YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE — tampa, United States of America — 29 Sep 2014 at 22:53:53
Your books are absolutely awesome. I managed to get 11 A*s in my GCSE exams, thanks to your books.
ValiyaKundi Gloria — Coventry, United Kingdom — 29 Sep 2014 at 14:54:35
Guestbook Editor: Wow, amazing results! You're like the GCSE equivalent of Titanic*.
*Because it's a film that won eleven oscars, not because you're likely to hit an iceberg and sink. Slightly regretting this analogy now.
My children really benefited from your science revision books and particularly the workbooks . I was looking for the same workbooks for science AS levels but you only do a combined book and not the separate workbook.

I like using the Revision books because I find them very clear and the colour and picture makes it more clear to understand and easier to visualise making it easier to learn and study from. Thanks for the great books. A suggestion would be that could you include exam questions to practise.

Obviously CGP is brilliant but why can't we pay with Paypal?
wendy — cook, United Kingdom — 23 Sep 2014 at 10:25:45
Guestbook Editor: I don't know the answer to this question, so I'll make something up: we don't currently feel that PayPal provides an appropriate level of synergy with our overall branding and e-commerce objectives.
As a less made-up response, we always want to make the CGP experience as user-friendly as possible for everybody. So it's quite possible that we'll add PayPal functionality in the future.
Education is one of the most important parts of our lives

Guestbook Editor: Second only to the films of Jason Statham, in my case.
Excellent user friendly website and service
Jennifer — Northampton, United Kingdom — 22 Sep 2014 at 16:20:05
do you have any plans to release any more "student books" like the Aqa ones, but for Edexcel A level Biology, Chemistry and Physics
someone — somewhere, United Kingdom — 21 Sep 2014 at 00:31:10
Guestbook Editor: Not just yet, I'm afraid. But the A-Level specifications are changing next year, so things might be different in the future.
My son follows CGP study & practice book for over 3 years, it helps lots and also helps parents to teach.
Satish — Barnet, United Kingdom — 20 Sep 2014 at 23:36:57
I have just started AS maths. And it is so much harder than GCSE. I was starting to panic that my whole future would fail because of a badly picked A level. Yet I decided to buy the CGP AS Core 1 maths revision guide. Wow, what a help it was. It's calmed me down so much for if I don't understand something in the lesson then I go home and read the revision guide. It has helped me understand and complete many a homework. So a big thank you!
Becky — London, United Kingdom — 18 Sep 2014 at 19:52:19
Guestbook Editor: You're welcome. You'll be integrating transcendental functions along geodesic curves in no time.
I purchased the Key Stage 3 study and work books for my niece who is starting secondary school.
These books are brilliant for kids, she loves the informal nature of the content and I noticed this helps her to learn. Brilliant for my own learning too.
A* to CGP :-)
Richard O'Sullivan — London, United Kingdom — 17 Sep 2014 at 14:12:39
I cannot thank CGP enough, their books are amazing. I used all the books I could for the subjects I did at GCSE, and the subjects I did use their books in, I got all A*s. These were biology chemistry physics maths geography and statistics. These books truly are amazing and I cannot be more grateful to CGP. I will definitely be purchasing the AS and A2 level books :)
Kaley Ainsworth — Haverhill, United Kingdom — 15 Sep 2014 at 21:26:08
Very good books! I was provided the workbook and bought the revision guide in Year 10 and achieved a B grade in Core Science. Worth the money!
Guru — Wales, United Kingdom — 14 Sep 2014 at 23:03:10
you books are bae
halz — walsall, United Kingdom — 13 Sep 2014 at 11:11:18
Great books! Although you do not have a revision guide for WJEC Geography or EDEXCEL Economics and Business. All other books are great though!!!
George Tucker — Barnstaple, United Kingdom — 13 Sep 2014 at 08:41:07
I loved your A level maths books, but it's a shame there's nothing on further maths. Are there any plans to release any?
Pete — Swindon, United Kingdom — 11 Sep 2014 at 21:27:40
Guestbook Editor: This is a very popular request lately. Nothing's set in stone, but we might be giving A-Level Further Maths the CGP treatment just over a year from now.
CGP books never fail to amaze me with the conciseness and clarity within every single one of them, not to mention the occasional puns and jokes that make revision a lot less dull! I've been using CGP books ever since I was in KS2 and I'm now I'm my first year of A-levels!
I was wondering if there were any student books for OCR A for AS Level Physics, because there seems to be student books for OCR A Chemistry and Biology? Also, any plans for an Edexcel Further Maths revision guide?
Shalina — London, United Kingdom — 11 Sep 2014 at 19:54:26
Guestbook Editor: Thanks for your lifelong loyalty — we're very pleased that we could make your revision that bit less arduous. We're afraid we haven't made Student Books for AS-Level OCR A Physics yet, but we do have a Complete Revision & Practice book for this course. Please see the comment above for the latest news on Further Maths.
Good books. Guestbook editor, please be my friend. I like you.
susie — somewhere, United Kingdom — 11 Sep 2014 at 19:27:53
Guestbook Editor: Thanks! And, er, thanks. I make a pretty terrible friend, to be honest — partly because I'm SO PSYCHED ABOUT CGP ALL THE TIME. It wears people out.
I really love CGP it helped me with my test
Love yo CGP

I am finding my science revision guide very helpful and handy.
I love the idea of online editions.
Hannah — blurton, United Kingdom — 09 Sep 2014 at 16:56:13
Hello. I just wanted to ask whether your CGP AS Level Biology and Chemistry revision guides for AQA cover the whole specification, and is enough to get me a very good grade? Thanks!
Diana — London, United Kingdom — 09 Sep 2014 at 01:31:50
Guestbook Editor: Absolutely — these books cover everything you'll need for a top grade in the AQA exams.
I am 10 years old and studying for 11+. I haven't done the exam yet, but your books are giving me more and more confidence.
Julie — Barnsley, United Kingdom — 08 Sep 2014 at 17:36:43
Love the books - much more user-friendly than some competing publications - but particularly love the very quick delivery. CGP must be the most efficient company I've ever ordered on-line from.
Mike — London, United Kingdom — 07 Sep 2014 at 18:12:20
Your books are amazing. I used them for my GCSEs and A-levels the first time round and they were great. 10 years later I needed to get a biology AS and A2 with only six months to study and no one to teach me. I used your study guides almost exclusively and easily got the grades I need to go back to university for a second degree!
sarah — Nottingham, United Kingdom — 07 Sep 2014 at 15:06:16
Guestbook Editor: Excellent news. Other publishers would be content with helping students get into university once. CGP wants to do it at least twice.
We hope you'll come back in another ten years when you're studying for your third degree. We might even have made an A-Level Further Maths book by then.

Are the GCSE Maths, English, three Science's, Geography and History for the 2014 curriculum, testing in Summer 2015
Someone — Somewhere, United Kingdom — 06 Sep 2014 at 16:16:27
Guestbook Editor: Yes, all our current GCSE books are written to cover the exams in Summer 2015.
(The specifications for GCSEs will start changing in September 2015 — we'll be publishing new editions in plenty of time for these new courses.)
Will you be releasing any IB books?
Non — Town, United Kingdom — 05 Sep 2014 at 18:57:14
Guestbook Editor: Probably not in the foreseeable future... sorry.
CGP books help alot. They are ecstrawdinery and ecsilarating, the amazingest books in the youneeverse.

Hello! It's me again. When I said I needed a good verbal reasoning book, I meant in the GL style. I'm very sorry for not specifying this to you... will you forgive me? I hope so!
Sally — Enfield, United Kingdom — 05 Sep 2014 at 15:50:40
Guestbook Editor: Not a problem. For the GL tests, we'd recommend using our 'original' range of 11+ books (these are the ones that don't mention CEM in their titles). These were written to cover the GL 11+ tests, so they'll have everything you need.
For example, here's a link to the 11+ Verbal Reasoning Study Guide. We've got Practice Books and Test Papers too.

A week before my IGCSE Edexcel Biology exam someone stole my CGP revision guide and I was very annoyed but thought, "Thats ok I have my Online edition' and soon realised that I had forgotten my sign-in details :(
I sent an email to CGP asking if there was a way to recover my accout and fortunately with the help of a great team who replied super quick I just gave them the online code for my 6 (yes i love your books) other revision guides and I recovered my account! I was so happy with the treatment! happy to be a customer!

Hello everyone! My name is Sally. I love CGP books. Do you?
Sally — Enfield, United Kingdom — 04 Sep 2014 at 19:11:10
I love CGP books, and I find them very unique.
Sally — Enfield, United Kingdom — 04 Sep 2014 at 19:04:39
Hello! I love CGP books, but I've got a little question to ask. I'm preparing for an 11+ exam, and I need a high quality Verbal Reasoning book. Do you have any? By the way, CGP has a superb range of books, and they will always help you tremendously when preparing for any kind of exam. To the guestbook editor: Hello! What's your name?
Sally — Enfield, United Kingdom — 04 Sep 2014 at 19:02:01
Guestbook Editor: Hello! I'm just the Guestbook Editor. We can certainly offer you a selection of high quality 11+ Verbal Reasoning books — you can see our full range here.
If you don't already know, it's worth finding out who will be setting your 11+ test. We've got books that specifically cover the CEM (Durham University) 11+ tests, and separate editions for GL and other test providers. Hope that helps — good luck.
Brilliant service, books arrived next day. They look great, easy to use and everything is presented in a fun but professional way. Looking forward to using them. Thank you.
Sharon Lugg — Helston, United Kingdom — 04 Sep 2014 at 09:24:13
Hello, I know you already sell a Complete revision and practice book for FSMQ additional maths, but I don't suppose you could make a textbook for it, like you do for A-level maths units, because your A-level books are much clearer than the other textbook I've used, which is absolutely appalling!
Bill — liverpool, United Kingdom — 04 Sep 2014 at 00:31:29
Guestbook Editor: We know the textbook you mean — we made our Complete Revision & Practice book as a clear and concise alternative. As a result, I don't think we've got any plans for an FSMQ textbook at the moment... but you never know.
Well done for working out that man walks on four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three legs in the evening, but are you sure you know what an Oedipus complex is?
Someone — Somewhere, United Kingdom — 04 Sep 2014 at 00:23:27
Guestbook Editor: I'm pretty sure I do. I probably just need to work on my ability to tell convoluted jokes.
Who makes the jokes that go at the bottom of each page in your revision guides?
Someone — Somehwere, United Kingdom — 04 Sep 2014 at 00:18:27
Guestbook Editor: Those jokes are written by our team of editors, who also create pretty much everything else you see inside our books (and check that it all matches the exam specifications perfectly). They're a multi-talented lot.
I love your books, they have helped me a lot over the years. However, there are other companies who sell books cheaper than you! All of their books are £3.99. So, you are not the cheapest. I won't mention names, but they exist!
Also, do you know if you will be releasing any books for gcse psychology? That is the only subject that I haven't got any books for yet, so will any such books be out by exam season?
Dylan — Exeter, United Kingdom — 03 Sep 2014 at 18:47:43
Guestbook Editor: Hello! The chances of a GCSE Psychology book arriving before next summer's exams are fairly slim, I'm afraid. (But if you decide to go on and study Psychology at A-Level, we can help you out with that.)
(Commenting on book IHS44, GCSE ICT Complete Revision & Practice (A*-G course)
This seems like another fantastic book by CGP. Have received some excellent quality books for KS3 in the past. I have no doubt this will be up to the same standard.
James — Jones, United Kingdom — 03 Sep 2014 at 16:16:04
Hey, what else do you do aside from editing the guestbook? Do you write revision guides?
mike — northampton, United Kingdom — 02 Sep 2014 at 21:50:38
Guestbook Editor: Editing the CGP Guestbook is pretty much a full-time occupation — sometimes I have to think up two or three different comments in a single day. When I get a spare moment, I do other writing-based odd-jobs for our website, plus letters, flyers, adverts, blurb for book covers and so on.
Fortunately for everyone, I'm not responsible for any of the educational content of our books.
Which creature walks on four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three legs in the evening?
Someone — Sometown, United Kingdom — 02 Sep 2014 at 21:47:48
Guestbook Editor: Thanks to my massive Oedipus complex (I'm a big fan of all his mythological adventures), I know the answer to this classical riddle — it's "Man".
Hello, this time next year I will be starting my A-levels, do have any plans to publish books for A-level further maths? and do if you do, when will they be available?
steve — Beijing, United Kingdom — 02 Sep 2014 at 21:43:10
Guestbook Editor: We can't make any cast-iron promises at the moment, but it's looking possible that we'll be publishing some books for A-Level Further Maths during the first year of your A-Levels (i.e. early 2016). Keep your fingers crossed constantly between now and then.
My daughter always hated Maths and found it incredibly difficult - UNTIL we found your Maths Tutor CD Rom for GCSE - the tutors on it are BRILLIANT at explaining maths, and Lottie understood things for the first time ever. She was so thrilled. And we both enjoyed the humour. She exceeded all our expectations in the exam. Thank you so, so much!
