Customer Services Team Leader
Salary c. £20-24k plus generous benefits
At CGP customers are our priority. Our Customer Services team in Millom use their incredible knowledge of our 1,000+ products to make sure all customers (schools, students or retailers like Amazon) have confidence and faith in the books they buy.
We can handle over 4,000 orders, 2,000 calls and 500 customer emails each week. We’re growing fast and need to expand the team to ensure we always provide the exceptional service our customers expect from the trusted CGP brand — next day delivery, no quibble returns and an enquiry response within 24 hours. There’s no cold calling or hard-sell.
To be a part of this knowledgeable and friendly team you’ll need to be great on the phone, eager to learn and obsessive about getting things right first time.
Experienced in managing people, you’ll:
- Lead a team of 8 – 10 advisers
- Act as an escalation point
- Deliver against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage performance through our appraisal and feedback system
