What will I be sent when I request a Parents Evening Service?

You'll be sent a pack containing all of the display books you requested, plus a poster for you to decorate your stand. A bespoke order form will be attached to your confirmation email so you can print off as many as you'll need!
 

How do parents place an order?

Parents will need to fill in an order form and hand it back to you with their money. When all the forms have been handed in (or the deadline has passed), just tally up how many of each book is needed, then email customerservices@cgpbooks.co.uk to place one big order for the school.

As soon as we receive your order, we'll pack it up and despatch it for delivery the next working day — then it's just a matter of handing them out. It's a good idea to hang onto those order forms so you know which books belong to which pupil.
 

How do I return my display books?

It’s easy to return your display books — first make sure they're in perfect re-saleable condition, then drop us an email at customerservices@cgpbooks.co.uk. We'll arrange the return and your account will be credited. If you'd prefer to keep or sell these copies, you're more than welcome.
 

How do I raise funds for my school?

We give schools amazing discounts on our books - around 50% off the retail price. When you order your Parents' Evening pack, you'll be given the option to charge parents a little extra per book. You get to pocket the extra for your school, and parents still make a great saving on the retail price.
