revision guides that can help me. So basically this is a desperate plea, PLEASE MAKE MORE AS LEVEL / A LEVEL REVISION GUIDES !!! (For maths it would be useful if u could cover the other modules) I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE IT...THANK - YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED MAKE THE BOOKS !!!

ChoccieFinger — Bedfordshire , UK — 04 Jan 2003 at 00:34:00

Great Online revision pages! - but not enough subjects!!!! No way we need History, Geography, music and German! There are so many other subjects out there and practising them, rather than just reading is one of the best ways to revise for a test - its putting knowledge into practise that the examiners want to see - not just how much knowledge you know!

Emma The Almighty Moose Priest — , UK — 03 Jan 2003 at 22:00:00

I found this site very useful!! It has REALLY improved my science!!!

Sarah Murtagh — chatham, kent , UK — 03 Jan 2003 at 19:45:00
