We’re looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join our team. Your main focus will be to work closely with the Head of HR to build an outstanding Learning and Development function. This will begin with the design and delivery of staff development activities and analysing managers’ training needs. You’ll be joining a small HR team and will therefore be expected to work flexibly and take on additional HR projects such as recruitment campaigns, appraisals and advising managers.
