I love your books I can count now!
2 words: CGP books rule!

DoubleZ — London, United Kingdom — 28 Aug 2010 at 23:39:33

Guestbook Editor: Nice. When it comes to top-quality revision, you can (sigh...) count on us.

Your books are fab! How come your dont do AS and A2 Law, History or Media?

M — Coleford, United Kingdom — 27 Aug 2010 at 19:32:47

Oh...u said "there'll be some exciting new AS & A2 Maths stuff towards the end of this year"

What would they be to be exact @@?

Charles Lo — Hong Kong , Hong Kong — 25 Aug 2010 at 19:26:45

Guestbook Editor: We could tell you, but we fear the excitement might cause you to do a spontaneous cartwheel. You could injure yourself, or knock something over. (Here's a tiny hint: there'll be brilliant new Complete Revision & Practice books for AS and A2, with separate editions for all the major exam boards. *Attempts cartwheel. Breaks wrist. Cries.*)

hello all at CPG! i love your books and really think you should do some audio versions to buy online as i find listening to facts repeatedly helps to revise facts:D loadsa love, Sophiie:) (btw i am starting GCSE's next year)

Sophie.R — gourock, United Kingdom — 24 Aug 2010 at 15:55:28

Guestbook Editor: That's an interesting idea — we'll keep it in mind. Now, repeat after me: CGP... CGP... CGP...

Hiya! I love your revision guides! They are so helpful! JUst one thing.... do you think you could make ones for classical subjects too? Like latin and Greek. That would be so cool!
thanks :D

Bobbie — Surrey , United Kingdom — 23 Aug 2010 at 15:21:31

Guestbook Editor: That would be pretty cool. A CGP cartoon version of the Iliad/Odyssey or the Aeneid would be cool, too. Maybe one day...

you dont have an pie charts section online.

sj — birstall , United Kingdom — 23 Aug 2010 at 14:47:05

Really easy to use website, well done.
It took me two goes to realise that after choosing a quantity, I then had the click ADD TO BASKET, but I guess I'm thick.

Paul — crewe , United Kingdom — 20 Aug 2010 at 18:57:24

Hello all at CGP. I would just like to express my appreciation for the AS Edexcel Geography revision guide. It contained relevant, clear, case studies, as well as a concise explanation of key concepts. I cannot thank you enough! I was just wondering if there is a possibility of an A2 Geography Edexcel revision guide being published in the near future?

Michael — Leicester , United Kingdom — 17 Aug 2010 at 18:25:36

Guestbook Editor: Thanks for the appreciation — the pleasure is all ours. We're working on an AQA A2 Geography book at the moment (it'll be out next year), but we're not planning an Edexcel edition... yet.

Hi CGP I love your books but are you going to have any GCSE Sociology books it would really help me and a lot of other students.

Sabrina — Ealing, United Kingdom — 17 Aug 2010 at 17:18:20

I have been home tutoring my two children, now aged 8 and 10 at home for the last four years. Your books have all been fantastic and made my job quite easy, thanks very much. Keep up the good work as I will be needing you for a few more years yet.

Sharon Mattless — Spalding , United Kingdom — 17 Aug 2010 at 13:38:56

Absolutely brillant!!! The confidence I have gained is unbelievable. Prices are affordable for everyone.

Mo — Stonehouse, United Kingdom — 16 Aug 2010 at 12:42:22

Are you planning to release your content from the books onto DVD??

Rich — West Mids, United Kingdom — 15 Aug 2010 at 14:10:30

Guestbook Editor: No plans at the moment. We were hoping to produce 'Edexcel Linear GCSE Maths — The Revision Guide: The Movie' as a straight-to-DVD release, but Vin Diesel pulled out at the last minute due to 'creative differences'.

maariyah khan — BLACKBURN , United Kingdom — 10 Aug 2010 at 16:47:43

Guestbook Editor: If it doesn't have CAPS LOCK, it just isn't rock.

(Commenting on book SHR39, KS3 Science Revision Guide - Levels 5-7

maariyah khan — blackburn , United Kingdom — 10 Aug 2010 at 16:42:33

I loved the Spanish gcse rev book, really useful and think its a shame you dont seem to do a - level Spanish too, as the way the books explain and help revision so much more then most other materials out there.

Dot — Gwynedd, United Kingdom — 09 Aug 2010 at 20:16:25

On your GCSE Mathematics Edexcel Modular Revision Guide (Higher) book, why does it say LEARN this...LEARN that...LEARN these points..LEARN everything...on every page, its pretty pointless. I know I need to learn it, thats why I'm looking and referring in the first place!

Arjun Jethwa — London , United Kingdom — 09 Aug 2010 at 13:51:23

Hi. I've used your books since KS3 right upto A-levels and have just finished doing physics at uni and going back in September to start a maths teacher training PGCE. Just been brushing up on bits and bobs of half-forgotten KS3/GCSE Maths using your awesome workbooks/practice papers before the PGCE starts! Just wanted to say thanks for the last 10 years or so of using your books really! I'll definitely be reccomending them to the kids once I start teaching! Also, will you be doing any A2-level Maths books anytime soon or any AS/A2 workbooks in the future?

Gav — Stoke , United Kingdom — 07 Aug 2010 at 19:52:46

Guestbook Editor: Congratulations on reaching your ten-year CGP anniversary. To help you celebrate, there'll be some exciting new AS & A2 Maths stuff towards the end of this year. Good luck with the teacher training!

Amazing! Ordered a bundle of books one afternoon, received them the following afternoon, then went back online to buy some more the next afternoon.

H Caulfield — Horwich, United Kingdom — 06 Aug 2010 at 13:46:12

Guestbook Editor: Thanks! When it comes to sending orders, we don't hang about... you could say we're the Dispatcher in the Rye. (If your name really is H Caulfield, please accept our apologies for this feeble and unnecessary pun.)

I teach English in Spain to children aged 3 to 12 in a state primary school. This year we had to teach science in English (CLIL). With no suitable classbook available I spent many hours struggling to gather material until I discovered your science revision books.

Vicki — Caleta de Fuste, Spain — 05 Aug 2010 at 22:26:08

Guestbook Editor: Glad we could help!

Do you have any special books on maths for people with dyscalculia?

Chloe Louise — Kings Lynn, United Kingdom — 05 Aug 2010 at 20:38:57

Guestbook Editor: We don't, I'm afraid. Sorry.

I really like the AS geography book : ) waiting for the A2 one now...when will it come out? Will it be earlier than the January exam?

Christine — Bromsgrove, United Kingdom — 04 Aug 2010 at 15:17:22

Guestbook Editor: We have a little confession to make... there’s been a bit of a delay with AQA A2 Geography, so it won’t be ready in time for January, we’re afraid. We now think June 2011 is the most likely release date, but we’ll do our very best to get it out in time for the summer exams. We’ll keep you posted.

I love your books- they got me through my GCSEs great. However it would be fantastic if you could release more books aimed towards A Level students, so faithful readers who have already benifited from your books at GCSE level can continue at A Level instead of having to resort to your competitors' books.
Otherwise, thank you for creating such amazing books!

Becky — Kent, United Kingdom — 03 Aug 2010 at 19:05:45

Do you have A Level food technology books?

Polly — Rochester, United Kingdom — 03 Aug 2010 at 16:40:55

Guestbook Editor: Sorry — not at the moment.

I love your revision guides, they make revising for Science fairly painless, and are great to make mind maps from.
I was just wondering whether you would ever consider releasing any ebooks of your revision guides? They would be more convenient than lugging round a few of them, and with all the e-readers on the market now, there would be a large market. The only problem I could think of is diagrams and colour; but that should be resolved soon.
Thank you!

Lily CC — Cambridge, United Kingdom — 03 Aug 2010 at 15:28:56

Hi – I love CGP your books are great however I would like books aimed at an A*. When is A2 maths coming out?!

James — London, United Kingdom — 01 Aug 2010 at 23:22:07

Guestbook Editor: A2 Maths is on its way — we'll keep you updated...

You certainly deserve a round of applause for your post and more specifically, your blog in general. Very high quality material

vemma8032 — New Mexico , New Caledonia — 01 Aug 2010 at 20:47:12

Guestbook Editor: Why, thank you, vemma. This reminds me of the time I tried internet dating and got paired up with a computer program that automatically generated compliments. Every time I sent it a message, it'd reply with "You're amazing!" or "I love what you've done with your hair!" or something similarly flattering. In many ways it was the perfect relationship. In fact, we've been happily married for three years now. True story.

#1 Note to Guestbook Editor.
As a science tutor (KS3 to A-level) I am finding that an increasing number of schools are setting what was KS3 in year 8 and then start GCSE (still in year 8) - they go on to sit their first GCSE exams in January or March of year 9, and more in June. This allows time for extra subjects in year 11 which may include some AS.

#2 - my original reason for dropping in was to say that ordering from your website was a pleasure, as usual.
Your books give an excellent condensed overview, topic by topic rather than rambling on like some larger textbooks - and I use them myself as a reminder of what needs to be covered for each exam board.
BUT your books do make a few mistakes and do not always stick strictly to the syllabus - but the same applies to many textbooks 'endorsed' by the various exam boards. Students should not rely on only one source but read everything they can get their hands on!!!
I'm sorry if some of this seems a bit negative - nothing is pefect - so thanks again for an excellent service which I shall continue to use and recommend to others.

Dr A — London, United Kingdom — 01 Aug 2010 at 18:45:36

Guestbook Editor: #1 — Thanks for the insider knowledge. I thought I was just getting older, but it seems some GCSE students really are getting younger every year...
#2 — Glad to hear you find the books and the website useful. We're meticulous about getting our facts right — if you think you've found specific mistakes in our books, please email to let us know. We strive to be as perfect as possible.
